we come up to the finger lakes at least once a year. this year we had a much bigger group then usual. Tristan's place was perfect for the weekend. We would definitely love to come back.

We had my daughters 16th birthday sleepover party with a bunch of her friends. It worked out really well, all the girls had a great time. They were able to go out and walk down to the park and have fun by themselves. It was just spacious enough for all of them to pile in the living room and watch movies and sleep. We had a really great time and Holly was the best. We very much appreciate it. Thanks again Holly!

If you want a beautiful country experience, views of fields and evenings of fireflies this is it. The house layout is wonderful and very comfortable. Julia is a wonderful host. The location is perfect if visiting Ithaca, the Aurora Inn or Skaneateles. Would absolutely rent again.

It was easy, quiet, comfortable! Just needed a spot to stay for a local hunt and this was perfect!

i loved this house - i hated to leave! it was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. maria went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. i can’t say enough about how wonderful she was!!

Sarah's Place was secluded, quiet, and lots of land with neighbors that are not on top of each other. Check-in was phenomenal (no hassle). Upon entry, house was very cleaned, organized, and spacious. We love that it has 3 bedrooms to accommodate a few extra guests, and as for the bathroom, it's huge and not very tight space. Pet-friendly as well with accommodation of dogs bowls and poop bags. The stairs leading to the 2nd floor was very narrow, and squeaky, but it does the job. You have to watch your head when coming down the stairs especially at the bottom if you're very tall. Most importantly, the welcome packet. I like how Sarah explained the check-in and check-out process, the detail of the property, and things to do in surrounding towns. Not all hosts do this, and we're glad Sarah did. In the near future, we are considering Sarah's Place as our next stay again. We would definitely recommend it. Trust us, you'll love it.

Beautiful organic home. Soft sheets, comfortable mattresses. Quiet, calm, serene. Feels like you are on a boat. Very close to water edge. Gorgeous home. Check out Mirbeau Spa. Fabulous and close by.

The house and property was just as described. It was very clean and Victoria responded immediately always. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. We couldnt enjoy the pool of course but it looked well kept as well as the grounds. We were a family of 5 + 2 dogs and we were all comfortable! There are neighborhood dogs that run around the neighborhood but they are friendly. I'm just mentioning this because if anyone goes with their furbabies, have them on a leash. Quiet neighborhood so great place to dosconnect. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Victoria!

We had a fantasic stay. Great for a large group. AC was key upstairs!!!! Host was very thoughtfull in the little details. Would come back and stay again.

Great host, clean residence with everything as described. Convenient to town. House is close to the road so vehicle noise is inevitable, recommend a white noise machine or app.

Tim’s place is a gem hidden in the middle of Auburn, a city offering a diversity of restaurants and historical features all within walking distance. We attended a wedding at Emerson Pavilion, which was only 2 miles away and so easy to get to! We highly recommend Tim‘s place. We had a great stay and it was a bonus that our dog was also welcome !🤗

Nice place. It was easy to locate and close to all we wanted to do. Large driveway with light for off street parking. Instructions for entrance easy to follow. Lots of bedrooms!! Clean bathrooms with lots of towels. Hairdryer & bath soap was not provided but that was ok since we had packed our own. Large fridge and freezer. Nice coffee maker but only limited supplies provided. Lots of dishes, cups, large mugs, and silverware for use. All the necessary pots, pans, and basic cooking sheets provided. Large yard & deck but since it was December with lots of snow, we didn’t get a chance to use it. Nice, safe neighborhood. Close to shops & restaurants. Close to trail if you want to hike/take a morning walk. Comments included in description on entrance and stairs is accurate so place would not be ideal if you struggle with steps. I would definitely stay at this location again.

What a great apartment! House is on a huge lot, great for walking our dog. Easy entry to the house and a standard staircase to reach the apartment (unlike other local properties with very narrow staircases). The bed was very comfortable, kitchen had all the basics, bathroom completely remodeled, and included a private balcony. Tim responded immediately to any questions and special requests. Only downside was no private thermostat and no washer/dryer (although those are coming soon!).

Cheryl's place was a great place to stay at for our trip to NY to visit the fair! Beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean!! Thanks for a great place to stay! I only wish we would have had time to swim in the pool!

The location is great—right by the lake with stunning views. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway

We had the most wonderful weekend at the lake! This was perhaps the most accommodating home we have stayed in. Heidi and Emily are offering everything -- from the fireplace (already stocked with wood), to a canoe, to lawn games, a dedicated dog area outdoors, and an amazingly well-stocked library. This house truly has it all. It was the perfect location for our 9-member family vacation for grandparents, parents, kids, and 2 dogs. We loved every moment. The house has a great, sprawling layout that seems to go on forever! That means the 3 back bedrooms are quiet, and the door in between them and the living area is great for the early risers while the late sleepers snooze. There are so many nooks for hanging out and having side conversations while still feeling a part of the group, but also a few areas to go for some solitude. We really couldn't have asked for anything more than this home offers. And the views of the lake, both from the home and from the beach/dock, can't be beat!

We loved our stay here! Close drive into town and we enjoyed our weekend staying cozy in the cabin. Perfect amenities for a clean off grid stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

We were so thankful we could stay at Erica’s Lakehouse again for our second trip. It truly is a relief knowing this home is a place we can relax and rest. We truly felt at home. Thanks again!

We had a lovely couple of days. The view of the stars out the back porch was amazing! It was also awesome to bring our pup with us. She loved running through the leaves and hanging out with us. Super cozy cabin definitely recommend to visit to see the amazing fall foliage!!

Felt very cozy and relaxed at this cabin retreat. Way better than a hotel for the long weekend. Loved that we could wake up, fish and enjoy the river right there. The fire pit and charcoal barbecue were a bonus. Would've loved to use the canoe but the weather was too windy and rainy. Enjoyed the short walk to the lock nearby and the history of the locks from the lock operator.

This was the second time we stayed for a fishing trip. Excellent host. Excellent parking for boats. And she had electric hookups installed next to the driveway for charging boat batteries. We were very satisfied.
