We had a wonderful stay! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of very thoughtful touches (such as toys for kids and garden games). Also a very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Communication was very clear and friendly. The grounds are also wonderful and there are some lovely walks nearby. I would absolutely recommend this place and would certainly return.

Great stay, had everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay at Femi's 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Stevenage. The house was super clean and everything worked. Access was easy and Femi was super-responsive within minutes when we contacted him. The location is very peaceful and quiet and it is just a 10 minute stroll to the high street with many bars and restaurants. The place has 3 bedrooms. One with 2 singles pushed together to make a double. One with 2 singles and a third with 1 single. The couch in the living room is also comfortable for an extra bed. There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway which is essential in Stevenage and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Access is easy via a lock box. We absolutely will use this house again for future stays in Stevenage. Thanks Femi!

Wonderful home. The owners have thought of every little detail and decorated the home beautifully. It’s really homely and we were given a lovely dog hamper. The garden is very small but there are lots of fields a a park nearby to walk the dog. I would recommend this AirBnB.

We had a wonderful stay over the New Year’s Eve period. The property was exactly as described, and Carina was so friendly, proactive, and quick to respond in all our communications. The area is absolutely beautiful, even in the heart of winter, and it’s conveniently close to transportation into London. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a charming little property, I highly recommend this place!

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

This is a great place, in the best location, and the hosts were thoughtful with recommendations. The space was clean and amazing as advertised. Really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub i definitely recommend this beautiful place

Amazing stay! Took my girlfriend as a surprise and we loved it. The cabin we stayed in was great it felt warm and cosy, outside we had features along with the lake running through. Dan and Victoria were helpful and friendly, we booked the swim centre as well which I highly recommend. There’s so much to do at the location as well as going out nearby. We only did a night in march but will definitely return in the summer, as far as I’m aware we were the only couple there as there is only two cabins so it felt private. Would highly recommend!

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Fabulous and responsive host. Place exactly as described...slightly larger if anything. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy and there was plenty of space for our big dog. Definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. I absolutely loved staying here, and the respect and kindness from the landlord made it even better. I would

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Kirsty was the best host! She was so helpful and kind. The place is so gorgeous and peaceful. Parking was so easy and it was very private. The place was super warm and cosy and matched the pictures perfectly. We stayed for almost 4 weeks and were really sad to leave. Can’t recommend enough, hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Rob was super helpful and answered queries quickly. The property was perfect, really clean, all the amenities, beautifully decorated and equipped. We loved it here. There is so much to do in the area, ivinghoe beacon, Paul’s knob, pitstone hill, all walkable from the property. Set in such a peaceful location, and a shop just a couple of minutes walk. Great to do loads in the day, then just chill in the peace and quiet of an evening. Loved our stay here.

We’ve been staying here since last Spring for our work trips and have had no issues at all. Lovely house and would definitely recommend!
