The place is absolutely great. We came in December, two parents and two kids (one baby girl of 1,5 years and a girl of 8 years). Super kids-friendly, great view, great house, it was just perfect for us. The village itself is quiet, but chic and delicate. The house is very clean, pleasant, with the clear imprint of Anna through the paintings on the walls, almost instant access to the beach, very clean neighborhood. We recommend to have a rented car, because it allows you to visit many places. When we got very late in the evening, Anna left us some goodies for the second day (olives, eggs, bread, milk...) and also some candies for the big girl. We appreciated so much this gesture. Thank you Anna for everything and if you still receive us, we'll come back next year, but more days.

Miejsce odwiedzone po sezonie- ciche, przytulnie urządzone, schludne, z widokiem. Wygodne szerokie łóżko, ogólnie świetna przestrzeń do odpoczynku. Wyposażone absolutnie we wszystko, czego możecie potrzebować. Wszystkie sprzęty działają bez zarzutu. Macie do dyspozycji sporo naczyń, garnki i ten najważniejszy do parzenia kawy po cypryjsku ;) to, co mnie ujęło, a nie jest takie częste, to dostęp do wszelkiej chemii, jakiej możecie potrzebować, worków na śmieci, folii spożywczej itp. -po prostu, wszystko z takich użytkowych rzeczy i akcesoriów, które macie w domu- macie też u Giovannisa. Był on tak serdeczny, że zostawił nam wodę i jedzenie, wiedząc, że będziemy po długiej podróży i dotrzemy późno. To nie jest po prostu prowadzenie biznesu, ale prawdziwa gościnność. Okolica oferuje wszystko czego potrzebujesz, przetestowaliśmy kilka pobliskich restauracji, które przyćmiewają większość tych w ścisłym centrum. Wrócimy i z chęcią zatrzymamy się w którymś z apartamentów tego Gospodarza!

Minden megfelelt a leírásnak. A házigazdával jó volt a kommunikáció, mindig gyorsan válaszolt. A környéken remek éttermek, vásárlási lehetőség, strand és buszmegálló.

Air bnb ist super schön. Die Strandlage ist traumhaft schön. Das stelle ich mir im Sommer super vor! Die Unterkunft 30-40 min mit dem Bus von Larnaca entfernt, wir sind immer mit dem 425 Bus Richtung Airport oder zurück Richtung Dekelia gefahren. Ich würde es wieder buchen! ☺️

The apartment was very beautiful, true to pictures and location was perfect! Our hosts were very kind and ready to help with everything we needed. The flat was equipped with all the things you might need, all sorts of kitchen appliances, beach towels etc. Had a beautiful time, would recommend!

Great wee spot. Would be perfect for two. There was a lot of street noise and sometimes you could hear other apartments around. Would stay again. Inside was lovely. View was nice (little bit obstructed). Thanks for the pleasant stay.

This apartment was in a great location plenty to do, the apartment it's self was amazing it was spotless and every thing you needed was there, can't wait to book again.

Es war toll!!! Alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist riesig, mit toller großer Liegefläche. Leider war es zu kalt um im Pool zu baden ;) ist ja auch Winter :) Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Sonne - traumhaft! Der Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmer - herrlich! Hoffentlich wird davor nichts gebaut, sodass auch weitere Gäste diesen Ausblick genießen können! Was so richtig schön war; an einem Abend gab es ein Gewitter. Wir zogen die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer zurück und konnten dem Wetterleuchten vom Bett aus zusehen. So krass, wie die Blitze über das Meer zuckten. Dieser Ausblick ist einfach unbezahlbar!!! Danke, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften!

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wirklich direkt am Strand und in der Nebensaison ist es so ruhig, dass man wirklich nur das Meeresrauschen hört.

Our stay was wonderful. Lovely treats and gifts on arrival, a gift for my 4 year old which went down very well, there was milk, tea, coffee some fruit and basically everything you need to start your stay. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, everything is in its right place and well maintained, perfectly safe for my little one to explore. Just steps away from the beautiful quiet beach, we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Stavros is an amazing host, I cannot commend him enough, extremely generous even dropping off some midweek treats and another gift for my son, his communication is fantastic, quick and easy! I highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back Thank you for a lovely stay

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Снимали жилье неделю компанией 5 взрослых и один ребенок (3 года) и остались очень довольны! Beatrice довольно быстро отвечает и пошла на встречу в заселение пораньше. Расположение хорошее - 5 мин до моря и 5 мин до автобусной остановке. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания в плоть до мелочей в том числе и для детей (игрушки, велосипед, самокат, ракетки и т.д) Вообщем и целом всё просто замечательно и однозначно рекомендую к проживанию.

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserer ein-Jährigen Tochter dort und waren sehr begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel platz. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein super schöner Strand. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man einfach und in ca. 15 min. nach Girne. Der Kontakt mit Bekir und seinen Schwiegereltern war sehr, sehr nett. Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Sollten wir nochmal nach Girne kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen und es auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen dank Bekir und deiner Familie 🙏

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lars. Check out was excellent with Petra meeting us there and explaining everything to us. The air bnb was immaculate, private, homely and the best equipped air Bnb I’ve stayed in. The outlook onto the beach was beautiful and it’s a quiet beach with only locals visiting. We used the kayaks as well, great fun. The garden was the stand out for us on our chill days. You do need a hire car but it’s really close to everything with this. Would 100% recommend this.

Lokalizacja jest idealna- połączenie spokoju z dojściem do plaży w ciągu 5 minut pieszo, a kolejno z plaży na promenadę, która można sporo spacerować :) Za rogiem kawiarnia z dobrą kawą i przy głównej ulicy restauracje. Dojazd do centrum Larnaki samochodem to około 15 minut :) Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone i czyste! piękny widok na drzewo cytrynowe za oknami! Cristos zapewnił nam również dodatkowe ciepłe koce w razie chłodniejszej pogody :) Koci przyjaciele odwiedzali nas na oknie przy gotowaniu, jak i na tarasie :) Gospodarz reagował bardzo szybko na nasze wiadomości i serdecznie dziękujemy za wszystkie polecone miejsca, skorzystaliśmy i możemy potwierdzić, że było warto :) Polecamy i pozdrawiamy ciepło!

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Back again to this lovely apartment! Great location near the pool. Apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Ideally located far enough away from the nightlife but close enough to walk to. Plenty of things to do and see and many restaurants/bars to frequent. Paris is an excellent host, responds quickly to any questions, ensuring an easy booking process and wonderful stay. We will definitely return.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Mit dem Pool, dem Sonnendeck und dem nahegelegenen Strand lassen sich hier erholsame und entspannte Sonnentage verbringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Ingolf ist für Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Hatice’s Panoramic Penthouse during our short business trip. The apartment was spacious and well-suited for our needs, with stunning views that really added to the experience. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the space made it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. There were a couple of minor issues with managing the heating (as it was only through the air conditioning) and the hot water, but Hatice was quick to communicate and provided helpful solutions, which we really appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
