I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property , and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect at the heart of carter road. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great recommendations and assistance. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Uday's Airbnb Flat is extremely Guest Friendly. Not only is it spacious and comfortable, but the Host has gone into a lot of effort and details, to make his Flat comfortable for the Guests; starting with the detailed instructions on Do's and Dont's and giving a meticulous overview of what is expected from the Guests staying in the Flat. One plus point is the complimentary breakfast, that is provided in a timely manner, as per the Guests' choice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for my Guests, who were extremely happy and that is what matters in the long run. However, the Check-in time of 1500 hrs could be reviewed; because more than half a day is lost, if one keeps a check-in time of 1500 hrs. Most Hotels as well as Airbnb properties, have a check-in time of 1200 hrs. Thank you Uday for your wonderful Hospitality. I will be recommending your property to everyone, who needs a place to stay in Mumbai, in future. Thanks once again.

It was my second stay at Mr. Ashish’s property and I couldn’t have asked for more. This is not my forever go-to Airbnb in Mumbai. Great location, literally the more accommodating and welcoming host, the place is so tastefully decorated, Laxmi didi is so helpful with cleaning and if needed, she is a great cook too. Had an amazing stay again and whenever I come back to Mumbai next, this airbnb will be pick, always.

The place is easy to find and the flat has all the comfort that one can think of. I was really impressed at how nicely the flat has all the needed comfort, starting with welcome snack, coffee, induction stove, refrigerator, shampoo, towel, soaps and what not. We had a wonderful stay at your property! The place is absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation comfortably housed our group of 15 people, and everyone was able to enjoy the peaceful environment and ample space. The property is well-maintained, and we appreciated the care you’ve put into it. A couple of small suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to include more detailed information about the pool rules, especially regarding the restriction on morning use. Additionally, it might be good to mention in the listing description that guests will only receive one can of 20 litre for drinking water, and any extra water must be purchased. This would help with preparation and planning. Also, when entering Yeoor Hills, there is a gate where a fee is required to access the hillside. It would be helpful for guests to know this in advance, so they can be prepared for the cost, Over All great stay

Cozy space in the heart of the city. Matches the description, nicely done up and well furnished. The seaface is a short walk away, great for an evening walk. We found it to be very warm and welcoming. Simran has a well-stocked pantry, making it very easy to whip up your snacks. The only thing that takes getting used to, is the bathroom and toilet being on separate levels minus a basin, the only small detail that would have probably made it an 11/10. But great stay all-in-all!

One of the best places around the city to hangout with friends and family. Except for relying on outside food (swiggy & zomato) I think there is nothing negative about this set up. Extremely beautiful property and great caretaker.

location location location. great place to stay at, right in the middle of everything in Pali Village, Bandra. would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Bandra. Pratiksha is a great host, and very helpful. available at all times to answer one's questions, and very calmly and effectively answers them.

Host was helpful all the time although we reached quite late he made sure to be available in case we need anything .Places looks exactly like mentioned in the description and area around the place is good as well

The stay at this AirBnB was wonderful. Kudos to Sahil and Zainul for making it so easy. Right from the time of booking, the communication was very clear from their side. They provided all the possible details a guest could ask for. The property was so well prepared, the attention to detail was on full display. It has everything one could ask for - a spacious bedroom, a neay kitchen, fridge, washing machine, microwave - you name it. The location is also very convenient, right next to Azad Nagar Metro in Andheri, very easy to reach all the hotspots. We had a great time staying at this AirBnB. I would definitely recommend it to others, 10/10.

I enjoyed my stay at Sunil's Airbnb...it's a spacious 2bhk in the quiet bylanes of navi mumbai and walkable distance from sanpada railway station and the main highway...so location was a huge plus point... the house was very spacious, clean and exactly as seen in pics with all good amneties. The caretaker mr prashant and the owner were very warm and quick to respond and also tended to our requests in a timely manner...overall very pleasant stay...worth the money spent

Great value for money, considering location, AC, 2 bathrooms, and a small balcony. It's on the 13th (top) floor of an apartment located just 20-30 min away from airport, very close to Phoenix MarketCity. The apartment building is quite old, so the fixtures and appliances in the flat are a bit old, but everything worked & at the price of listing, it was a great deal, and much better than I had expected. Additionally, there was cleaning offered free of charge everyday and the host was super responsive. Was overall quite a pleasant stay.
