We had a wonderful stay at Penny's Air BNB! Would definitely recommend to travelers! It was very cozy and spacious! Very quaint place with a beautiful countryside property feel to it! The host was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely try to use again in the near future and beyond! So much better than a motel for sure!

Brad’s place is lovely. Very modern and clean with comfortable furniture and some nice touches. Super quiet. One of the nicest Airbnb’s at which I’ve stayed. Close to the downtown area and the university. Brad was easy to get in touch with. Would absolutely recommend.

We were visiting our daughter who is a student at TTU. The place was exactly as pictured and in an amazing location close to all the shops and restaurants in the area. This place is AMAZING!

This is my second time staying at John and Abby’s and it was just as great as the first time. The accommodations are accurate & more than I could ask for, check-in/out is super easy and quick, and they are very quick to respond to any questions or just to check in if you need anything. Location is very close to TN Tech, downtown Cookeville, and only about 15 min to Cummins Falls State Park. I plan to come back again next year and stay with them again!

Sallie's place was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. My grandson's and their dad really enjoyed fishing off the dock, they used up all their bait and had to get more! There were plenty of games to play on the day when the weather wasn't the best. The kitchen was really well stocked and very large. The very long dining tables inside and out were perfect for sitting our family for meals and playing games. It was very close to Rock Island State Park and a small grocery store was just down the road with the best ice cream spot, Rock Island Trolley. Nice and quiet and beautiful area. This is a nice spot — peaceful and pleasant. The house is very nicely appointed. Everything is new or nearly new. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It’s within easy driving distance to Cookeville. Sadie was super responsive and friendly and flexible. Would recommend!

Perfect stay for our weekend getaway to visit our children at TTU. The house was in a nice quiet location and only 10 minutes from my children’s apartment and TTU.

This house is beautiful with new, clean finishes. The location is peaceful and quiet with beautiful scenery. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, even offering to bring me supplies during a power outage. I can’t recommend this place enough!

My second stay at this rental, and again, no disappointment(s). Super clean, exceptional host, comfortable, convenient ... and more. The only suggestion I have would be nightlights. I am an accident waiting to happen walking around in the dark, but don't like burning up electricity by leaving lamps/overhead lights on. Thank you for providing a place to stay that makes you not want to leave. Peace and Blessings!

What a nice, peaceful stay in this cozy cottage. Great location, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for relaxation, a very welcoming host and close proximity to nature.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is exactly as listed, the host has amazing communication and very accommodating, the neighbors were friendly and the area is very peaceful. We had a storm pass through on one of our days there, the host checked in on us throughout the stay. We will definitely stay again when we return. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

We stayed for 2 nights 4 adults. Mitchell's place was just right. We really enjoyed meeting him and talking. Rented the pontoon boat which was great. Already thinking about when we would return. Would recommend staying at this property.

We had a great stay at The Getaway for my nieces wedding. The home was exactly like the photos and the interior was clean. It was a very nice home and the craftsmanship was top notch. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom was nice and big and the bed extremely comfortable. One side note…if you are not a tall person, you may need some type of a stool to get into bed as the bed sits very high. The bedrooms do not have televisions in them, but that was not an issue for us. There is a large television in the great room which was perfectly fine. The views of the mountains and the lake were breathtaking. The home was very much worth the fair price. Thank you Mark for opening up your home and being so responsive in all communications.
