We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

My partner, our dog, and I stayed here over the weekend for a short city break from London, and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Sophie is a fantastic host, friendly and accommodating! The house is set in a peaceful location, perfect for walks, and just a 30-minute stroll from the charming little town. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it!

We had a brilliant stay at the Alice Lodge. The lodge was beautifully kept and had everything we wanted for a couple of nights stay. Our family loved the hot tub and it was straight forward to run and keep warm over the couple of days we were there. The location was lovely and private. We would love to stay again! We were pleased with our stay in the Annex at Newton House. The accommodation was a good size, and was very clean. The bed and linen were very comfortable, the bedroom was large. Newton is a very small quiet village, we enjoyed the silence and the views. Parking was immediately outside the door. Brian and Georgie communicated well, made us welcome and were flexible. We would recommend the Annex if you want a tranquil escape.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough about this property and also Ashling, the Host. I arrived with my five-year-old daughter and we both loved the property. Ashling was an amazing host, not only personally checking us in, but also checking during our two day stay that everything was okay. Little touches like having a pint of milk in the fridge were just so incredibly thoughtful and also helpful. I will definitely be going back!

Had a lovely weekend stay with my wife, daughters and grandchildren you celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. was greeted by a member of staff and shown around the lovely warm converted barn and, after clear instructions, we were left in peace to enjoy the amenities - table football, large and small pool table, air hockey table and table tennis, hot tub, large TV, large oven, large Samsung fridge freezer (with ice and water maker) and coffee machine with supplied pods. Beds were fine and, although there was an all-ladies 40th party weekend happening in the mansion next door, it didn't cause us any issues. We had a small problem with the hot tub, but Sam was promptly responsive and had a member of staff there within 2 hrs. There were several nice pub restaurants within a 10 minute drive and, at the end of our stay, check-out was simple. recommended.

Absolutely STUNNING property! We stayed here for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed! The property exceeded our expectations in every way and the hot tub was an added bonus. Konny was super responsive too! Would definitely return, thank you so much for a wonderful stay ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at No.2 Dutch Barn yet again. It’s our third time and it never disappoints. Beautiful open plan 1st floor with the kitchen and living area with fantastic views. Three good size bedrooms downstairs. It was clean, tidy, with a well thought out layout and had everything we needed. We didn’t venture out so can’t comment much about the area but the apartment itself is amazing and a great size for the five of us. Also had a very tasty Indian takeaway just down the road. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

We booked The Old Stables to attend a christening in the town and didn’t realise at the time that it was right across the road from the church! Perfect location, walking distance to the centre of town and plenty of amenities nearby. We felt very relaxed and the accommodation was homely and spacious. Our dog felt right at home as well and there were plenty of parks nearby for walks! The hosts were friendly and responsive and left everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Thank you, I’m sure we’ll stay again!

A lovely place to stay. Potential for a sofa bed to sleep more. Everything is very local and a shop near by for any essentials.

We stayed in the annex for three weeks, as our son was attending an intensive course of physical therapy at NAPA in Harlow. The property being only on the ground floor was perfect for our son in a wheelchair. There is a step at the front door but we found that this was not at all a problem. Our stay was an extremely comfortable one. It is a beautiful property that is comfortable and well thought out. The annex has both style and substance. It feels like a home. The surrounding farm is beautiful and was a joy to look at. Sally herself is a perfect host - informative, kind and good fun. The only negative from me is that the fridge was too small for our purposes. However, Sally let us kindly use another fridge and I know that she has plans to install a bigger one. All in all, we loved it and we have already booked for later in the year.

Sharon met us on arrival and was very nice, friendly and welcoming. Gave us instructions of entry and advised on local shops and restaurants which were literally 10 mins away. The barn itself is as the picture but actually bigger than it looks. It is very warm, cosy and welcoming! Inside was very clean, with lovely bed linen and the comfiest bed ever! The grounds are lovely and safe as you are behind an electric metal gated entrance! When in the area this will definitely be our number one choice!

Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Susan was epically organised with the communications. The Loft was beautiful. I’ve had the privilege to stay in lots of places around the UK and this stacks up against the best hotels but has the added benefit and flexibility to have your own space. Everything has been thought about to ensure an easy and luxurious stay. The accommodation is high tech, which I loved, and honestly it was so well equipped. We stayed with my two children and it was just perfect. Every added touch. Plus the benefit of having breakfast things already there and the upgrade of extras as needed throughout the stay such as wine. Loved also the electric car charger right outside. Would 100 per cent recommend and I will be staying in this or one of Susan’s other glorious properties again in the future. Thank you.

Awesome couples weekend away in a beautiful and comfortable barn. One for the memory book. Sally communicated well from the start, describing the simple check-in process and gave local recommendations. Each room in the barn had something special to offer, whether it was the space and views from the mezzanine floor, the accessible room off the lounge with adjustable beds that both had massage function. Or finally, the bedroom closest to the entrance which had the hideaway snug, which we used for our girls chats. The barn comes with Netlfix and all the kitchen utensils that you will need. You just need to bring your own food ingredients if you wish to cook or you can dine out locally or easily head into Cambourne or Cambridge. Sally allowed us to have a very relaxed check-out, as there was no booking the next morning. Great added bonus!!! We will definitely be back again! Thank you so much Sally.
