we had a 2-day stay at her place... A/C, cable tv, basic needs/ furnitures provided (electric fan, ref, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, water dispenser with drinking water, eating and cooking utensils). they qlaomprovided for us cooking pans and needs (oil, condiments). bathroom stuffed with shampoo, conditioner, bathfoam. they have medicine kit, alcohol, hand wash... the place is walking distance to the pool area and the beach... its on the 2nd floor of the bldg. so we can use stairs. we had fun, we enjoyed our stay. looking forward to our next stay. thank you Maam Jen.

the Host was very responsive to our questions! We were a group of 5 and it took us some time to pack out for our checkout time, but the Host was very kind in giving us more time to evacuate the unit. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Unit was lovely.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The place was a great find especially when traveling with friends. The location is convenient.

The room is very clean and fresh before we checked in. What you see in the post is exactly the same when you visit the condo. We’re small family and it is very convenient to us the room we stayed in. Have a lot of things to do like board games and video game such as ps4. We stayed for 3D2N and all the things we needed is there specially the kitchen tools. I would like also recommend the host for assisting us whenever we have a question. We enjoyed our weekend staycation. Definitely will book again ❤️

This Airbnb was absolutely spotless! Everything from the linens to the kitchen surfaces was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It's clear the host takes pride in maintaining a pristine space, and it definitely shows - highly recommended!

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Great stay even its not a perfect timing for us (typhoon) the care taker is very nice and kind and helpful! The linens looks, feel and smell clean! (Which is far different from other homes). We will be back for sure 🫶

Sakura Residence is a great find! It’s cozy, spacious, and the location is fantastic. It’s just a short distance from the wave pool, convenience store, and a few mins from the main entrance. Kieth was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The kitchen had everything for light cooking, and the air conditioning in every room kept us comfortable throughout our stay. Pros: ✅ Convenient location near the wave pool and convenience store ✅ Cozy, spacious, and family-friendly ✅ Fully equipped kitchen for easy meals ✅ Air conditioning in every room ✅ Responsive host, making the stay stress-free ✅ Cleaning supplies available, including trash bags and dish soap Cons: ☑️ No significant cons, just be aware of the Meralco kload if you’re sensitive to power usage Overall, a great experience! Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed and family-friendly stay and would rebook again!

I will always choose this unit over and over again every time I visit the Philippines. Bem is the most wonderful host, most accommodating and most thoughtful. When I got sick, he provided first aid medicine and when he knew about my birthday. He got me a cake. He went out of his way to do all these things! For us, Bem and his unit feels like an extension to “home” Thank you once again for hosting us! ❤️ see you again next year!

Super Lage, alles was an Mariannes Möglichkeiten gelegen hat perfekt! Verbesserungsbedürftig sind die schlechte Internetverbindung, das zum großen Teil nicht vorhandene Mobilfunknetz und die mangelhafte Professionalität des Pico Managements in Bezug auf Trinkwasser während der Hochsaison!
