This house is a lot fun and would work great for a big group. We were only two people and our dog, but everything was very clean, as described, and well appointed. We really appreciate your flexibility and will DEFINITELY be back soon!

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

Loved our time here. It was a great space to stretch out after spending time in NYC. Lots of fun extras for the kids like the toys and games in the shanty. Great proximity to church historical sites if that is of interest. Would recommend to anyone!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

Cozy and modern feeling private cabin with lots of natural light on owner's property. Enjoyed the communication with the hosts and very centrally located! Would stay again.

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

Ron was very responsive and the space was beautiful and clean. We felt at ease and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again!!

This place is lovely. Close to the state park, in the main stretch of town for a quick walk downtown. They took great care to provide all the necessities to make you feel right at home. It’s bigger than we anticipated providing space for all of us.

Lori's place was very clean and located in a very peaceful part of the area! We had several cars and needed somewhere with plenty of parking and this was perfect for that! She was very responsive and helpful and the house was very clean!

Great place for family and kids. Large bedrooms, activities in the basement for kids, and lots of open space for the kids to slide around and have fun.

We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt right at home there. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help. As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

It was a wonderful and peaceful place to get away from the bustling sound of the city. I really appreciated that the space is right by a creek, which I love the water. As mentioned in Hunter's listing, you're in the country side so expect country things! We personally didn't mind the small critters who were also inside with us, but to the person scrolling through this listing, just be prepared for that possible expectation. Hunter and his family were responsive and great to our requests during our stay and were quick in response. I would definitely stay here at this peaceful spot again. Thank you!
