We had a nice stay at Anchor Inn. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the main street. I worked remotely for our month stay and the wifi worked perfectly without any issues. We are traveling with our small dog and he enjoyed the walled, gated complex. Access to a washing machine was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Mary’s Airbnb in Cojutepeque! The home was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great—within walking distance of authentic food spots and a market. The three-story layout was perfect, with incredible views from the top. Having two parking spots was a huge plus. Mary was an accommodating and responsive host, even allowing extra time for checkout when needed. Highly recommend this place!

It was my first time booking Airbnb for my family and Jaime was responsive with any questions I had since it was my first time booking , Jaime answered all questions and helped with anything I needed help with , house was perfect for our family we needed nights to stay and he was ok me have to kids at 3yrs old and 1yr old which was really important to us ! Thanks again Jaime!!! Will book again when I come back!!

Great stay easy access.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is 10 minutes away from everything. There were quite a lot of turns to get to the house but that’s just how it is in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe being there. The house was clean overall but there were always critters that got in somehow, not the fault of the host. It’s just Guatemala. I did have a tiny problem with the person in charge of cleaning but I contacted the host Fabian and he corrected it immediately. Thanks again! Thanks again Fabian. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement et son emplacement. Très propre, très confortable. L’ajout d’une télévision intelligente serait vraiment nécessaire mais tout le reste était parfait. Très beau séjour, nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation! Merci!

I loved Hector’s Airbnb. It was cute and looked just like the pictures. AC in every bedroom. Héctor was very responsive when we had questions and needed help.

We loved this little cottage. While it is not fancy, it fit the island vibe perfectly. The small pool for the complex is a great place to relax. The location was perfect - just far enough from the main streets but just close enough for an easy walk to the restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend!

Quedamos complacidos con la casa, estaba bien equipada aunque podria mejorar. El anfitrion Gabriel fue muy amable, atento siempre a nuestras necesidades y puntual al recibirnos. Muy cercano a zonas comerciales y turisticas lo que hizo nuestra estadia muy placentera. Definitivamente regresaría.

Jenny siempre atenta, muy amable. La ubicación muy buena, cuesta un poco ver el rótulo por el tamaño así que en la noche puede ser difícil, todo lo demás excelente, linda casa, piscina y propiedad.

everything would’ve been perfect except for the one thing the made me leave early: no wifi signal in the main room where i slept and where I needed it to work and watch my steaming apps. i tried to set up myself the wifi extender but it did not work at all. tried several times. as someone who needs a relatively fast but absolutely stable internet connection to work, this was a deal breaker. I ended up leaving a day earlier, paying for an extra day for nothing. they told me i could work near the entrance to the apartment where the wifi was available but how practical is this?

Been coming to this area for 25 years, and stayed at Meadows before. Love the location, the short walk to a beautiful beach, and the 8 scarlet macaws that visited every day. Spent our days walking the beach, swimming and bird/critter watching. The grounds keeper,Agner was the best. A most positive and peaceful space I’ll be coming back very soon Thank you Meadow and my new amigo Agner..

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It met all of our wants and needs The communication was great. The place overall was very nice and clean It came with a really nice breakfast which was unexpected as most Airbnb do not offer that. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again

A really nice stay! The place is clean and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for daily cooking (even scissors and a cheese grater!). It was nice to have access to a free washer and dryer as well. The WiFi was a good speed for video conference calls and presentations. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and about a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. We spent a lot of evenings in Old Town, which was only a 10 minute Uber. Jeff is very responsive and helpful and it is nice he lives one floor above. The AC unit is only in the bedroom but was enough to keep the whole place pretty cool. The ceiling fans helped a lot. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Panama City.

Absolutely incredible place to stay for a honeymoon :) we were there for just over a week, and we really loved our little home base. Jan was so helpful with recommendations and even booked our reservation for Manuel Antonio with her Costa Rican debit card since we couldn't do it ourselves. With as helpful as she was, she also gave us total privacy and communicated very effectively with us. I know the person before us mentioned insect issues, but we had no complaints whatsoever and were there for an extended period of time. We were able to see hummingbirds, scarlet macaws, lizards, and other varieties of birds which made just sitting by the pool a fun experience. The shading was perfect for the pool too. You could decide if you wanted to sit in the shade or the sun depending how you feel. The AC cools down the bedroom very fast when arriving home. The private driveway is convenient too. We loved our stay so much! We would certainly consider coming back if in town!

This place was an absolute gem of a find! It was a last minute choice as every hotel we went to in San Pedro was fully booked for the night. I can’t express enough how pleasantly surprised we were. Dianna and Crystal were super friendly, communicative and welcoming. The place was beautiful and peaceful and the outside shower is really something! The only negative thing I have to say is it’s hard to find the place as there is no exact address and the gps app and general internet connection is sometimes unreliable. The hosts did their best to provide written directions but we still had to ask the locals who pointed us in the right direction. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying there again myself the next time I find myself in San Pedro!

We had an awesome stay! The place was clean and comfortable, the air conditioners worked great for the very hot weather! The host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The location was great! The house is located close to basically everything you need. The beach, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and shops are all a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!
