The house had everything we needed and the complex it is part of has a great patio and pool overlooking the beach. Renée was helpful with all our questions about the island. Because there's a unit upstairs and they are close together we did hear the neighbors but it's a quiet area. The windows don't open but the air conditioner keeps it very comfortable.

The location of this house is amazing. We experienced the best snorkeling on the island— right off the beach behind the house. It was also quiet and relaxing, with all the amenities to make for a wonderful beach vacation. Sasha was on site every so often to check to see if we needed anything, Henry coordinated the rental car for us, and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils you would need. The house is a short drive away from the store, so we were able to eat without an issue. Would love to stay here on future visits to Cayman Brac!

Henry is a great host. He has someone meet you at the airport and arranges a rental car for you so it is easy the moment you step off the plane. His place is right on the ocean and it is beautiful and tranquil there. Henry took good care of us when a hurricane unexpectedly showed up and we felt perfectly safe. When our flight got canceled because of the storm, Henry stepped right in and accommodated us even though our time was up. He responded very quickly each time we texted and made us feel right at home.

Had such a lovely stay at Coralie’s place. So peaceful and relaxing. Her place has any and every thing you need to enjoy your time there. Communication was excellent. Will certainly be staying there again and will recommend to anyone visiting the island. Thank you so much!

The movie The Mercy should release this year it is about a man that was in a boat race in the 60's the boats name was called the The Teignmouth Electron and the actual boat or what is left of it is across from the B & S motors where you can rent cars.

Have been wanting to vacation at Cha Che’s home for 15years! Finally made it - didn’t want to leave! Total privacy, peaceful, and tranquil. Watched sunrise and sunset from the pool every day. House was lovely. Ocean was a bit rough some days due to hurricane Beryl but great snorkeling on property. Pool was perfect. Kitchen was lovely. Bed was comfy. Couldn’t ask for better. Will definitely return on our next trip to Cayman as it felt like our home away from home!!!

Beautiful location on the beach. Very private and peaceful. The tide pools below had a lot of life. Some of the best snorkeling from the shore just down the road at the public beach that we have ever seen. Lots of corals, reef life, etc. Comfortable house. Husband and kids were able to work/do school on the wifi.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Cayman Brac is so peaceful and quiet and the view from the house is amazing. We enjoyed snorkeling and resting. The beds were super comfortable. The only hiccup was one night when a frog was on the toilet! Haha. Island life. We helped him make his way back outside, but he sure gave me a fright. I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone who is looking for a laid back, tranquil place.

Our second trip in only a few months - love the location for the nature and the pool is a big hit. Paul is very responsive. Looking forward to coming back soon!

A wonderful place to stay if you like privacy, which we did. Watching the beautiful sunsets over the sea each night from the deck was spectacular. Because the location is near the east end of the island and therefore quite a distance to grocery stores and restaurants toward the west end, renting a car is a necessity. The snorkeling place closest to Tonya's (called the Panama Canal) was the best place of the four places we snorkeled for the health of hard and soft corals. The place had all the amenities we desired including separate AC units in the main space and the lower bedroom. We think this was the most satisfying Airbnb place we've ever stayed in.

We visit the Brac 2 to 3 times a year and have a few houses we typically rent, but I noticed this was new to the rental market. In comparison to all the other houses we’ve stayed in this house is much more modern. One of the things I absolutely loved about it also was the screened in back porch with the swing. We are used to having l hammocks, but never a swing, and it was so relaxing! This house is also an excellent location as far as convenience to the airport, grocery store, several restaurants, and the dive shop, Brac Scuba shack. Julia was super helpful on check-in day about a couple of questions I had and also very responsive later in the week when I reached out to her again. The house is just past another house up on stilts called turtle run. The directions you click on for Airbnb did not take us to the house, it took us past the house. However, that is not an issue with Julia or the house rental at all. Lovely stay and we will definitely rent again in the future!

Such a great place! Looks just like the pictures and Derri was always very responsive and accommodating. Would love to go back again.

We have stayed in air bnb all over the world and this one is miles above the rest. It was so fully stocked we never wanted for a thing. Meat thermometer? Check. pizza cutter? Check. The home is meticulously organized and supplied. The host could not have been kinder and more helpful with individual maps to get us to our snorkel sites, restaurants, market lobster catcher, boat tour rental etc. This was a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to come back! The view is so beautiful and the place so serene I just can not recommend it enough. Best location best host best accommodations!

Nice place. Comfy bed. Nice TV. High-end washer/dryer made life easier for 2 divers on a 15 day dive trip with just a carry on bag of clothes!

We really loved staying in this condo. It was very quiet and comfortable. We loved the view from the top floor deck and being able to bring chairs to the beach right below the condo in the afternoon. Little Cayman is really different from other islands because not that many people live here. The plane rides between the islands were a blast and we felt safe with two pilots in the front of the plane. We loved all the red footed boobies nesting in trees right along the road. We had a great time diving the Bloody Bay Wall with Little Cayman Divers. We will be back!

Carol Sue's 2 bed/2 bath unit was exactly as described. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had lots of utensils and some spices and a few water bottles were in the fridge which was great upon arrival. The location is awesome, the area is quiet, very little traffic comes along the beach front road, a few roosters make for background noise but otherwise nothing much beyond the ocean waves. It's easy to go for a swim or a snorkel adventure right across from the house with entry from the dock (the beach itself is not sandy) and many afternoons fishermen would come in to clean their catch which attracted a nurse shark with her baby one day, it was awesome. We watched the stars and the planetary alignment every evening when out on evening strolls - plenty of places where the sky is very dark. We dove with the Brac Scuba Shack and they were simply perfect. Best lunch was had a The Beach Club. Carol Sue was an attentive host and we had such a wonderful week in Stake Bay.

Carol Sue's home is a lovely gem! Outside of town and right on the water, it is so peaceful to hear the ocean waves. Centrally located on the island, it was easy to get to the dive shop, groceries, restaurants and island activities (by car). Carol Sue was super responsive and checked in during our stay to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Sunset from the front yard every night was a perfect end to every day! Thank you for the chance to stay at your home during our first visit to Cayman Brac!

Great stay - very quiet complex located just a short walk from LCBR. Easy check in and thanks for letting us in early! Pool and beach right there with a nice sea view from the balcony! We’ll be back!
