First of all Stavroula is great host, kind, helpful and responsive. Thank you for warm welcome, very appreciated personal touch ( fruits and wine) The house is beautiful, very clean, has everything what you need, just like home. Better than the photos. Surroundings are stunning and peaceful. The sea is just a few steps away from the house.We had a short but wonderful and intensive stay. We rent a car and saw a lot of beautiful places. We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Christiana’s place for over a month and had a great time! The house is spacious and well-equipped with useful amenities. The surroundings are stunning – a large swimming pool in the back and a terrace one level down for bbq-ing, a large orchard as backyard, and a fantastic view over the Arakapas valley. Christiana and her husband were very helpful and responsive (including good tips for the local tavernas) and are very nice people. Would definitely book this again!

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. We really felt at home, celebrating Christmas with our family, with the lit fireplace and the decorated Christmas tree. Thank you again for your your care and attention.

Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Strand (ca. 5 Min mit 2 kleinen Kinder) und von der Stadt (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß). Disco für die Kinder und musikalische Abenden konnten wir im nebenstehensen Hotel besuchen. Bequim für die Familien mit den Kinder. Viel Spaziergangzönen. Alles super gewesen!

Maria's place was amazing. The location is within walking distance from very good restaurants and the beach, yet private in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, we really appreciated the two bedrooms. We liked the terrace, as well as the small (but functional) kitchen. All the ammenities listed were present and functional (though the hair dryer could have been a bit more powerful). The check-in process went smooth, but we didn't really like there was only one key (also attached to the card required for power).

Family friendly appartment, we are family of 4 (2+6 years) and we all slept really well. In October we didn’t use air conditioning at all. Elevator to 2nd floor, super easy parking. 10minutes walk to a great beach where it was not windy during few windy days. Cheap loungers on the beach next to a lovely hotel where you can use toilets. Good supermarket with great coffee on the way to the beach. Also nice restaurants. Apartment was very spacious!! Plenty of towels for inside and beach. I really liked the bathroom. We felt like home.

Very smart and pristine apartment. Toufic couldn’t be any more helpful. Access to the apartment is very easy. There is a small supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

The unit is very well located, with nice promenade and lota of restaurants nearby. With 5 minutes by car to the airport the unit is really good base to start your journey through the Cyprus. Accommodation is by smart lock, unit was clean and well equipped.

Great apartment great host

Demetris was very friendly and helpful, he sent us interesting information about things to do/ places to eat right in the beginning. The place was clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Two highlights are in our opinion the balcony, which overlooks a quiet field right behind the house, and the location in general. Everything you need you’ll find in close proximity to the apartment, ranging from supermarkets to various restaurants and the beach, which is maybe a ten minute walk from the apartment. We would love to come here again.

Mon séjour dans le logement de Abdo c’est déroulé parfaitement. Il y a rien a redire. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Larnaca à pied. Le logement est propre et bien climatisé. De plus, la communication avec l’hôte est parfaite et il est très à l’écoute de nos moindres questions. Je recommande ce logement à 100%

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle free stay in Nicosia. We can’t wait to return!!
