Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

Had a bachelorette trip here with 11 people total, it was in a very good area that was quiet and near good restaurants. We were able to easily use fetti and ubers to travel. Also really nice pool!

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

The house was in a good location with lots of local restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect base for a week in central Texas. The house was set up and had plenty of convenience for a family stay. The AC and ceiling fans kept it comfortable and their was coffee and tea for guests. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful private outdoor area by the pool. I would definately choose to stay with Carlos and Sarah again.

We had the best time! A family of 9. We all had our own spacious bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were great. It was decorated so nice. Kids loved the pool!!! We swam and enjoyed snack out there every afternoon. Pool table and dart board kept us busy, huge couch and tv for movie time. Anthony responded to all my questions quickly and patiently. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall a 5/5 stay! Very beautiful home in a peaceful location. But everything is still nearby! So many restaurants in the area. Went to a lot of the ones that the host recommended. The home was clean, the backyard was cute, felt safe and cozy. Internet was super fast too. Great communication from the host!

Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I for our spring break getaway! Clean, nice pool area and a short walk to the restaurants and shops on south congress. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. So close to all the fun on S. Congress. Walk to the Continental Club! Was everything as advertised. Definitely would recommend.

A really charming house. Not a fake house just for AirBnB. We had a very pleasant time.

We loved our stay at Brendan’s place. It felt soo luxurious with all the amenities and thoughtfully selected decor. We especially loved the cowboy pool and outdoor space, and the espresso machine came in clutch. The direct area isn’t super walkable but that wasn’t a problem as plenty is easily accessible via car. Brendan was super friendly and communicative. Highly recommend! !

Alan was responsive and worked with us the whole time there. We will be renting again next year for the next MotoGP event. We loved it!!! Can't wait to return.

A wonderful stay and view of the lake. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Maya was easy to communicate with and provided some helpful recommendations on restaurants. Check in and check out was smooth and easy.

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

Great House! The house was very clean and comfortable. This was the second time we booked this house and we will definitely do it again. The Game Room is a big plus.
