We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

We fully enjoyed our stay at Angela's farm house. The flat was very spacious, clean and cool during hot summer days. The view and the pool were fantastic. The location is remote and quiet, roughly 20min by car from Volterra. We stayed here with our 10 months old son and he loved interacting with the dogs. They were very friendly. Angela helped us out whenever we had questions and gave us a good recommendation for wine tasting. We were even able to sample some of the local products from the farm. So overall a fantastic stay.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

La casa di Silvia è ampia, ben distribuita negli spazi e confortevole. Gli spazi esterni, per quanto non utilizzati causa maltempo, erano ben tenuti e funzionali. L'unica postilla che potrei fare è che non avevo inteso che per "macchina del caffè" si riferisse alla moka, ma non è rilevante rispetto al soggiorno. Se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente valuterò nuovamente questo alloggio.

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Appartamento molto curato, in una zona comoda e tranquilla. Ho apprezzato molto la sensazione di spazio e la luce naturale che entra durante il giorno. Anche se si è vicini al centro, si dorme bene e senza rumori. Gli ambienti sono puliti, ordinati e ben arredati. Le camere sono grandi e il soggiorno è davvero ampio, ideale anche per lavorare o rilassarsi. La terrazza è un bel plus, soprattutto quando si ha voglia di stare un po’ all’aperto senza uscire. Tutto funzionava perfettamente e l’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi necessità. Esperienza molto positiva, tornerei volentieri.

L'alloggio di Marco, Anna Maria e Federico è un appartamentino carino e curato. È situato in una posizione comoda per poter raggiungere il centro di Firenze facilmente ed in poco tempo, sia con i mezzi pubblici che a piedi. Nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio ci sono pizzeria, pasticceria e soprattutto la Vecchia Osteria del Nacchero ...tutti posti che abbiamo trovato ottimi! Marco ci ha accolto personalmente ed è stato gentilissimo e cortese, fornendoci anche indicazioni e consigli utili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Great location, close to local spots, food market, great cafes and restaurants. Nicola was very helpful and flexible, we had a great stay and would come back!

We had a wonderful time in Florence and the apartment was a great location within easy 15 minutes walk of the main sites. The accommodation was spacious clean and a truly traditional Italian experience with high ceilings marble floors and tall shuttered windows. Beds were comfortable and no street noise at night. The kitchen was very well equiped and we had everything needed to cook meals in the evenings. we enjoyed the bottle of Chianti. thank you!!! Federico was a perfect host with great suggestions for museums, sites and food. We recommend l'ritrovino de servi for amazing lunchtime food near the Duomo and we enjoyed Trattoria Baldini for an evening meal. great welcome at both of these. Thank you Federico for a perfect stay. We hope to return!

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Daniela est juste attentionnée et parfaite comme hôte. Elle a été très sympathique et toujours disponible pour nous en allant même au delà de ses prérogatives en nous proposant des services annexes pour notre fille qui s’est fait une entorse durant nos vacances. On sent qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait et elle le fait à la perfection. Le logement est parfait et que dire de l’emplacement : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare ou de l’aéroport. Le centre ville est un peu loin à pied mais ça se fait très bien quand on est en vacances (30 minutes environ). Malgré l’emplacement proche de l’aéroport, le logement est calme durant la nuit. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très joli. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien. Grazie mille Daniela

Рекомендую этих хозяев и квартиру от всей души. Удобное расположение: недалеко от вокзала. Рядком автобусная остановка. Сама квартира удобная, тихая, тёплая. Всё, что может понадобиться, на кухне есть. Телевизор отлично работает, интернет моментальный. В общем недостатков нет. Но главное - прекрасные хозяева, гостеприимные и всегда готовые помочь. Особенно прекрасно было получить сладости от них после долгой дороги. Спасибо Терезе и Франческе!

It was a lovely place. Very clean and bright. Plenty of room for all of us. Location was very convenient to everything. Great shopping all around.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Viareggio per un fine settimana. Nicoletta è stata una ottima host fin da prima della partenza per farsi trovare sul posto al nostro arrivo ed evitare tempi di attesa. L'appartamento è pulito, confortevole ed impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Disponibile anche nel dispensare consigli su viabilità e luoghi da visitare. Consigliatissimo

Francesca takes pride in her apartment. She lives next door, too. The apartment is well outfitted. The washer_dryer is a great addition. the walk-in shower is terrific. There is a loose outlet in the bathroom. what a great kitchen with great finishes. The appliances are all in excellent condition and clean; even a toaster. There are potholders, plastic wrap, foil. Francesca has done a great job as host.

Casa accogliente e piacevole, ben fornita di tutto. All'arrivo buona pulizia. Ottima posizione, vicino alla pineta e le spiagge. Abbiamo passato una quindicina di giorni molto piacevoli. Host reattiva e disponibile.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

The location was perfect. We walked to restaurants and attractions easily. Lorenzo left us with many restaurant recommendations that were wonderful, we tried several during our stay. Lorenzo was quick to respond to all of our questions, and was so very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed being in the heart of the old city. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location is right at the heart of the historical town and the place is just like in the pictures! It was a pleasure!
