Superb place to stay for visiting London, the tube station is just opposite, the apartments are excellent and we have stayed in them a few times now. Comfortable, modern, clean and quiet. The owners are excellent for communication we highly recommend staying here.

Hugh was very quick to respond and also very helpful when we needed any support. He provided detailed instructions on how to access the location and also responded timely when we arrived. He also helped us to keep the luggage when we checked out. Overall very nice experience to stay here and highly recommended!

Amazing host couldnt ask for better. Unkown to unal the pans needed to be differnet to work on the job so upon messaging he went straight oit broight new pans and dropped them off. Beds were great. 100% stay again super value for money

We had a gig at Alexandra Palace and didn't want to have to travel home after so stayed at this lovely little apartment. super clean and cosy. Absolutely perfect for what we needed 🙂

Freddy's place is great. Very livable for the week we were there and a great view of the canal. Great location as well, well connected by the bus and nice for walking around. We will definitely see if Freddy's place is available next time we're in London.

We had an amazing stay in the loveley flat by Yemi! He is very kind and really cares about his guests. Espacially the view from the balcony is amazing from 15th floor. The flat looks exactly as shown.

I miei complimenti vanno soprattutto ai proprietari della casa, è incantevole e perfetta sotto ogni aspetto, l’architetto che l’ha progettata ha ricavato spazi in modo raffinato e geniale. Nulla è lasciato al caso, le luci creano un atmosfera degna del posto e la scelta musicale era perfetta! I dischi di Miles Davis ed Amy Winehouse hanno accompagnato il nostro risveglio insieme alla vista del canale che ci ha regalato risvegli con meravigliosi cigni bianchi. Mi avrebbe fatto piacere accendere il camino, ma le indicazioni che ho ricevuto dall’’host erano contrarie e mi sono attenuta alle regole. Peccato! Sono stata molte volte a Londra e la conosco molto bene, ho sempre preferito la zona di Kensington ma devo dire che questa esperienza è stata unica per me e la mia famiglia. Sperimentare una nuova zona, è stata veramente una bella scoperta. Grazie, per il bel ricordo di un viaggio in famiglia, con figli e nonni ❤️

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

Wonderful little place tucked away north of Kings Cross. Two very comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a lovely little yard out the back with birds and squirrels to watch. A 10 min walk along the canal to granary square / coal yards / kings cross.

Beautiful house, lovely host! We had such a special time at Alison’s house. We’d love to come back one day.

The house was everything that was described and had a lovely setting. There was every convenience and it was exceptionally peaceful and quiet. The views were really lovely and we both really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Even though it was very peaceful the house was very near the town centre which was great for cafes, restaurants and shopping. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we hope to return.

Our family (5 adults) stayed at the property between Christmas and New Year 2024. The house is modern, beautifully presented and in the perfect location to visit Henley and the surrounding area. Considering the time of year we were lucky with the weather and able to take full advantage of the restaurants, coffee shops and walks offered by Henley. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Gabriela’s place in Stamford Hill was so lovely. Place was really pretty, peaceful, and quiet! The neighborhood is very safe and if you like quiet nights, it will suit you. I usually wear ear plugs because I wake up easily at noise and I did not have to wear them. Gabriela is very responsive and proactive as a host. Also very genuine and kind. Highly recommend her place!

L’appartement d’Helen est à 5 minutes du métro. La vue sur le canal est très plaisante et il y a quelques cafés et restaurants à proximité. Le logement est confortable et assez bien équipé. Helen a été très réactive et la communication était très facile et sympathique

A stunning spacious flat in an ideal location within walking distance of the City and set in a beautiful neighbourhood in Angel with close access to shops and supermarkets. Alex is a very helpful and responsive host. The flat is quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed the space. We would highly recommend.

Great few days spent in London , apartment was immaculate the outside of apartments is being done up but had no impact at all just refresh of stairway etc , check in very easy & great instructions. We were asked re loud voices at night however after explaining to host it wasn’t our apartment he was understanding . If I had to give bit of constructive feedback it would be a long mirror for upstairs as when you are in a group of girls possibly 6 all queuing up for downstairs mirror all toilets etc had them but a nice long mirror upstairs would all I cld say would need added but overall highly recommend!

Anthony and Samuel’s apartment is beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting London. We felt right at home. The bedroom is great, lots of sunlight during the day and with the blackout blinds and the curtains dark at night for a sound sleep. We didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it’s very well equipped and I’m sure it’s great to cook in it. We can absolutely recommend the place and would always stay again. Thanks a lot!

We loved our stay at Deborah's place - it's a beautiful, top floor flat with a penthouse feel and incredible views over the basin/canal and over the city. The west facing sunsets on the balcony were magical. It was lush with greenery and felt very tranquil. The location is perfect for hitting all our favourite East London spots (Dalston, Hackney, Hoxton, Shoreditch, etc). The perfect home away from home. Deborah was very responsive and was generous with our check-in/out times as the lifts were down, we really appreciated that. I'd definitely stay at Deborah's again!
