Jeff’s place was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the beautiful back yard and how well Jeff communicated with us. This home was near some great restaurants as well and we appreciate the recommendations that he left us.

This home is equipped to meet everyone's needs and wants. This home had plenty of room to accommodate our family. The location brings peace and comfort to all. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The home is furnished with necessities and extras. Our family enjoyed everything about this location.

This property was as described and close to the TAMU campus. It made my frequent trips to campus easy. Home was very comfortable and spacious. Each room was inviting. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Host was always quick to respond to inquiries prior to arrival and even during my stay. Instructions for arrival detailed and easy to understand. I would certainly choose this property again for an extended visit in the area.

The house is so beautiful and a perfect getaway from the city life. The house is very authentic and has so much of history and culture in it. Absolutely loved the place and the backyard too! Would definitely visit again.

Beth is a wonderful host. She was extremely accommodating with our requests. The house was in excellent condition and a perfect location for our family reunion. We will definitely reserve her place again during future visits to College Station.

Plenty of space. Everything worked well. Clean and all basic kitchen items available, including coffee pot. Hot tub was excellent. Appreciated the quick responses from the host. 4 miles from the state park which was nice for getting a good walk in. Beds were comfortable.

Property is in pristine condition and stocked with anything you could think of. The location is just down the street from grocery stores and restaurants. The fenced in backyard was amazing for our pups. Kelli was a great host! Would recommend this property to anyone!

What a very special house! Our family and friends celebrated my son’s ring dunk and 21st birthday. He is a first generation Aggie and all of the grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. came to celebrate this special weekend. Julio was such an awesome host and did everything he could to accommodate us. The house was perfect for a large group and we can’t wait to come back again.

We stayed here while visiting for a weekend soccer tournament. The place was clean and the layout was nice. The location was very good for anything on or around the A&M campus. The only complaint we had was the difficulty accessing the house while nearby streets are closed for construction but the host was very responsive getting us directions on a Friday night.

This was such a peaceful place! It was much needed to get away from the city and just enjoy the countryside of living. I fell in love with the area and the property! The stars are very visible at night! The home is very cozy, I felt right at home! Loved the whole experience! Thank you so much for welcoming me to this beautiful home!

My family needed space to stay together during a funeral for my father-in-law. Rhonda's place fit the bill perfectly. The house is gorgeous and easy to find. Rhonda was very easy to communicate with and responded to quiestions very quickly. My family felt at home from the minute we walked in. Great place, great host.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first. The home is super spacious, everyone has their own room and bathroom, and the home feels like a home but doesn’t have any clutter. As usual, a wonderful stay.

Katie’s place was absolutely wonderful—even better than the pictures! My partner and I needed a little getaway from the city, and this was exactly what we were looking for. We forgot a few things, but luckily, she had everything you could possibly need. We had an absolute blast and will be back ASAP! If you’re on the fence about booking, hop off and just do it! I promise you won’t regret it!

We so enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a football game and had everything we needed at John's place. The house was spacious and clean. The mattresses were soft and dipped toward the middle but I slept fine the two nights we were there. A few of the decorative pillows showed some wear but nothing significant. Overall a great stay and good value.

Kim was absolutely amazing! She was very accommodating and flexible! My daughter, niece and nephew enjoyed the stocking stuffers she left for them! We enjoyed spending our holiday vacation and Celebrating the Birth of Jesus during our stay! I love how peaceful it was to sit on the balcony by the water!

This is our 3rd stay at Charley’s place. It was wonderful as always! Just a short visit to spend the holidays with family but we thoroughly enjoyed it. As always the house has everything you need and more to make your stay perfect. House was super cleaned and well stocked. We will continue to be future guests here. Charley was top notch at communicating also. One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at! They have truly thought of everything.

Very clean and spacious house. We were in town for a graduation and wedding, and the size was great all the events that weekend. Ramsey is a very friendly and responsive host!

The house was amazing!! Spacious for our family of 6. Kids loved the backyard and play room in the back. All the rooms were spotless clean and everything was washed fresh and ready for us. By far the best experience we have ever had thus far. Next time we are in college station we are going to be staying here again! Thank you for everything Patty
