“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Wir wurden freundlich von Angelo empfangen. Er hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Tip's rund um die Umgebung versorgt und war jederzeit erreichbar und auch vor Ort. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein perfekter Ort zum erholen. Der Pool war fantastisch und der Garten war sehr gepflegt und man konnte wunderbar relaxen. Am schönsten fanden wir den Wasserfall in der Nähe. Indem man gut baden gehen konnte. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto um ins nächste Dorf zu gelangen. Vom Appartement bis nach La Spezia braucht man etwa 1 Stunde und nach Pisa ca. 1,5 Stunden. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Visitamos Reggio Emilia por una conferencia en el centro Loris Malaguzzi, el alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca del lugar y fue cómodo para nuestra estadía. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todas las comodidades que uno necesita. El anfitrión Alberto fue muy amable y preocupado porque todo estuviera perfecto. Recomiendo completamente este lugar si quieren visitar Reggio Emilia.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa molto pulita e soprattutto non mancava nulla. La possibilità di portare il cane anche di grossa taglia come il nostro è stata molto apprezzata. Consiglieremo la vostra casa ad amici e parenti che vorranno venire alle 5 terre.

L'alloggio di Marianna era molto confortevole: abbiamo passato un bel weekend tra amiche e se dovessi tornare a Fanano, sfrutterei assolutamente di nuovo questo alloggio. Tutto è organizzato in modo tale che ci si possa sentire come a casa. Grazie mille!

Es ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Katerina was a great host, she was very flexible with our check in & out times - really responses to all messages & very kind - the place itself is great, private and quiet and great location - strongly recommend!!

Paola’s place was perfect for a trip to Parma. It was in a quaint street in the heart of the city. The apartment had everything you could ever need. Recommend without a doubt! Thank you Paola!

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Η Raffaella ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρέτικη. Απαντούσε αμέσως στα μηνύματα μου και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Το σπίτι ήταν στο κέντρο,ήσυχο καθαρό και άνετο! Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στην Πάρμα!

C’est un endroit idéal pour faire une escale et visiter les Cinque terre. Le logement est paisible et très confortable. Nous n’avons pas eu de difficultés à nous garer. Notre hôte était très réactif. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil.

si vous recherchez du calme, de la bienveillance et de la discrétion vous êtes au bon endroit chez sari et son mari. le logement était co.fortable pour mes 3 filles et moi. Attention nous avons eu beaucoup de moustique mais ça sari n'y peut rien juste pour que vous preniez le nécessaire. je retiens le calme et le décor magique. Gazie Mille Sari 😘

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

Wie haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Badewanne zum entspannen genossen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment!

Un esperienza fantastica, l'alloggio era pulito e ben fornito (una cucina da far invidia a quelle di casa), immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità. Gentilissimi i gestori. Veramente un posto in cui tornare.

Lovely and large apartment over 3 floors. Very comfortable, clean, secure and peaceful. Comfortable beds, a rainfall shower, coffee machine, lift. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, very close to the Grand Piazza. The parking space was a brilliant amenity. Nice views across Modena rooftops. Highly recommend.
