Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa. La sistemazione era perfetta: pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione era tranquilla ma comunque ben collegata con i principali punti di interesse della città. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e cortese, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e rendendosi sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L'accoglienza è stata calda e professionale, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque stia cercando un posto confortevole. My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Cristina’s villa was the perfect Tuscan escape for our family. There is much to love…the sweet pigs, the village dogs, the breathtaking views, the peaceful and quiet evenings and mornings, delicious food and beer produced on the farm, AND the most lovely and kind family/hosts. I could honestly go on and on about how much we loved this villa and location. 5 stars all the way! We had our 6 yr old daughter with us and she says it was her favorite place she has stayed on a holiday because of the pigs, ping pong table, swing, and because she had so much fun with the host family children and other guests whom stayed in the other available villas. Also, the big dinner hosted on the last night of our stay was the highlight of our trip! (Tip: make sure to buy some of their products made on the farm….so delicious!)

Un posto bellissimo, immerso nella campagna collinare del Casentino. Un immobile ristrutturato con grandissima cura e gusto nel quale si respira la storia del proprietario e la sua arte. Prati, alberi, arbusti, specchi d'acqua e un bellissimo orto sono la cornice di tutto questo. In più si ha l'impressione di essere ospiti di un amico e non clienti di una struttura ricettiva. Per mio conto, tornerò sicuramente.

Clara was an incredible host! She made us feel right at home, and the apartment was identical to the listing. My wife and I spent several hours on the terrace during our stay, enjoying the Tuscan weather, writing postcards, and drinking coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay in San Gimignano. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely reach out and try to book again!

In the heart of vines and the quiet of nature stands this wonderful house, Monica was welcoming and nice, took care of everything we needed and was available to us even in case of problems late at night. The house itself is not spacious and well equipped, easily accessible to Siena and Florence and has a breathtaking view with spectacular sunsets!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Appartamento ampio, moderno, pulitissimo e funzionale in una zona tranquilla, ottimo per visitare in giornata sia Arezzo che Siena. La comunicazione con gli host è sempre stata precisa e puntuale e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Unica pecca: al nostro arrivo il riscaldamento era ancora spento e ci sono volute diverse ore per riscaldare bene gli ambienti. Una disattenzione non da poco nel periodo invernale, che ci porta a valutare l'esperienza nel complesso a 4,5/5.

La valle di Dante è meravigliosa. Uno spazio tranquillo e privato dove poter rilassarsi, sia per gli umani che per i nostri cani che sono stati benissimo in quello spazio aperto e recintato. Lucrezia è super! Gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

Un petit chalet et son jardinet avec piscine situé idéalement au cœur de la Toscane, les villes de Pise, Sienne, Florence et Lucca sont a plus ou moins 1h de route. Nicoletta et son père nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux ! Ils sont adorables et très a l'écoute, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ils répondent très vite ! la piscine est entretenue tous les jours et donc d'une propreté absolue, quel bonheur de pouvoir s'y détendre après une journée de visite dans la chaleur Toscane, puis de déguster son dîner en terrasse avec vue sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil quotidiens ! le chalet est propre et contient tout le nécessaire (si je veux chipoter il manquerait quelques petites choses dans la cuisine commes quelques couverts en plus et un saladier ou deux par exemple, mais cela permettrait juste de passer de quelque chose de ja très bien à super, donc c'est vraiment si on cherche la petite bête) et la climatisation est très appréciable. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly. Our holiday was beautiful and relaxing, thank you for everything Luca and hopefully see you again in the future

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für eine Familie oder 4 Erwachsene. Tolle Lage abseits der Ortschaft, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt alle sehr genossen!

Ruhiges, abgelegenes, mitten im Wald stehendes Ferienhaus. Alles entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es waren sehr schöne, entspannte Ferien. Selbst wenn es unten an der Küste 35 Grad hatte, war es am Haus angenehm kühl. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieter/Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus führt über eine Schotterstraße, diese ist an drei Anstiegen etwas schwieriger zu befahren, aber die Anwohner fahren dort auch mit ihren kleinen Standardautos entlang. Nur für die letzten 100 Meter ist ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug zu empfehlen. Man kann das Auto aber auch vor diesem Anstieg stehen lassen, die Gastgeber helfen, dann das Gepäck hochzufahren, mit ihrem Auto. Wer die Natur und den Wald liebt und Entspannung sucht, für den ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig.
