We enjoyed everyday at the premises. Great to rise in the morning and head out for a coffee on the patio. So much to do in the area, we decided to simply walk to various destinations. Beach was only 15 minutes. Coffee shops less than 500 meters. Loved YUMMY Ice Cream Cafe. When we did make one reservation for a tour, we contacted Bonnie as recommended. She organized the whole day, including lunch. The neighbours are friendly and helpful... giving us some great tips...they had been coming back to the same establishment for years. if you are a bird lover, could download the Merlin app and use it to identify a number of species. Several monkeys in the area as well. This was a very lucky choice we made. Would definitely return. Thanks for making this a great vacation. . Ron and Gerry

Daphne's place was perfect four our family of six and we loved our stay! The condo was in great condition and we took advantage of the full kitchen to prepare some breakfasts and lunches so we didn't have to eat our every meal. The clubhouse and pool were conveniently located just next door to the building and our kids loved swimming and we enjoyed the beautiful views over the golf course. It was also so nice having the amenities of Reserva Conchal available - we swam at the beach club, used the kayaks in the ocean, and worked out in the gym - all were convenient and fun. And to top it off, Daphne was a fantastic host. Her communications for check-in and check-out were helpful and clear and she provided us with a great guidebook of local activities and attractions to help make our stay more enjoyable. We really couldn't recommend her or her place higher!

I was more than happy with how my stay at Andrea’s condo was. I have never been to Tamarindo before and I felt very safe and like I had a lot of useful recommendations. The location was even better than I expected and I could walk everywhere!

Very nice views and location. The apartment is big and has all the amenities one might need for your stay!

Would love to stay here again, close to beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery store is right down the road.

Rich Coast seems to represent a large number of properties. As such, they have a team of associates that take care of customer communication and basic repairs. We had a small plumbing issue, they responded within 15 minutes of my call and had someone at the unit within the hour. From previous experience, that's light speed in Guanacaste time.

This stay was great! The place looked like the pictures and it was clean. It's a prime location and everything was so walkable! Building staff were also friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

This condo is just as described. Steps from one of the pools. We also explored the walking paths that wander around the complex this visit, which we didn't last time. As a family with two young kids, we love this location because it isn't right in town, but it's still an easy drive to everything you need.

We had a spectacular stay at you and me by the sea! Louis’ instructions were wonderful and easy. The location was perfect. The marina was beautiful and quiet and there was plenty to do. The beach out front was just wonderful! There was great snorkelling with lots of fish and the beach felt almost private a lot of the time. The house was exactly as shown and the view was absolutely beautiful. Our family of four had the best time there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

J ai adoré mon séjour l endroit est formidable. Le balcon donne une très belle vue sur l océan et les coucher de soleil sont a couper le souffle. Le spot est parfait pour aller surfer et profiter pleinement de la plage et la piscine. Pour se rendre au village il est préférable de se louer une petite bicyclette, moto ou kart de golf ! Il est certain que j y retourne l année prochaine!

Me encantó el lugar, nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La atención fue increíble, el ambiente acogedor y cada detalle bien cuidado. Definitivamente un lugar al que quiero volver.

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

The accommodations were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and a flat-screen TV with a wide range of channels. Overall, The host Nicolas exceeded all my expectations. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and luxurious accommodations made my stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to return.
