We chose this place for our mini honeymoon trip — we stayed for just two nights, and it was wonderful. Spotlessly clean, cozy, and modern. What impressed me the most was the availability of a charger for my electric car. We also used the sauna, and it was amazing. I recommend it to anyone looking to spend some peaceful time in a stunningly beautiful location.

Marija is a super host! always available and kind with us. the Place was as described in the post and the photos. We also got to use the kitchen, which was well equipped with everything. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. I really suggest this place!

The best accommodation ever! 1. Location: Perfect location! Easy access to the lake, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. There’s parking for those with a car, and public transport is convenient too. 2. Cleanliness: Immaculately clean! Every part of the room, including the bed, furniture, and especially the bathroom, was spotless. The shower drain worked perfectly, and the room had a lovely subtle scent upon arrival. 3. Nice and cosy: The room was incredibly cosy and beautifully decorated. I stayed in all day after a tiring trip, and just being there felt like a healing experience. 4. View: The Lake Bled view was breathtaking! Whether it was sunny, cloudy, or rainy, every moment felt magical from the bed or terrace. 5. Friendly host: One of the kindest and most welcoming hosts I’ve ever met! An unforgettable stay—if I visit Slovenia again, I’d definitely come back!

Logement proche de la grotte de Postijna. Accueil super!et le service également , restaurant très bon et bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner était très bon également avec du choix et service toujours aussi bien qu’au restaurant, Nous n’ y avons passé qu’une nuit sur la route direction la Croatie et c’est très proche de l’autoroute donc très facile d’accès. Des petits biscuits délicieux nous attendez dans la chambre et vous avez un frigo commun pour y entreposer ce que vous souhaitez dans une pièce commune avec table et bouilloire. L’extérieur est très bien aménagé avec des trampolines, balançoires terrain de foot etc. Ce lieu enchantera vos enfants avec des poneys et autres animaux.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, le logement est très bien et fonctionnel. C'est très appréciable d'avoir des vélos à disposition pour visiter les environs. Beaucoup de points d'intérêts (Bled, Vintgar) sont accessibles à pieds.

If traveling to Slovenia this is a must stay place for all who want to enjoy nature, learn about the way of life, people, culture and history. Hosts are really nice people who value their guests and offer warm genuine hospitality. Villa Brdo with its gardens and castle, Alpine meadows and forests, Bled, Bohinj and historical Kranj with it reach history are all up to 30m away. More importantly this is a traditional Slovenian household that offers food from their garden, furniture and decor that reveal the spirit of people and very knowledgeable hosts who can inform about art culture economy and the way of life. It is a safe place for women solo travellers, lovely family & people who great one with open arms and smiles. I got far more than I expected out of this experience and thanks to my hosts could really visit neighbouring restaurants, attractions and pathways that often get missed by tourists. Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Ubytovani bylo ciste, vsechno vybavení nove a hlavně plně funkcni a praktické. Idealni bod pro poznávání Bledu, kousek pěšky také do Vintgar.

Host simpatico e amichevole. Alloggio pulitissimo. ottima la colazione! Consigliatissimo.

We were so pleased we chose House Troha for our 4 night stay in Bled. The location is perfect to explore the Bled area. We were so pleased we were staying out of the crowed Bled area yet only minutes in the car to get into the town. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and church bells. The apartment was so well cared for, well equipped, super clean and comfortable beds. The house has been lovingly resorted. Can highly recommend staying here.

We checked in a bit late after a long day driving and Erika's mum gave us a very warm welcome. She also gave us a nice complimentary liquer to help us sleep better. The room was clean and even though it wasn't big it was comfortable enough for the two of us. We loved the breakfast which was prepared for us by Erika's Mum and we especially liked the fresh grapes. They were nothing like we ever tasted before :). Great stay and wonderful host.

Superbe petit hôtel qui vaut complètement le coup de s’éloigner de Bohinj (seulement à 15min) Le petit déjeuner était super, varié et copieux la salle de bains et les toilettes étaient très propres également! Nous reviendrons sûrement la bas pour un prochain voyage en Slovénie !

Abbiamo dormito solo una notte da Julia ma è stato come essere a casa. La sua famiglia e i loro animali ci hanno fatto sentire il calore della loro famiglia. La colazione era veramente ottima, ci ha dato energia per il viaggio che ci aspettava. Sicuramente torneremo se ne avremo occasione. Infine Rocky è il migliore cane da compagnia!!

It was an amazing stay, very clean, lots of parking. Modern and the breakfast was great - eggs made to order. Bed was comfortable. The location as very secure and all the staff were very lovely. The only thing that was an issue was the internet. It was constantly dropping out every 30 seconds (we were located on level 2 room 10) I suspect this could be easily solved with an internet booster as the internet was fine down in the dining area. We didn’t raise with the host as it wasn’t important to us

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is quiet and has a spacious garden. Most locations are on driving distance. Igor and his wife provided us with good information on the area! I would definitely recommend it if you like a peaceful location and have a car!

Super welcoming, friendly, helpful&considerate hosts, who made my stay all the more pleasant! The hostel is well layed out, with a fully equipped kitchen and many spaces to chill&relax, and it is kept very clean and tidy. The location is peaceful and close to many natural spots, a must for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet. What I particularly enjoyed: having breakfast, stretching out or reading a book by the river! Thanks again Ryan and Katja, I'll surely be back if I go on any more Slovenian adventures:)

One of the bests hostels I have ever been. Ryan and Katja are incredibly friendly and helpful. This transfers into other's guests attitude too I think. You'll feel like home. The place right next to the river is amazing. Easy to park. Waliking distance from Vintgar Gorges. Would repeat and recommend as it was the best place I have stayed during my weeknin Slovenia. Excellent included breakfast!! Nothing negative!

It was very clean, Mateja was very kind and helpful. The apartment was in a great place, it was very quiet and very close to the lake. Everything is in walking distance.
