Nous avons passé 9 merveilleux jours dans la maison de Marco. La maison est très spacieuse pour avoir une liberté de mouvement et une intimité si vous êtes 2 couples. Il y'a deux chambres avec 2 salles de bain et deux salons, la cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle, les extérieurs sont vastes et arborés pour s'y détendre. Pour se garer , il y'a des places de parking juste à côté. La maison se trouve à 5 min en voiture de la plage de Mondello et 20/25 min de Palerme. En ce qui concerne Marco, il nous chaleureusement accueilli avec des pizzas, la communication à été simple et très cordiale. C'est une personne de confiance qui aime faire plaisir et qui respire la gentillesse par ses recommandations et sa disponibilité. Nous avons eu un brin de tristesse de quitter cette maison et cet environnement sicilien. Je recommande sans hésitation si vous voulez passer d'excellentes vacances. 🇮🇹✔️💙

Giuseppe est le meilleur Sicilien !! Souriant et accueillant, il nous à accompagné jusqu'au logement, nous a aidé à descendre les valises le lendemain, il nous a donné un bon de réduction pour un restaurant qui était tous simplement incroyable (il Borgo) et nous a offert le petit déjeuner dans un café. Le logement bénéficiait d'une vue sur le château de caccamo qui était sublime. Le village était magnifique également, typique de la Sicile ce qu'on recherche quand on vient visité l'île. Sincèrement notre coup de coeur après avoir fait sant' agata et cefalu. On aurait vraiment aimé resté une nuit de plus. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour un peu de cuisine et il y a le café au logement. Vraiment à choisir sans aucune hésitation, Merci Giuseppe 🙌🏻

La casa estaba impecable y y tenía todos los servicios. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones tenían camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado. Gabriele nos mostró la casa a nuestra llegada, estuvo mucho tiempo explicando todo, y siempre estuvo disponible. Lo único a tener en cuenta en esta casa es que el acceso es por una calle muy estrecha. Los coches pequeños pasan bien. Los coches anchos como el que me dieron a mi en el rent-a-car (un coche marca dr, que por cierto no recomiendo a nadie), pasan también aunque hay que tener cuidado. Por lo demás, la casa perfecta y Gabriele un anfitrión estupendo

Francesco and his wife are just great people so kind and warm we loved everything about them and their place book with them for the very best place in Mondello beach

We (6 people) spent a week at Francesco's place the old farmhouse. A wonderful place to relax, away from stress and everyday life. Everything is there, from dishes, washing-up liquid and tea towels to a washing machine, table tennis, table football, pizza oven and a great, very well-maintained pool. In the surrounding towns you can find everything else you need, for example delicious cakes, regional cheese and very fresh fish. Francesco speaks English and is happy to give information about excursions, the history of the farm, olive cultivation and much more. We felt very comfortable there.

we had an incredible stay. The location is about 15 minutes away from the town of Cefalu. it is an incredibly dreamy home. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly appointed. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as it was raining, but absolutely loved the craftsmanship and views from inside. The hosts were amazing. In the off-season there’s not much to do in the village, though it is quite peaceful. Would come again in a heartbeat.

Our family of four (including a 2.5 year old and an infant) was very fortunate to stay at Dario’s over Christmas and New Year’s. The location was excellent - in the heart of Cefalu, just a few blocks from the Duomo, the beach, and the bottom of La Rocco. It was fun to watch the holiday festivities just below our balcony. The “spa” exceeded expectations and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Dario was friendly, attentive, and had great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return one day.

A truly stunning apartment, and after lots of walking around Palermo visiting all the sights we we’re always happy to return to the tranquility and comfort of the apartment. A beautiful home and would be our first choice for our next visit.

Appartamento confortevole e ospitalità squisita! La casa ha dotazioni complete, compreso il kit di primo soccorso in bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato la frutta e i dolcetti trovati all'arrivo e i pasticcini alle mandorle alla partenza. Sopratutto, Antonella si è sempre mostrata reattiva per piccoli problemi che abbiamo risolto senza particolari disagi. Unica nota negativa: l'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore e le scale particolarmente ripide hanno reso faticoso portare i bagagli. In generale siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo la struttura a chi vuole visitare Palermo e dintorni muovendosi a piedi.

Great central location but tucked away behind an old wooden door in a quiet courtyard, the accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean and full of quirky charm. So many roof terraces- we didn’t have time to use them! Our only issue was carting our suitcases up the stairs - travelling light was not our strong point! Fiorella was super-helpful, very accommodating, and easy to contact at any time.

Great apartment in historic building in Palermo. Informative in person check in with lots of useful local restaurant, market recommendations. 5 Mins walk from Central Station with regular Palermo airport bus or train connections.

We spend one week in Sicily and this place was the best we stayed during our trip. The apartment was like museum - you can feel the Sicilian atmosphere everywhere. Actually we felt like in some kind of Italian movie. The hosts were suuuper friendly and helpful. They let us park the car after check-out while we explored the city. Also helped to solve small problems. Rare find in Palermo!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

The location was in the city center, the only downside was finding parking but that is not unique to this Airbnb! The rooms were spacious!

This place was wonderful. It was homey and spacious and tastefully decorated. It was also perfectly located for visiting the historic center. I loved the wooden floors and marble staircases. For the size, it was an incredible value. For summer, there is air-conditioning. On the downside, the bathrooms and kitchen hadn't been updated. However, the bathtub on the second floor was huge and worth luxuriating in. The kitchen was tiny, but we didn't use it. We might have if the host had supplied a coffee maker and some coffee, which was done in the other apartments in Sicily we rented. Because we had trouble finding a nearby market, so we had breakfast in a café on the main street. A list of nearby services would have been welcome. Finally, as others have noted, there is some noise from the bar downstairs, especially on the weekend--even in March. We didn't mind it, but I imagine that in summer with windows open, it might be a problem. I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

My partner and I have had a beautiful stay in Lorenzo's place! Lorenzo was so welcoming and helpful, taking care of us so well. The house is small but perfectly formed, with an amazing terrace and breathtaking views! Everything was so clean as well. The walk into Cefalu takes about 30-40 minutes if you go past the harbour along the sea, not far at all. Cefalu is such a beautiful town with a little bit of everything. The climb up La Rocca was steep but not long and gifts you with incredible views at the top. We loved our 3 nights at Lorenzo's, which was such a perfect little haven. We hope to return one day. We spent a beautiful time in this family home and wished we had booked longer. It is a place that naturally makes you feel calm, grounded and at home. Even during nights with heavy thunder and rain, the sunlight woke us up gently through the windows in the morning, accompanied by the sounds of birds and far cowbells. We hope to come back sometime!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Claudio ! Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. L'appartement était parfaitement propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description, avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Claudio a été très réactif à nos messages et s'est assuré que tout se passe bien pendant notre séjour. La localisation est idéale, ce qui a rendu notre visite encore plus agréable. Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

This is a gem of a place located just in between Santa Flavia and Bagheria, just 20km from Palermo. It is an ideal place to stay on a quiet and large nature-filled property. Everything matches the description and my wife and I had a great and relaxing time. During the day we would drive around and sights in the area or take the train which is 20 mins away from downtown Palermo. But at night we could retreat to peace and quiet and be surrounded by nature -- cactuses, trees, etc. Marida, the host, was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful -- she greeted us during check-in and spoke to us at length about many things to do in the area and was incredibly warm and wonderful. She was so kind, I felt like I had family nearby (she and her husband also live in a separate house on the property). The dog, BonBon who is a St. Bernard was always there too to greet us with enthusiastic love, and the 2 cats also were always vigilant and kept watc. We loved our this place and want to come back!

Wij hebben in november precies een maand in het huis van Marco gezeten. Marco is echt de allerbeste host die je je kunt wensen. De hele ijskast was vol, er waren cadeautjes voor onze kindjes (!) en de voorraadkast stond vol met pasta, bonen, tomaten uit blik etc. Het huis is verder echt prachtig en wij genoten ervan om snachts met het raam open de golven op de kust te horen aankomen. De keuken is gewoon goed en het huis is heerlijk licht en goed ingedeeld. Daarbij is het prettig dat je merkt dat het echt Marco's huis is en er veel liefde in zit. In een van de laatste dagen sloeg de bliksem in het huis en binnen een paar uur stonden er mensen in het huis om de problemen op te lossen. De oprit is erg steil, dus zorg voor een sterke auto. Onze polestar 2 kwam alleen licht slippend omhoog en zeker niet met aanhanger. Verder hielden we van Cefalu, hou er wel rekening mee dat de weg ernaartoe echt voor auto's is en lopen is daardoor eigenlijk geen optie. Wij hebben genoten, u vast ook!
