Perfect location for our short trip to Austin. Had lots of stuff available in the house, everything was in working order, comfortable. About 20-30 minutes to downtown and was a great place to land in the evenings.

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

Gina’s home was very comfortable, from the cozy couch, well equipped kitchen, to the comfy beds. The floor plan is open, bright and fresh. It’s less than 10 minutes from an HEB and easily accessible to I-35. My family enjoyed staying here, even the four-legged ones.

The backyard was just lovely, the koi pond made for a beautiful respite after long days. So beautifully decorated felt just like home.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We had the best time! A family of 9. We all had our own spacious bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were great. It was decorated so nice. Kids loved the pool!!! We swam and enjoyed snack out there every afternoon. Pool table and dart board kept us busy, huge couch and tv for movie time. Anthony responded to all my questions quickly and patiently. Highly recommend staying here!

Alright Alright Alright! What an amazing place to stay. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Space ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the perfect spot if you a visiting Austin for a short or long trip. Toms a top host and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Walkable to the best parts of Austin and the terrace in the trees is such a cool place to hang in the sunshine. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee and hot sauce provided! Really handy to have a washing machine a dryer Neighbourhood is quiet and safe We will be back for sure Stop looking around and book this place!

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Nice private location. The unit has everything you need. Nice kitchen living room combo. The loft is fine but for those who have limited mobility it would not be appropriate. The bath has a beautiful spa tub for those who love a deep luxurious bubble bath.

We loved our stay! The apartment is just as described/photographed. It was super cute, great spot for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

This was a great stay! Rachel was responsive with a flexible and easy check-in. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do, but far enough so it wasn't loud at night. I would recommend!

Marilyn was a responsive and friendly host who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our whole trip. Her place was private and clean, but also in a great location near some local bars and restaurants. It fit what my husband and I were truly looking for on vacation.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Great stay! The host was very easy to communicate with. They even got me a full length mirror prior to my arrival. Which was much appreciated! Loved the unit and balcony. Had everything needed inside. The rooftop pool was heated and had a beautiful view. Easy access to walk the lake trail. Would recommend and stay again.

Jason’s unit was super nice! It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures & all the building amenities were great. Check in was a breeze and Jason was always responsive and very kind.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

This place was perfectly located — we loved the walkability to Rainey St and the ability to get on the best running trail in Austin in a one min walk from the front door. The condo was spacious and super comfortable. We will stay here again!

This was a great place to explore Austin from. Rainey St. was right around the corner. The river trail is great for walking and the pool was enjoyable when the sun was out.
