Joanna's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and Joanna and her husband were very responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

Lovely Cawsands as usual. The studio is always clean and welcoming on arrival, it has everything you might need. The little sunspot just outside the studio is somewhere lovely and peaceful to sit. A few steps from a pretty woodland and a few steps more to the bay, with it's sailing and fishing boats We have always found Mo to be friendly, cheerful and helpful. The locals are very friendly too. Try the bakery for wonderful breakfasts and homemade cakes!

We booked a fairly last minute week for a family trip and we’re so glad we did!! The apartment was brilliantly situated and absolutely perfect for a family trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want and everything was pristine clean. The hosts were so responsive and easy to contact and helped us with a few questions we had. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to book again soon.

Kim’s flat is exactly as pictured, me and my partner had such a wonderful stay, we felt right at home immediately and felt so lucky to be staying in such a lovely spot! I would recommend this stay to everyone, thank you so much!

We really enjoyed staying at Mark and Jo’s place, the accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything. The location is outstanding, so close to the center of Polperro yet quiet and private. above all Mark and Jo have been amazing from checkin to checkout. The welcome cream tea, as other reviewers noted, is just the icing of the cake, we really appreciated it, and became our preferred breakfast for the rest of our journey in Cornwall

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

We loved our little flat right in the centre of town. Ian and Jack were very responsive and helpful hosts. We only stayed a few days but we would certainly stay here again!

Lovely little annex and perfect space

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

A lovely place to stay with everything we needed. the bedtime books were a particularly lovely and appreciated touch. thankyou.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, and relaxing even though in the center of town. The garden is large, serene, and lovely. We were there as flowers and trees were beginning to bloom. We definitely recommend this place for one or two people and would stay again if in the area.

This was a great place to stay, cosy atmosphere and easy to get places, stunning kitchen and a very bright throughout. The only thing I would warn about is if you bring a suitcase or heavy bags there are steep stairs to access the flat, we struggled but it is manageable (neither of us are ablebodied or particularly coordinated 🤣). The hosts were responsive and lovely to talk to, felt very approachable. Liquorice the cat was very sweet and cuddly 🐈‍⬛️ and a real highlight. We would definitely come back 🖤 x

We loved our stay at George’s place , great location and on site parking was an added bonus . Communal corridor wasn’t as much as an issue as if you were there in the summer because it was very quiet when we stayed The issue we had got rectified straight away by Sarah , bedside lights with no usb plug attached but we asked them about it and some were delivered within the hour .

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

First visit and everything was as we hoped and more 10/10, 5*, yes yes yes If a couple is looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway in Looe. Tara would be my first and only recommendation. Bed, so comfy Views, stunning Hottub, perfect Homemade scones OGM Thank you Tara, I will definitely be staying with you again.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

Excellent communication and always accessible. Caravan was positioned really well, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle from the front. Easy to find, with host providing good additional information about the area. Lovely area to explore both on foot or by car. Good facilities on site and useful site staff. We had a great time.

A lovely place in Cornwall. It was as much the little touches as the location and the indoor swimming pool which made this a great stay for our family. We enjoyed visiting local villages and beaches, spent some time stargazing outside as there are no street lights to distract. We made full use of the swimming pool and hot tub. And one thing that might not seem important was having sharp knives and sharpener (all in a box out of reach of tiny fingers). Thanks Terri and team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Terri and Chris were fantastic hosts even before we set foot at Fox Valley. We received a call before we left stating that given the ages of our young family we might prefer an alternative apartment to the one we had chosen ad it might be quieter and more suitable. Having given us the option of both and to see what we thought we picked the alternative and it was a perfect place for us to stay. Scones and clotted cream awaited our arrival and the cot was all made up for our little one and the place spotless. Let me tell you that this was the perfect place to stay for families. the facilities were excellent with the added bonus of a sauna for us to relax in on top of the pool and sweet playground for the kids. What we also liked about the set up, and in particular the bbq area, was that you got to meet other families so it created a real sense of a little holiday community without being too intrusive. Terri and Chris were brilliant, top top place.
