It was a great place to rest and relax for a couple days. The home was so cute and cozy. It was very clean and has everything there that you could need. She is very responsive to messages and even left a sweet note with some goodies for us. The only issue with the house was it was pretty chilly when we arrived and also in the mornings and the electric heaters take a little bit to warm the house up.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay for our family Christmas. The house was spacious and very accommodating for all of us. It’s in a beautiful tranquil location and I will definitely rent again!! Thank you so much Victoria for being a great host and sharing this lovely home!

The place was beautiful! Check in was easy. The driveway was a bit intimidating, and it looked like more parking in the pictures, but that wasn't their fault. All the security features were great, easy to understand. Kitchen had all the items we could've needed! Beautifully decorated! The Hostess Nicole was wonderful! Helped me to get it booked as early as possible to ensure we were able to get it. Only complaints: - that we needed more towels - needed some curtains on the windows, especially the door downstairs with the bunk beds. We had to use the long wedding dresses to hang over there to block the open window bc the girls were spooked by it. (That may not bother some people!) - and that there wasn't a bathroom downstairs, which would have been super helpful. However the hosts made the most of the area and there was a sink and mirrors which helped the girls get ready!! Would definitely go back there again!

This was one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at! Very comfortable for our family reunion with sufficient amenities for everyone. The upstairs/downstairs kitchens were extremely helpful in feeding everyone. The house was impeccable and we couldn’t have been more comfortable! I don’t know how else we could have done this with 14 people without air mattresses or sleeping on couches. Quinn was a great host.

The lake is beautiful and the house was great! The boat ramp and new dock are really nice and convenient!

We had a great time at the lake house. We could easily spread out. The two dining areas were great for the kids. We enjoyed the hammocks and the kayaks. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Home was in a beautiful location and very quite neighbors. We came into town under sad circumstances for a funeral and having a quiet and spacious place to stay is just what we needed. The host provides an extremely detailed welcome book, and very responsive to messages. We appreciated that he was able to accommodate us under short notice and that there were no issues.

Great little place with lake access.

Stephanie has been a great host the house was excellent for what we needed. We had a house fire at our home and this was just the place to stay while they were fixing ours back up. She was so helpful and understanding about what we were going through and helped us every way she could. Can’t say enough for her and this place so beautiful and a lot of room to walk the dogs was truly a godsend to me and my family. I would recommend staying here anytime. Christine's place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of deer sightings which was exciting to see. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at one of Dave's properties. Everything here is outstanding. I would stay at any of Dave's properties again. Everything you need and didn't know you needed is here. Tons of amenities and great accommodations. Excellent communication. Dave and Destine are great host.

Great place to stay and very clean. It is kinda out in the middle of nowhere we felt like as far as a town to make a run to get something but we had mostly everything before getting there. We stayed for the event going on at Indian Mountain Atv Park which is about 35 min out so parking was a little tight for 3 trucks and trailers but owners were plenty helpful in letting us use the backyard as well. Overall no complaints.

Loved our stay here. The house and location was beautiful. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully furnished kitchen, as well as fishing and kayaking in Little River right out the back door. The location is perfect for local hiking or a short drive to Chattanooga.

Was an amazing stay. I personally felt welcomed from the time I walked in. Questions answered immediately, had fishing poles and dock and even caught a few bass. Above and beyond!

This home met our expectations. It was on the river and provided a spectacular view. So many birds and ducks to watch The layout of the home was wonderful for our two families. Two bedrooms at one end and two at the other. The kitchen was furnished with high quality silverware , dishes and plenty of serving dishes and cookware. The only difficulty we found was a lack of towel bars in the bathroom No place to hang bath and hot tub towels. By the way my grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub even in 30 degree weather We highly recommend this home for your consideration when staying in the area

Perfectly perfect. Exactly what we needed for our family coming into town for Thanksgiving.

Man kan nye udsigten og den flotte solnedgang fra huset. Søen er dejlig. Man kan bade og fiske. Vi var enda heldige at låne deres private badebro og badedyr. Tak for jeres venlighed. Huset virker stører end på billederne. Dejligt rent og mange gode køkkenfaciliteter. Kan kun anbefale huset til andre. Meget skønt og roligt område med udsigt til bomuldsmarker.

This place was amazing! Spotless clean, very safe, easy to find, gorgeous views! The host was exceptional, they had left us everything we needed and they also had an additional list of supplies and tools you could request for free! They provided lots of games and activities like Kayaks. They had put together a book with all the information you'll need about the area including restaurants, hikes, parks, etc. we had an amazing time, it was peaceful and quiet! Just what we needed! The hosts were super responsive and very polite! We literally got a response in less than 10 minutes! I will 100% come back and have already recommended this place to all of our family and friends! Thank you so much for such an amazing Arbnb rental.

Angela and James were super hospitable! The rental is a carport away from their home but we felt like we had our own space indoors and enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the river. The fire pit was a hit with the kids at night - we made s’mores and shot fireworks. The interior was plenty of space for our family of five and we were able to easily feed the ping-pong table in the living room for a night and the boys wanted to play. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to fix some quick meals. Bring your own cutting board and a sharp knife. :) Would return again!

Megan was very responsive to messages. The house was as advertised! Everything was clean and accommodating. The covered shed outside was nice to park and plug boat up at night. Walking distances to lake. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay.
