This was my second time staying at Tuscany Inn. The first time was a girls trip. I decided that one day I wanted to take my husband there also, and I finally did. We met up with friends there so we rented the Combo. The amenities offered on the property are outstanding. The option to purchase (amazing!) food on site or cook your own meals with a full kitchen & gas grill is a plus for me. The property is peaceful and wonderfully relaxing! We enjoyed visiting Burgess Falls (and Cummins Falls on the previous trip). I wish it was closer to us so we could visit more often. Thank you, Esther & Tamara for another enjoyable and memorable trip to Tennessee!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Loved the place. Spacious clean. Beautiful location. Great amenities. Only a couple nitpicks, curtains would do wonders in a couple of the rooms but the big windows make it understandable that there arent any. Also the garbage disposal for the large sink does not work. Overall pretty amazing place

Rustic and peaceful hideaway for those ready for some private time. The guest cabin and treehouse offered further retreat from the main house. This was an idilic location for our private family time and everyone enjoyed the rustic vibe with modern amenities.

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed at one of the smaller houses in the past. The extra room, King bed and a comfy sofa were great. Enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. Great to get away from the city.

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

We stayed for 4 months during the winter and really enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were looking for a peaceful & quiet getaway in nature and that’s exactly what we got. It was so comfy and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom over looking the lake. Kitchen is well equipped, wifi was super fast, lots of TV channels. There’s no cell service, but with the fast wifi you didn’t really need it. We were sad to leave! Would definitely come back, and absolutely recommend Melissa’s place for anyone who wants a peaceful escape.

We had a wonderful stay at William's cabin while in town visiting friends in nearby Elmwood. We enjoyed the property location, privacy and serenity. Terry the caretaker was great and checked in with us to be sure all was good. We will definitely book again next time we are in town.

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This was one of our favorite stays in years. A truly one-of-a-kind location. The rental was cozy, well-stocked and had lots of nice touches and extras. It was also extremely clean and organized. The view is spectacular, and we found ourselves sitting on the porch for meals or looking out the windows frequently. Our first night we heard coyotes calling to one another down in the valleys below! Chuck and Barb are obviously experienced hosts, and it shows. There are "normal" AirBnb experiences, and then there are places like this that go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Great location, perfect for hosting a few friends for dinner and some rounds of corn-hole!

We had a great stay at the Lakehouse! The home was clean, organized and obtained all the essentials. Would love to visit again soon!

Everything was above and beyond expectations. Deb is amazing. She would answer all our questions immediately and she always provided helpful information. The trails there are amazing and worthwhile for visitors to see. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed everything and our plan is to continue booking this cabin when we need to be in Tennessee building our new home.

We stayed for 2 nights 4 adults. Mitchell's place was just right. We really enjoyed meeting him and talking. Rented the pontoon boat which was great. Already thinking about when we would return. Would recommend staying at this property.

Great place to stay if you’re looking be near downtown Cookeville. Multiple great restaurants within walking distance, close and free parking, and the loft had great amenities for a multi night stay. Would definitely consider staying again if ever in the area

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just perfect. It was close to Fall Creek Falls, great trails all around. We loved the location. Our view from the back deck was beautiful wooded area. The view from the front porch was a beautiful pasture with horses. The roads were nice to walk each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Place is amazing. The surrounding nature is beautiful & relaxing. Alice is recommendations via messaging or what she has at the house are very informative. Alice herself went above & beyond to make our stay very welcoming.
