Uno de los mejores Airbnb que me he quedado, muy privado y a la vez, muy limpio, y ante todo que se descansa muy bien.

Bonito lugar, comodo y amplio, se parece a las fotos. Cuentan con un buen servicio al cliente, atentos a las solicitudes de informacion previa a la llegada.

Elena and Dale are kind and accommodating hosts and have a very lovely space for their Airbnb. The room had all the amenities that I could want, a comfortable mattress, very convenient to small shops and grocery, and plenty of hot water. I certainly will return the next time I’m in town.

Maria was helping to communicate and trying to reach out every time before we arrived . We feel that we are taken care by her so ! Thanks Maria

Stayed for 3 nights. Pool was the main attration for us.. Beautiful views of the ocean, city and enjoyed watching the planes come and go all day! The apartment was clean and stocked with everything needed. One of our favorites in mobay so far!!! We will be back!

The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. There was a booklet with many recommendations for activities nearby for sunny or rainy days, which was very helpful. The room was spotless and very cozy. I will book here again when I visit the area.

The host was always there to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is in top centric location, clean and spacious, will come back for sure!

Éramos un grupo de 5 amigos, todos quedamos satisfechos con el lugar, la ubicación es muy céntrica, con un restaurante al frente que es muy agradable, a 300 metros de la casa hay un mirador increíble, la atención de Pablo fue excelente, el primo de él muy amable también nos recibió. Sin duda esperamos volver a mitad de año.

Beautiful accomodations with ipen air kitchen and modern, air-conditioned bedrooms/showers. Jungle enclave just a few hubdred meters from the black sand beach. On site swimming pool, comfortable sitting area and tables adacent to the pool. Bus stop and groceries just outside the gate. Easy walk along the beach to Puerto Viejo or take a tuk tuk for 2.000 colones. Host very responsive and proactive. Would stay here again and highly recommend

We had such an amazing stay here. We had booked another place that did not turn out to be what we hoped and ended up booking this place to get out of ours. Evi was super responsive and even had the place cleaned and ready for us by 11 the next morning. It made our stay so much more enjoyable. We cooked wonderful meals in the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the privacy of the yard and the beautiful pool. It was so nice and we would stay here again on a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for our large family oriented group. We loved the BBQ and pool, and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had some trouble with the central air not feeling as strong in the bedrooms, but George was quick to respond and help us. The location is super quiet and secluded, which we loved. The guys were able to play golf easily and the beach was short drive away. We enjoyed how calm it was!

This was our fourth year staying at Sandor's place. There are always changes for the better. The grounds are beautiful and the house has plenty of room for up to four people. The pool area with shaded patio is nice for the hot Nicaragua weather. Carlos and Cristhian, caretakers, are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Sandor is always quick to respond to any questions we have. We are already looking forward to a return trip in 2026!

Beautiful, private and relaxing place

What an incredible stay! It was stunning. Very clean. The staff is so nice and friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Stevens place was great. We arranged a pick up at the airport with Mary, a co-host. She is a really nice lady and took us up and showed us around the spectacular apartment. The refrigerator was stocked with some drinks and condiments, which was nice. It has been a dream to see the Canal and we could not have picked a better location. All ships entering and exiting the Canal on the Pacific side pass only a few hundred yards from the balcony or roof terrace. There are lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. If you want to head into the city, there’s a bus stop only a short walk from the property. Taxis and Uber are also very inexpensive options. As mentioned, there is a roof terrace on the third level. The sleeping area with bathroom and view on the second level and kitchen/living room/balcony on the first level. One of the best AirBnB stays ever. Highly recommended, especially if you are into ships.

Excellent séjour ! Tout fut parfait de la réservation jusqu’au départ. La relation avec Proper Rent est parfaite, ils sont hyper réactifs et disponibles. L’appartement est complètement conforme aux photos. D’une très grande propreté, idéalement situé, très bien décoré, c’est parfait également. Je recommande cette location et cet hôte . Merci pour ce séjour !

Great little oasis to stay while in Tamarindo! Quiet, clean and relaxing base with an amazing pool to the shed the heat of the day. Steps from restaurants and the beach is under a ten minute walk. Felt totally safe walking with the family. The unit is separated from the rest which is really nice for privacy and chilling on the covered porch/balcony. We really enjoyed the troop of monkeys which comes through fairly regularly so have your cameras ready! You might have to get up early to see them though! Stephanie is a great host who lives onsite and is readily available if you need anything. What’s not to like!

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
