Sumit is a very responsive host. The offered amenities within the Airbnb were outstanding, beyond expectations. The location can be a little hard to find but rest everything was absolutely worth it.

This place was extremely comfortable to stay with family. I personally look for cleanliness for my stay, and this place did extremely clean & well maintained. Summary: My personal overall rating 4.5/5, Highly recommend the place #Pros: * Fully equipped place with all the necessary utilities * Great place for family vacation * Proximity to main Market * Great view from balcony (especially after snowfall, we were lucky to experience that) * Very responsive property caretaker, she (Sonia didi) regularly called & checked if we need anything #Cons * if you're booking, higher floors then their is no lift (but it's manageable) * location of the property is slightly inside the alley (to locate this place search 'Bombay International Hotel') * No option for Cook/ kitchen utensils cleaning help (be prepared to treat the place as home, not a hotel) overall the experience was simply Great. Hope other traveller, leave the place in same condition as the recived. Will rebook on next visit :)

nice isolated property.. the rooms are big and well ventilated. washrooms are clean.. the care takers are very helpful ... overall experience was good... highly recommended 🙂🙂

It’s truly a home away from home. The place is surrounded by nature with greenery all around the place & a small stream of river flows near by in just walking distance. A special thanks to Uncle & Aunty Ji who made this place feel like home & are the most sweetest people we have ever met. May the almighty bless them with all the health & happiness. We saw few bird species here which are almost extinct in the cities. It’s your place if you like peace & tranquility, away from the hustle-bustle of the city life.

We stayed at Harsh’s place for a night while travelling to Manali. Great location. Very ver responsive. Extremely helpful. He recommended few places around as well. Superb host.

I stayed for 1 night with my friends and it was a lovely stay. Mentioned directions were a little off but I contacted the host and he helped me out with the right directions. I liked the greenery over there. Place was huge and everything was well maintained. I asked for bonfire which the caretaker helped me to setup. Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this for groups.

Very comfortable stay. Lovely view from the balcony.

Its a nice and very convenient stay right from the word go. We had clear guidance from the host and faced no location issue. Its basically inside a housing locality and a couple of eating joints are available on the main road not far away. Since the stay is only 1 or 2 minute walk from the main road its very easy to get autos anytime. One ghat is just around 30 metres away from the stay and is cleaner and quiet peaceful. The host is very responsive and the response time is very short too. Jagrit's parents are very considerate people and suggest you on local sight seeing. They were good enough to extend our stay by one day when we requested. Overall a comfortable experience . My only little suggestion to the host is to please pay a little attention to maintenance issues like taps, fan switches etc. Rest all fine

It felt as though we were stepping into a high-end hotel, but with the cozy charm of a home away from home. The attention to detail throughout the space made all the difference. Nijat's place was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for a place to stay for our Azerbaijan travel. It was spacious, bright, clean, and orderly. So if you are someone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay, I definitely recommend Nijat's place. He has everything ready, from toiletries to tissues and towels, cleaning materials, and cooking stuff! It is definitely a home. ♥️ He has a fast wifi connection as well! The place is walking distance to Nizami Street, wherein you can shop, chill, and find good cafes/restaurants. It is also situated one building away from a police station; hence, you are sure that you are safe. Plus, Nijat is also very accommodating; he allowed us to check in early and check out late. I recommend 1000000%. We were really lucky we found him on Airbnb! All the best to you, Nijat!

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

From the moment we have booked the place for stay, we were greeted by Mr. Sachin and we had a great feeling that this stay is going to be soo worth it. He informed us about every small detail of the place and locations to visit and enjoy. The entire orchid was very beautiful with a water body near by and the host couple was so welcoming that they gave us a round of the place, took care of each and every minute requirements like stay, food, excursion, paragliding and what not. Rooms were that clean and settled up which was giving us a homely feel infact other arrangements like bonfire and sitting arrangements in the orchid were done so beautifully. None the less, the see off was so heart touching, it made us sure about our next visit.

Very peaceful and calm place to spend a low-key vacation. The caretaker Sanjay was extremely responsive and pampered us with great food, barbeque and bonfire. Felt like home, would certainly recommend staying here.

i would say great place to stay , specially if you are looking for offbeat place . however just one thing ..to reach this cottage u need a expert driver who can drive in a steap uphill road which takes u to this from main road . it is like 200 meters .however this is actually very tough tarren to drive .

We had a great stay at Mayank’s property! It was exactly like the photos; the furniture and linen felt clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and sweet, and the food was excellent— just like the other reviews described (charged additionally). The only challenge we faced was that the road to the property was still under-construction at the time of our visit (about the same time as this review) and it made it a bit difficult to drive to the location. While the terrace is quite nice and the views from the windows are too, the lack of proper roadways made the place unwalkable too. If you’re looking to spend most of your time at the property like we did, with the occasional visit to commercial Mukteshwar, then this place is just for you. Would also recommend visiting restaurants like ‘Potpourri’ by the Birdcage. There’s a supermart for basic necessities. As a sidenote, just a polite reminder to carry your own trash bag to avoid littering and dampening the natural beauty of the place :)
