Alla’s place was absolutely incredible! Our family of 6 adults spent 8 days here and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was amazing in every way. Clean, spacious, and it felt so private even though it was very walkable to everything you could need. We walked to the main road / strip of Tulum a couple of times and it was cool but the area that was right around Alla’s place was even better. This really is the absolute perfect location to be in the Tulum area to have access to great food and amenities while also being off the busy street. Overall it was a perfect experience. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will return to this place specifically if we return to the main part of Tulum again. On top of it all, Alla is a gem and helped us with transportation and massages with locals who have continued to assist us through the many weeks we have been in the area, even in the other places we’ve stayed. Just book it, you won’t regret it.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Not often do the accommodations look better in person than they do in the magnificent photos. We loved the private beautiful beach for the kids to boogie board and snorkel a quiet area to read and a warm ocean to play in. We enjoyed the quiet of the local town and visited other busier town around with ease. Kerstin was very kind and easy to talk to, extremely helpful. This was definitely one of those escapes that make you wonder why you’re not living there and have you already planning a trip back, which we are.

This is a very unique house full of interesting architectural features! The location is on a safe street full of locals. You can walk everywhere or use a golf cart. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it every day. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and we had no trouble with the AC or Wifi. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions. This was our second visit to Puerto Aventuras and we love the area. We walked to the marina for fishing trips and golfed multiple times on the three par course. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the area is very safe. We look forward to returning.

We celebrated my 30th birthday in Tulum at Reed’s villa and it was so worth it! The villa was beautiful, Reed was so responsive, and the on-site manager, Jose, was amazing! They both gave helpful recommendations for transportation, food, and tourist attractions. The villa was also clean and looked just like the photos! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!
