My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

The place was easy access to the National Western Stock Show. It had plenty of room for our large group.

I had a very nice stay here, and Steven was very easy to communicate with and work with. It’s a really nice home with a great kitchen and downstairs and very comfortable nicely set up bedrooms upstairs, plus a nice work area.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. Sean's place was lovely and offered an exceptionally welcoming and accommodating atmosphere! Its convenient location near major highways made it easy to explore nature, scenic areas, the city, restaurants, and shops, with proximity to DIA. Sean was communicative and responded promptly; his home is highly recommended when visiting beautiful Colorado. We're thankful for such a comfortable and hospitable stay!

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

This place was a whole vibe! If you’re into trippy decor, cozy nooks, and a space that feels like a creative little hideaway, you’ll love it here. Every corner had something cool or quirky—definitely felt like we stepped into an art-filled dreamland. Super chill hangout spots both inside and outside, perfect for late-night convos, music, or just zoning out. Definitely 420-friendly, which made the whole stay even more relaxing and carefree. The energy of the place was just right—laid-back, open-minded, and welcoming. Host was great too, very responsive and easygoing. If you’re looking for a spot to unwind, laugh, vibe out with friends, and enjoy a non-traditional stay with personality, this is it. Would 100% come back!

There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Samuel was an amazing host. I was traveling with 4 kids on a Spring Break trip ages 10 through 17. Samuel was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. Looking at the calendar now to book our next stay at The BlueBerry House!

Susan’s home is perfectly located just blocks from Pearl street which has lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The home was beautifully decorated and super cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook a nice meal and there were random ingredients that were available left from previous guests. The beds were comfortable as was lounging on the couch. Great place to stay in Boulder. I Would definitely recommend.

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!

The house is so close to Old Town Arvada but in a nice residential neighborhood. Sarah was friendly and helpful. The house is really beautiful and comfortable-- and had toys and amenities for kids as well. It was a great place to stay while visiting family in Arvada.

Anya’s house was great for a girls weekend away. She has the most beautiful landscaping and we loved the open areas in the house where we could all sit and catch up. We felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the Boulder area.
