Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

La casa è molto bella di recentissima ristrutturazione, molta cura nei particolari, spazi ampi non manca nulla. Anche la cucina super attrezzata (forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane e bollitore). Comoda la lavatrice! C’è un terrazzino chiuso che usavo per fare yoga la mattina. La posizione strategica perché ha a due passi sia una spiaggia (libera e anche un bagno con ombrelloni) sia il paese (è come stare in centro senza la confusione del centro). L’host disponibile e risponde rapidamente. Pronto a dare informazioni e aiuto al bisogno. Consigliatissimo. Siamo stati molto comodi in 8.

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Studio charmant et équipé fonctionellement - parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours. Hôte réactif. Collection des clefs au port à notre arrivée. Vue que personne n'avait reservé le logement le lendemain de notre départ, nous avons pu quitter le logement plus tard que prévu initialement. Capraia est un endroit magnifique pour passer des vacances et offre de superbes randonnées!

L'alloggio è funzionale e pulitissimo, la posizione davvero meravigliosa.

I stayed there in September, end of the touristic season, and the place was perfect for an easy short holiday. Very close to the beach, grocery spots, and breakfast bar etc. Also walking distance to the old town. Pleasant and leafy surroundings. The patio looked also great for dining al fresco.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Casa inserita in un comprensorio tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia, piccola ma pulita, con acqua cristallina. Il fatto di avere a disposizione un ampio terrazzo con una bella vista sull'entroterra elbano, rende l'alloggio ancor più confortevole. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, sono due piani da fare con una scala a chiocciola che con valigie grandi, come nel nostro caso, è stata un pochino impegnativa. Quindi trolley singoli ;-). Comunque, una volta parcheggiata l'auto si può anche lasciarla li dov'è, si ha tutto a portata di mano: ristoranti, bar, pub, negozi, alimentari, forni, spiaggia. Quindi la scala a chiocciola passa in secondo piano sicuramente. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all'insegna del più assoluto relax. Marciana Marina è una splendida realtà tutta da visitare, sopratutto l'antico borgo. Pensiamo di tornarci sicuramente. Un ringraziamento a Barbara per la disponibilità e cortesia prestate.

la casa è stupenda in un bel contesto,mancherebbe solo la recinzione(x il mio caso,avendo un cane reattivo con altri animali)ma anche così,attrezzati di guinzaglio lungo è bellissimo il giardino,molto curato.gianluca è molto cordiale e presente x qualsiasi cosa.insomma 5 giorni molto rilassanti

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house, surrounded by nature. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Even though it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, it's just a short drive to the charming town of Sassetta with shops and restaurants. The beach is also nearby, and driving around the hills is a great experience on its own. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!

Isabella è una persona simpatica e alla mano, ci ha accolto nella sua splendida villa mettendoci subito a nostro agio. Ottimi i suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. L'alloggio dispone di tutti i confort, bellissima la piscina salata, purtroppo non disponibile non essendo ancora iniziata la stagione. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, grazie di tutto Isabella!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Gemütlich, alles da, was man so braucht, viel Geschirr und gemütliche Betten, Hunde und Hühner draußen und schnelle, klare und supernette Kommunikation!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern zwei Wochen in Mauro und Albas Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der grosse, private Garten und die grosse, gedeckte Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet alles Nötige, was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht. Sogar Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Mauro und Alba sind sehr freundliche und äusserst hilfsbereite Gastgeber und haben immer sofort auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. z.B. wurde ein defekter Wasserkocher innert weniger Stunden durch einen neuen ersetzt und sogar unseren Müll haben die Gastgeber für uns entsorgt. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass wir gewisse Küchenunntensilien vor dem ersten Gebrauch reinigen mussten, weil sie vermutlich die vorherige Gäste nicht sauber abgewaschen haben.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Abbiamo conosciuto Ettore, Paola e Silvia durante il soggiorno ed è stato come essere a casa da subito. Persone magnifiche e generose. La casa è bella sia dentro (spaziosa, pulita e funzionale) che fuori (ha uno spazio verde curatissimo di cui abbiamo usufruito). Posizione perfetta per raggiungere le spiagge della zona. Zona silenziosa circondata dal verde. Ci hanno coccolati in tutto e per tutto. Soggiorno super consigliato. Speriamo di rivederci presto!

Blown away, we will be back many times

La Casina nella Contrada è semplicemente deliziosa: in centro Caldana, da cui si possono raggiungere - senza ansie per parcheggi e traffico - il mare (Cala Violina, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia ecc.) e le città d'arte della zona. La cucina è servitissima e adatta a cucinare anche oltre la semplice colazione. La camera da letto, al piano superiore (con il bagno, nuovissimo) è molto comoda e graziosa e, nonostante il suo affacciarsi in zona centralissima (e potenzialmente rumorosa) abbiamo dormito senza problemi.

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino. You made it very special. ❤️ Ann

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Lucia sehr genossen und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal war stets äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt um ein paar entspannte und ruhige Tage zu verbringen, sei es am Pool oder beim Grillen oder Lesen im Hinterhausgarten. Auch während andere Gäste vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns stets zu jeder Zeit in eine ruhige Ecke zurückziehen und haben die Privatsphäre und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Abends konnten wir im umliegenden Wald zu unserer großen Freude Glühwürmchen sehen. Wenn man mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, bieten sich mit dem Auto zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in näherer bis mittlerer Entfernung, wie zB Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Cecina sowie Tagesausflüge nach Lucca oder Siena. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft nur jedem herzlichst empfehlen und auch wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal bei Lucia zu Gast.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, familiare e situato in un ottima posizione, veramente ottimo per passare qualche giorno di relax tra mare e campagna. Inoltre la proprietaria Ausilia nei nostri confronti è stata davvero gentile. Panorama sulla vallata con vista mare, tramonto. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Consigliato!
