Great place to stay! Building is easy to find using Google Maps! Very walkable area and located next to all the luxury shopping stores! Street performers played at night nearby making it feel magical! It’s not more than about a 10 min walk to all the major tourist sites! Washer was very nice to have!

Di nome e di fatto. Alloggio strategico per muoversi a Firenze a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Stazione ferroviaria e tramvia a due passi, offerta ristoranti con ampia scelta, principali attrazioni nel raggio di 20 minuti a piedi. ideale per un fine settimana romantico o per soggiorni turistico-culturali. Alloggio davvero pulito e ben arredato, dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento, cucina e terrazzo per un aperitivo o semplicemente per trascorrere momenti di relax. consigliatissimo.

Weekend in famiglia, due adulti ed un bambino (8 anni). La posizione della casa è molto comoda, quindici minuti a piedi e sei in pieno centro. La casa rispondeva alle aspettative ed è stata sufficientemente grande per le nostre esigenze. Vittoria è stata molto rapida e precisa nella comunicazione e molto gentile nel venirci incontro per un check-in anticipato visto il nostro orario di arrivo a Firenze.

Appartamento in perfette condizioni, a 5 minuti dalla stazione e a 10 minuti da Santa Maria del Fiore. La signora Ivana è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze di check-in e check-out. Assolutamente consigliato!

Excellent location with a view on the Giotto tower and Brunellischis dome …. Right in the center of the Italian Renaissance. Excellent breakfast places in < 100 m radius and super visrecht fiorentina in multiple places in 350 m radius When visiting next time we would like to come back Johnny 😉some small milk and sugar for the coffee would make this even better

Adoramos a estadia em Siena! O apartamento é excelente! Muito bem localizado, limpo, amplo e confortável. O chuveiro é excelente. Marco e Beatrice foram ótimos anfitriões, muito prestativos e respondiam rápido todas as dúvidas. Inclusive no último momento, nos ajudaram a chamar um táxi pois não estávamos conseguindo. Recomendo fortemente este local em Siena. Muito obrigado Marco e Beatrice.

Super logement avec une vue magnifique, au calme dans les hauteurs. La piscine est très agréable la journée et le bar / restaurant propose un bon rapport qualité / prix avec une amabilité des hôtes très appréciable ! Je recommande

Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

J’ai vraiment apprécié tout de l’endroit. Tout d’abord l’accueil de Silivia était parfaite, l’endroit était à 45 min à pied du centre ville, plus calme, 7-8 min du Tramway et 10 min d’une grosse épicerie. La maison était impeccable et l’espace à l’extérieur nous a permis de prendre des bons souper tranquilles. Et que de dire des délicates attention à notre arrivée. C’était super !

Deborah was the nicest host I’ve ever had. She was prompt and kind and put a lot of effort into making sure our stay was as lovely as possible. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our experience in Monticchiello!

We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti con la mia ragazza , appartamento comodo, zona molto riparata e facilità di comunicazione con l Host che si è mostrata sin da subito disponibile. Punto forte la terrazza fuori col tavolo dove poter mangiare all aperto in totale tranquillità.

El departamento de Caterina fue amor a primera vista. Nos recibió en la puerta, nos mostró el departamento, nos encantó todo lo organizado que estaba y nos sentimos como en casa. Una mujer demasiado amable, muy atenta, quien nos abrió con plena confianza el acceso a su casa. Mi familia pasó una maravilla y mis hijos la recuerdan como la mejor experiencia de nuestro viaje. Sin dudas un lugar recomendadísimo para viajeros, a lo que no le falta nada. Un enorme gusto conocerla y una amabilidad y gentileza que siempre recordaremos. ¡muchas gracias!

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

Amazing location! Beautiful surroundings yet close to Florence, tram locations and stores. Other than the shower stall being on the smaller side, everything about the accommodations were great. We had everything we needed. Barbara responded to our messages very quickly and her information on the facilities was spot on.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, Jessica was very helpful. Good neighborhood, and very close to bus stop. The apartment is quite spacious, equipped with heater and air conditioner.

Notre séjour chez Cosimo a été parfait! Le logement est idéalement situé dans Florence. Logement très bien équipé également, décoré avec soin, très cosy. Très agréable d'y retourner après une longue journée de visites. L'accueil de Cosimo est très bien, avec beaucoup d'adresses utiles autour. Effectivement il y a quelques marches pour atteindre l'appartement mais cela permet d'avoir une vue sur les toits, et d'être au calme.

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too. Lorenzo was available to answer any questions we had regarding best local restaurants which was very handy. Thanks !
