one of the best accommodations and hosts we have experienced. The house was perfect: clean and nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Definitely fulfilled all of our needs. Close to the beach and well situated for exploring the area (don't miss nearby Mt Madonna County Park for walking, hiking and/or running). Will definitely return

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's charming Backyard Beach House for the third time, and felt at home there. We find it restful to stay in this quiet neighborhood. It's always nice to communicate with Barbara and Ken, as they are readily available if we have questions or requests. We consider this house a gem of a find. Thank you again Barbara and Ken for contributing to our lovely vacation.

Had a BLAST at the house. The table played very well and our afternoon walk into town and to the water were awesome. Really nice to be out in the fresh air while the weather was good. The pool table was smooth and bringing my own cue was worth it. I played very well

Very cute and comfortable! Slept great, bed was comfy. We brought our labrador and he enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot which made it more comfortable. Only 10min drive to the Apple Campus and downtown Sunnyvale.

We loved our stay. The casita is close to downtown Santa Ynez and surrounded by horses and cows! The property is private and very quiet and peaceful. We brought our dogs along and were able to walk them in a nearby neighborhood and take them on adventures with us. Jeanne’s place was clean, well appointed and she was very helpful and a clear communicator. One surprise was the tax that was due separate from the paid price to Airbnb. It is stated in the listing that tax was not included but I missed that it would be paid separately. So just note, but we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back!

Wonderful stay at the cottage! Fit four adults well. Great location- walk to shops and restaurants. Aimee made sure to greet us and that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

What a peaceful, beautiful property, with every detail thought out. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace with logs provided, beautiful property to roam and interact with the animals, beautiful views, and pure tranquility. What an amazing refuge for us after a long day of beaching, sight-seeing, and visiting friends. I was even able to comfortably host my sister and niece for 2 days. Everything you need is there, bikes, beach chairs, you name it. Can’t think of anywhere else I would stay while visiting the central coast. Only thing I noticed was needed (very small potatoes, would never affect my positive view of this rental) is ice cube trays for the downstairs freezer. Thank you Sandy and Jorge, can’t wait to stay again next year!

Oh what a hidden gem this place is! I walked in and immediately felt at home thanks to its natural charm as well as the host’s thoughtful touches. The space itself is filled with natural light and very conveniently located. I had rented a car and had no issue at all with unloading/finding street parking. Plus there’s a sweet waterfall super close by and it’s very quick drive to Muir Woods and Stinson beach. It’s one of those homes that can you can tell was designed thoughtfully - I’m a sucker for high quality appliances. The kitchen is lovely. I was so happy to get to cook meals on my trip and feel a bit of the grounding energy of a farm while being in a town/not too far from SF. 10/10 highly recommend!

Just wow! I frequently visit family in Fresno and this is by FAR the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. And given I’ve stayed in close to 50 Airbnbs all over the world, my standards are pretty high. The host was extremely communicative and friendly. The place was spotless, the bed was sooo comfy, and the design of the place couldn’t have been cuter. The weather outside was freezing and we were worried the place would be cold too, but nope. It heated right up. And quickly too! The best part was the neighborhood. It was an easy walk to Tower District and Olive Street where there were tons of the most charming family owned stores, restaurants, cafes and bars. Don’t hesitate to book here. Jose’s place is SUCH a gem!! I will absolutely be staying here again.

Carola’s cabana was beautiful and perfect for a couples getaway weekend. It was accessible to the local spots, like downtown. Carola was warm and welcoming, I would definitely visit again for a trip to Solvang and soaking out the sun.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking – such a beautiful view that left me in awe every time I looked out. I loved that fresh coffee was available – as a coffee fanatic, it really made my mornings. The ginger and turmeric tea was a perfect match for my boyfriend, who’s a tea drinker, and he really appreciated it! The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making sure everything was perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary gym pass. Although the gym wasn’t on the property, it was still an amazing perk and one of the best gyms I’ve had access to during a stay. Overall, everything was just as I expected, if not more. I will absolutely be coming back to stay again. 10 stars, hands down! Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage in a serene setting. We loved staying here. The cottage is great for a couple's getaway. Very private, quiet, surrounded by nature. The unit is well kept, super clean and had everything we needed. Katie is a great hostess, thoughtful, attentive and responsive. We really enjoyed our holiday here. The place was absolutely magical. We loved just sitting put on the deck looking into the almond blossom trees and watching the birds. This place is close to some great wineries and the downtown area. The inside space is like a work of art with everything beautifully curated. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This guest cottage was everything i hoped for! Stephen was a great host and I very much enjoyed my stay. Great location with many restaurants options that are walkable. Beautiful neighborhood with pretty sights. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved our stay here. The guest house is very comfortable and private. A cute space with everything we could need for our stay, and a peaceful back patio area. The house is easy to find and a short drive from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the cottage, it was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for cozy 4–day stay in the area. Casey was friendly, kind, and responsive! I’d not only recommend the place but I’d certainly look to stay there again on any future trips to the area!

My husband, daughter and I loved our stay at Carissa’s place. It was so quiet, comfortable and peaceful. And the chickens were the best! Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area visiting family!

This place is perfect. The view is awesome. The deck is relaxing and it is very peaceful. Everything was great. The sheets are so soft and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure!

Great host and amazing place to stay.

Nice and convenient to Harbin Hot springs. close to grocery and a few restaurants. Nice country area with great view of mountains and horses. Peaceful except for a bit of road noise, but it wasn't too bothersome. We would have appreciated some better quality bathroom towels, washcloths, more dishtowels etc. Jakob responded right away to questions about heater and lack of washcloths. He brought some wash cloths over with an hour. overall, very nice stay. Would recommend this place as good value.

Kathys place is a gem. Its very clean and beautifully designed. We loved relaxing/reading by the fireplace and making our meals in her lovely kitchen. All utensils and kitchen tools organized and ready. A remarkably quiet neighborhood w view of bay/estuary. The Marinas, Moro Bay Natural History museum and Heron rookery/ sanctuary are a 15 min easy walk but may take longer if you pause to enjoy neighborhood houses and gardens. We appreciated being close to Montana de Oro where we hiked daily. We hope to be back soon to Kathys Little House

This place was absolutely amazing! Between the view the homey feel and the lovely hosts we felt that this trip was overall incredible. The sky at night is a huge plus!! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use. We will definitely be going back when we get the chance! So peaceful!

This is my happy place! I've stayed here multiple times and can't wait to come back. All the best things in the world within reach - ocean, beaches, hiking, biking, great weather, close to restaurants and cafes.
