Stunning accommodation and location. The hosts went above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay. We highly recommend visiting!!!

Amazing view from the house. Rooms were spacious, especially kitchen area. Great location for families 5 or more people. Quick drive to the A30 (if you can fit through the bridge). Hot tub, with scones and Prosecco was an added bonus! Had a few minor issues, which Jeremy helped to rectify where he could. Definitely stay again!

We had such a lovely stay at the lodges, after not very many holidays having 3 young children this was the perfect fit. So much close by - farm park, beaches but also some amazing restaurants too. In the evening when kids are tucked up you can sit under the well styled and beautifully lit and thought out balcony watching the 'nightlife'. It was most certainly the break we needed and one we will remember for a very long time.

A wonderful peaceful place which felt like a retreat. The owners were friendly and being able to join in with feeding the animals in the morning was great (not just for children). Sauna and hot tub was great. They would check what time we wanted it put on which was considerate. Was a surprise weekend for our mum and was even better than expected. Thank you for the stay x

Staying here was an absolute pleasure, we chose this cottage mainly because it is dog friendly with an enclosed garden, and close to family friends and the event we came for. Sherry was super friendly and kept us updated about the stay all along, the cottage is really cosy and a lovely base to come home to after adventuring. When she says it's dog friendly, it really is! Some places don't let dogs freely use the place, but here it was all set up perfectly for him and he loved using the garden. It was extremely clean when we arrived, and the fresh flowers, milk, biscuits and prosecco were such lovely touches. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, it's tucked away and can see how you could enjoy it in all weather. The kitchen is well stocked so if you want to home-cook it's easy to do so, there's also plenty of plastic glasses/cups to use in the hot tub. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be booking again!

Very cosy secluded shepherds hut with a stunning view over the valley. The hot tub takes a few hours to warm up which is to be expected, but once warm it's absolutely perfect to relax in for the evening. While small, the shepards hut has everything you need for a quiet weekend away and the bed is warm and comfortable. Local towns are a twenty minute drive away so close enough to find somewhere for food or supplies, but you're in the sticks enough that we didn't see anyone other than the farmer on the other side of the valley.

We had a lovely stay as a group of 6 adults. Staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The house we stayed in was exceptionally clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we would need. Would recommend to others.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Chy Bowdner. It’s a lovely cottage which was spotlessly clean, beautiful decor with calming, natural & neutral furniture and soft furnishings. Everything you would want in a self-catering cottage was available, although we took advantage mostly of the great pubs and restaurants in the town. Ali the host had thought of everything to make your stay comfortable from blackout curtains for the bedrooms, comfortable bed, quality bedding, toiletries for shower room and bathroom. A welcome pack of fresh milk and biscuits with coffee and tea plus other condiments and cleaning materials available. The location of the cottage was easy for walking into town to take advantage of all local facilities but also a really good base to visit surrounding locations such as Fowey, Charlestown, St Austell, The Eden Project and many other places. Ali was friendly and helpful in all communications. We felt relaxed and at home in this lovely cottage and would thoroughly recommend.

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Fabulous house, beautifully decorated and excellent large kitchen and social spaces. We were a group of 10 friends. very well equipped. recommend guests read the hot tub instructions very carefully. We took a walk to a beach along the coast path.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

Idealic location with plymbridge woods right out the back door. When issues arose in the property (standard issues in a 3 month stay) the host responded instantly and had professionals out to fix the issue within hours. The host even replaced a tv the same day when I said the colour was off. The property had everything I needed (which was the cheapest two bed property in the area at the time) and 3 months flew by at the property. Sad to see it go

We had a fantastic stay at Penn Barn. The barn is very tastefully furnished and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. It is set in a beautiful location, with fantastic views from the sitting room, kitchen and patio overlooking the river. Whilst tight, you can get a good-sized car in the parking space. Kate was very helpful, with clear instructions and kind flexibility about check-in. We really enjoyed our time in Lerryn and will definitely look to book to stay at Penn Barn again.

Little Pinnock is right up there for places we have rented. Very good location as down a long private drive so away from the road. It is a very well done renovation/conversion and peaceful and green garden. The house has everything you need and looks like the photos. Suzanne was accessible and responsive. We would strongly recommend.

A wonderful base to be able to explore the local area. The local pubs serve excellent food and the Dairy has some wonderful walks on the door step. The enclosed garden was a bonus for the toddler we had with us. Beaches are only a short drive away with a farm shop not far away.

A lovely place to spend a few days. Apartment was exactly as described / as in the photos - and the gardens / grounds were beautiful in the Easter sunshine. Julie was a star from start to finish - and we will be visiting again

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Matt and Chloe were really great hosts. Really warm welcome, there was a hamper waiting for us with some essentials and treats, after a long drive that was very appreciated. Communication was great, always quick to respond. Had some minor issues, as all trips do, but Matt was on hand to try and resolve them right away. Just a note for people booking that the washer/dryer are communal and outside the cottage. Great location to travel around Cornwall

Had a great stay. Very peaceful location near to the beach and facilities. Lovely walks nearby. Everything you need in the caravan. Nicely presented accommodation.

fantastic jewel chris and terri are on site but we didn't need them at all ....very remote which is what we wanted but just so beautiful..we will be back don't miss out just book

We had an amazing stay at Sally’s property. Very communicative host and kept us up to date and lots of useful information and instructions about the property and local area. Felt like we were staying somewhere really private and peaceful, idyllic surroundings! Access to China Fleet for swimming and golf was also a brilliant addition to our stay! House was well equipped with everything you need, down to Tupperware, which sounds like a small thing but ever so useful and made it feel homely! We would very much like to come and stay again! Thank you!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! Pia is a wonderful host, friendly and knowledgeable, and she left a laminated sheet with lots of recommendations for things to do in the local area which was very handy. Loved the Llamas, and Lily the dog, and seeing chickens walk past our window in the morning was great. Would definitely stay again, thank you for making our holiday even better ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Poolside. The location was great to see lots of places in Cornwall. The pool was a great addition, and being able to book it for an hour private per day use was ideal. The bottle of Prosecco and fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. The sofa wasn’t the comfiest, and the towels were quite small, but overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Cornwall/have a relaxing getaway.
