Caitlin’s home is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The pictures are very accurate but it’s way prettier in person. A must see! The area is so peaceful and the locals are very friendly. Just overall one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will 100% stay again. ❤️

This will always be a favorite place for my family. We loved our stay! The five kids (11-19) enjoyed all that it offered. The furniture and kitchen were so comfortable. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the porch, overlooking the scenic lake.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

If you're looking for the ULTIMATE lake house retreat, look no further!! "What A View" is absolutely stunning and exceeded all of our expectations, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, comfort, and unbelievable lake views!! The hot tub was a huge highlight for our group of ten; perfect for soaking under the stars after a long day of outdoor adventures! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were tons of board/card/arcade games for everyone to be entertained for hours!! We also enjoyed the great quality and large TV for watching the Super Bowl with our gang. :) Andrea was an incredible host and was proactive in every way possible! We highly recommend "What A View" on Center Hill Lake and we easily give it a 10/10! (BTW - We can't wait to come back in the summer to try out the beautiful pool!). Thank you!!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

If you are looking for beautiful views in a peaceful area, this cabin is your spot! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this house to everyone. We felt very much at home as it had everything we needed during our stay. The swim spa was an added bonus but the hot tub was our favorite overlooking the lake. Jessica was a responsive and wonderful host! Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer so we can float in the lake.

Perfect stay for our weekend getaway to visit our children at TTU. The house was in a nice quiet location and only 10 minutes from my children’s apartment and TTU.

This is a nice spot — peaceful and pleasant. The house is very nicely appointed. Everything is new or nearly new. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It’s within easy driving distance to Cookeville. Sadie was super responsive and friendly and flexible. Would recommend!

This is a quaint, clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could've stay longer. The home is nothing fancy but is nicely decorated and you feel right at home. It was very convenient for our event at Leeric Lodge, getting to Baxter and Cookeville and local hiking. We did not cook in the kitchen, but it seemed to have the essentials needed. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels are nice. It is in a wooded location, so guests need to be aware of uneven ground and tree stumps which could be a mobility issue for some guests. It's quiet and plenty of wildlife around. Breanna gave good communication and got back with us immediately when we had questions. Wifi and TVs worked fine even in the stormy weather. It does have a small water heater so if more than two guests shower after each other you may run out of hot water. For us, that was not a problem. Overall, we certainly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate staying there again.

This spot is absolutely beautiful. We actually wished we had planned a little more time enjoying the actual home. The scenery is quiet and so peaceful. The home has everything you need. There is so much space and the outdoor areas are to die for!

Al’ place was great! It was cozy and close to friends who live around there. Al was quick to respond and helped us when we were in a last minute bind and had to extend our stay. I highly recommend this spot!

We didn’t want to leave!! The rental was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed the fishing pond, the paddle boat, and the hot tub on multiple occasions! The kitchen was spotless and the beds, very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! As my family suffers from fragrance allergies we appreciated the lack of perfumes and plug ins. We visited The Farmhouse Finds antiques and food business also run by the hosts and were welcomed with hospitality like I’ve never experienced before. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all the necessities. In our next visit to TN we will be booking this rental again!

This cabin in the woods is homey and cozy. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was stocked with appropriate gadgets, utensils. pots and pans. The place was clean and comfortable for our adult party of 5. Would I rent it again? Yes, we would. Michelle's notebook was comprehensive and she was responsive to questions. The dishwasher is small and a countertop model. Not a problem because we just used coffee mugs and silverware. Everything else we planned was disposable. This leads to garbage. Our stay was 8 days so we did have to take a few bags of garbage to the county dumpsters. No washer and dryer onsite and Michelle did mention that. Because our stay was so long, we had to visit the laundromat. I recommend the one in McMinnville not the the one in Smithville. We had a great time and were fortunate to find this property that was pet friendly. Our dog Max totally enjoyed the walks in the woods and the state park. The front porch was awesome.

The Little House was perfect for a girl’s getaway weekend. The location was peaceful and just a few minutes from Cookeville. We had so much fun playing games supplied by the host and relaxing in the hot tub that we only left the house once to get snacks. The beds were comfortable, and we loved there was a TV in each room. The home was beautiful and spotless. Aaron was a very responsive host and left Ralph’s donuts as a welcome gift. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying in Sparta. We didn't know what to expect and where in town for a wedding but had a wonderful time exploring the area. The house is in a great area and tucked away down a nice gravel drive. All around great experience.

Sallie's place was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. My grandson's and their dad really enjoyed fishing off the dock, they used up all their bait and had to get more! There were plenty of games to play on the day when the weather wasn't the best. The kitchen was really well stocked and very large. The very long dining tables inside and out were perfect for sitting our family for meals and playing games. It was very close to Rock Island State Park and a small grocery store was just down the road with the best ice cream spot, Rock Island Trolley. Nice and quiet and beautiful area. We'd definitely go back! Thanks Sallie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The decor was fun and we were very comfortable all week long. Carol is very responsive and kind. We would stay here again next time we ever visit Cookeville!

We loved staying at this home! It was so very peaceful and homey. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunrise. We slept 9 adults very comfortably, without using the sofa bed.

An absolute refuge in an unexpected location. We were so grateful for the cozy space.

We really loved the place! I was surprised the bedrooms did not have televisions, but we made do. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, and we especially loved that there was information from the hosts in the house regarding local waterfalls we could visit. We were able to walk down to the lake and watch the fog rise from its surface. Peace was the order of the day and we loved it, and certainly thought they were wonderful!
