Amazing Stay! Cozy, Charming, and Perfectly Thought Out! I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I could tell that every little detail had been thoughtfully curated to make the space feel warm, inviting, and functional. The décor was charming, with a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had a seamless experience. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the ambiance was just perfect for unwinding. The location was also fantastic—quiet enough to feel like a retreat but close enough to explore all the nearby attractions. If you're looking for a cozy, charming, and well-kept place to stay, look no further! I would absolutely book this place again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! 😊✨

I loved my stay here! The host was responsive whenever I had any concerns, and the staff were so sweet and helpful! The place was perfect with a good location as the bus stop is very nearby. There is also a mall nearby with a huge economical grocery store inside it, and there’s also a fruits and vegetables market nearby! Just note that sometimes, a lizard might make its way into the space as there are some gaps underneath and around the door, but they’re harmless and common in households in Southeast Asia so nothing to worry about. Also, during my stay, the water heater in the shower was stuck at a high temperature, so I just had to mix the hot water from the shower head with cold water from the faucet in the bucket provided when showering, but having hot water is always a plus honestly because you can cool it down by mixing it with cold water in a bucket so not a big deal! I highly recommend this stay!

Fabulous Checks all the boxes and then some. Great apartment. Newly renovated. Hot shower, good WiFi, aircon. Spacious and comfort. Fabulous southern view looking over the sea. Sunrise sunsets. Nice people. Family atmosphere. Well Maintained. Hop skip and a jump to the center of town. Sea wall night life. Great wet market and Prince super market. Right on the main road. Plenty of triks and buses. Bus 20 minute ride to dalaguete beach park beach. Look it up on YouTube. On and on. Don’t miss out!

We stayed in both of Lars' BNBs and we truly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of their staff, Kuya Ronald. They have provided ample things you will need during your stay, and so much more—including Kuya Ronald driving us around in this tricycle and recommending places to visit. We really loved the place.

Owner is always responsive! Every thing you need during your stay, the owner has provided. Fast internet connection with large TV and Netflix were all available.

the building looks empty and abandoned, the apartments correspond to the photographs and have everything you need for your stay. The water pressure in the shower is very low. If you need a short stay for a few days, this is a good option. 5 minutes drive from the airport.

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean and - in contrast to other places - without any insects or other little animals. You also find a hot and powerful shower. Another advantage is that the entrance to the studio is directly near an asphalt street. At other places you often have to use adventurous patches. There are no other guests, only a nearly unvisible Australian pensioner. The garden is very beautiful. However the pool is not here but in a neighbours garden. If you don't want to walk one kilometer to the White Beach (where you can't really swim) during sunshine it's better to have a bike what the owner offers to rent. My favourite beach was at Oceanic Resort where the water is deeper and the beach very clean. There are some mini shops around but it's better to drive to a real supermarket. The famous Alona beach was very disappointing because of the traffic. Be aware that electricity, water and gas is to be paid separately, in my case around one € per day.

The place is clean and secured. Great option for my family of 3. the only downside is there was a power outage on our 2nd day from 7am to 5pm, and there's no generator set. the place tend to become hot as it was an apartment building. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We are a Korean family. We came with a 7-year-old and 6-year-old child and an uncle. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We were very satisfied with the pick-up and check-out to the port and even the motorcycle rental. The accommodation was like staying at home. Good. I recommend it.

Amazing place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. The surrounding is very calm and the city is only 15 minutes walk. There are not restaurants really close, but the full equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. We really appreciate our little peaceful stay!

The Terrace house was perfect for our large family get together. The pool was amazing, cleaned daily. We were welcomed by the host and made very welcome. Nothing was a problem for the on site host who catered to every need if anything was required. The stay was an exceptional experience.

Ms. Jove's place is very spacious as it was able to comfortably occuppy 22 pax of us. Using the bathroom is not a problem for a big group as the place has lots. Resting areas outside of the home is very relaxing. Ms. Jove is responsive to all queries. She is very helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us to the place personally and sent us off 4 am in the morning personally. She even helped us load our baggages. Appreciate it much! We really enjoyed staying at Ms. Jove's place. 11/10 would reccommend!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Therese was very responsive in communicating with us. And Mona was friendly and helpful in getting us a driver and recommending things to do. We would defintely stay here in the future if we planned to return to Moalboal.

The place was very nice, my family liked it because they were comfortable and felt just like at home. Everything stated on the description of the place, the pictures from the inside and the outside of the house are all accurate. Great time when you are with your family. We checked in a little bit late in the afternoon but I already informed the host about it. She was able to respond quickly and very helpful before and after our stay. Also the caretaker of the place was very nice and very much helpful to us. She immediately showed and informed me everything about the house, rooms, bathrooms (etc.). She was very nice. We had a great, comfortable and relaxing stay at this place, very much recommended guys! Looking forward to coming back again soon and I would chose this place when I wanna go back to southern part of Cebu. 😊

Best place I’ve stayed so far. The host was very accommodating and even offered early check in with no extra charge. His mom is very friendly as well checking with us daily to ensure we have everything we need. Definitely worth the price

My recent stay at Nala's Farm was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff Kuya Jeffrey were incredibly friendly and helpful, 1 making check-in a breeze.   The room itself was immaculate. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was pleased to find everything spotless, from the crisp linens to the sparkling bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, and the reliable Wi-Fi. The location of this place was perfect for my needs. I also felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool, clean and well maintained, and the place is very wide since i have a birthday celebration, most of us was amazed and really enjoyed our stay. My daughter and my twins sister's birthday celebration was well spent. Thanks Mam Noemi and the staff, kuya raffy.

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

We loved our stay at titos place, had everything we needed and exactly as described. Brilliant value for money, we would stay here again and recommend to anyone who was visiting cebu, mandaue. Tito is such a friendly and proactive host which makes all the difference

I had a great stay at Be Residence! The place was very clean, and I especially enjoyed the pool. The location is also great—just a short distance from IT Park, which is very convenient. One of the things I really appreciated was the kitchen. I missed home-cooked meals, so being able to cook for myself was a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
