Lovely house. Everybody is very helpful and always available. Only thing is, if you want to book any activity or taxi from cebu, try booking it on your own and not through them. Huge price difference for the same services and experiences. We did this mistake and booked few things from them, and later when we got to know the real prices, it was shocking.

We were well welcomed by Vito. He showed us the studio and explained us activities around the neighbourhood. He also help us to rent a scooter and to book a taxi for the return. He was very nice and helpfull with us. Thanks a lot ! The studio is really beautifull, well decored and spacious. We have a lot of accommodations and it was a pleasure to stay in. The neighbourhood is quiet. You have the sea at 15 min by walk. It’s a snorkeling spot. I can only recommand to book here if you are looking a good and quiet place and in a beautifull studio.

The place is quiet, relaxing and peaceful. You are away from the hustle and buzzle of city life and it feels like your home. The balcony is a very good place to view the surroundings and have chat chat with your group and you can cook food. Water supply so abundant. Amenities are sufficient for the guests. My recommendation is to add a bbq pit where guests can have bbq and grill seafood.

I had a wonderful experience staying at 민율’s place! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Panglao, with easy access to local attractions and transport. 민율 and her boyfriend was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions we had. I felt right at home and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot!

3대 가족여행이였는데 가족들과 지내기에 너무나 편안한 곳이였어요. 바베큐도 헬퍼분들이 도와주셔서 고기도 맛있게 잘 먹었고 아이들이 매일 수영도 할수 있어서 모두 만족스러운 여행이였습니다^^특히 세이브모어가 바로 건너편에 있어서 걸어서 장을 볼수 있어서 편했고 노아마사지샵도 근처라 너무 좋았답니다~ 호스트님이 필요한 마트배달이나 여행업체도 필요하면 바로바로 연결해주셔서 처음 세부 여행였지만 아주 만족스러운 여행이였답니다!! 다음에도 꼭 이용할게요~^^

VILLA ON A CLIFF is a large resort with beautiful views of the ocean & surrounding islands, One of the highlights of the property as shown in the pictures is the infinity pool that hangs over the edge of the property above the ocean. Its a wonderful location to just hangout and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves crash against the rocks beneath, The villia is well suited for large groups because of the available space, additional villas, Its a private location, no neighbors on either side. Fay and hosts Leneh & Ricard were extremely responsive and helpful from our first contact, Fay facilitate a change in our arrivel date without any hassle. I had asked some help for Kay to arrange a private dinner date for my wife and I on our anniversary, So Kay & Leneh arranged a dinner reservation at a bueatiful local restaurant, where our table was located in a tree house, amazing experience. Thank you Fay, Leneh, Ricard for all the wonderful memories, I Highly recommend this resort.

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. This is one of the most superb experience in our stay in various Airbnb. The house, location, the sea, the sand! Everything perfect. We couldn’t ask for more. It is not a place one could describe sufficiently; it is something to be experienced. My husband together with our8 guests were pleased, delighted and totally impressed. We look forward to returning soon with our children and grandchildren.

Everything was amazing. Our hosts were super kind, quick to respond, and helped us with any needs like shuttle service from airport. The staff at the house were very friendly and always there to help. They gave helpful recommendations for things to do and how to get there. They also made delicious breakfasts, and accommodated some of our food requests including trying to feed our picky 6 year old son. The pool was the center of the attention at the house and we enjoyed cooling off morning, midday, or in the evening. The location is great, a quick ride into the busy Alona area or a quick ride out to more quiet places of the island. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Feel like a billionaire in your private resort with an excellent staff and outstanding in-house catering! The food is out of this world, and they accommodated my wife’s gluten free diet. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Un superbe séjour dans cette maison juste incroyable ! L eau de la mer était agitée donc pas génial pour le snorkeling et appart profiter de cette environnement de rêve il n y a pas grand chose à faire… cependant si vous venez dans l idée d un séjour reposant ou entre amis c le top

Unser Aufenthalt bei Janette war super! Sie hat uns jeden Morgen mit einem tollen Frühstück verwöhnt, hatte gute Tipps um in der Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen und war sehr nett! Die ganze Anlage mit dem Blick vom Balkon übers Meer, der Pool ebenfalls mit Blick über den Pool, der tolle Garten und der Meerzugang war toll. Das einzige was uns fehlte war WLAN, damit man im Internet mal was planen und recherchieren konnte! Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert! Danke, liebe Janette!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das personal (besonder Rosa) waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit . Die Villa war sehr stylish und komfortabel eingerichtet. Makellose Küche wo sie alles notwendiges finden können. Wenn Sie ruhe und Entspannung brauchen sind sie da richtig. Natur pur! Das Resort hat eigenen Strand aber es gibt auch einen wunderschönen Strand (ca 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar) dort sind auch ein paar gute Lokale und Strand Restourants mit dem ausgezeichnetem und günstigem Essen. Also ich würde diese Villa sehr zu empfehlen!

The place is so clean and big. Ambiance is so peaceful as well and has an amazing view from the top. The road going to the place is quite steep but passable. Just bring food to cook so you dont have to go down to look for something to eat. They have a mini bar beside the pool but they only sell limited drinks and meals, but you can also order online. The host is very responsive to my queries. Overall, it was a great weekend spent with family. Thankyou and see you again soon.

Very happy and satisfied with our overall experience. We booked last minute for our mother’s birthday, but still has been accommodated well. The owners are very friendly, hospitable, and approachable. Place is very private, perfect for families who want to spend quality time together. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.

공항에서 10분 정도 거리에 있습니다. panglao hills resident, fix rite앞이라고 하시면 되고, 공항 벤을 이용할 경우 600페소 정도 소요되는데 투어 비용 등을 감안한다면 작은 돈은 아니기에 미리 픽업 서비스를 준비하시는게 좋을것 같습니다. 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되고 온수 시설이 없는 점만 빼면 별 5개 이상을 주어도 부족함이 없습니다. 전반적으로 너무 깔끔하고 벌레도 없으며 부대시설도 풍족하고 바베큐도 가능합니다. 건조한 날씨때문에 불붙이는 일이 힘들었지만 호스트의 도움을 미리 구하면 어렵지 않았을까 싶었습니다. 수영장도 깨끗했고 수심이 조금 깊은걸 빼면 아이들도 부모님의 감시하에는 이용이 어렵지 않을것 같습니다. 우리는 너무 만족했고 다음에 보홀에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 이용할것 같습니다. 알로나비치까지 10분 정도 소요되지만 조용하고 프라이빗한 공간을 좋아하시는 분이라면 적극 추천합니다^^

Everything is what is expected. It was quite difficult to get to the property because of the mud, it was raining that day when we went which is not the host fault. If it was sunny it would have been perfect. We just didn't expect that is would be very slippery and muddy. but overall it was great place to stay.
