We had an amazing stay at Sophia's House beautiful and cozy place! From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he was very hospitable and always ready to assist us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He also helped us book a tour and ensured we were with a trusted and reliable driver/guide, which made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The place itself is spotless, relaxing, and truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you again, David and Gem! We celebrated our moms 70th Birthday here and the place is so nice. The house is homie and clean. The pool is warm that the kids enjoyed it even at night. The housekeeper is so nice and very helpful as well. The place is quiet and very private just what we wanted."❤️

Our host David and his staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful during our stay. Property was fantastic and we had all the amenities we needed. It was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this as a holiday get away.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

Nous avons ADORÉ! La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire, est paisible et impeccable a seulement 10min à pied de la plage où il y a tous les restos, bars, activités, et petites boutiques. Un vrai luxe d’avoir eu cette piscine privée à cet emplacement et par cette chaleur. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Merci pour tout nous espérons y revenir un jour 🙏🏻

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.

Fely is easy to talk to, and she is helpful. She will offer whatever is necessary to help resolve any issue you have within reason. It would be nice if every host was like her. The condo was clean upon my arrival, and the neighbors are quiet. The people living at Tivoli are kind, and the guards were very friendly. It is helpful having laundry, a market, 7-11, and pharmacy right around the corner! Everything you need is a short walk, or ride away. If I am in the area again, I would happily stay here again.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

First of all the unit is very clean and very comfortable. The location is clean and has a lot of activities for adults and kids. And most importantly the hosts are very responsive, helpful and very accommodating.
