Adam and his team were faultless in their attention to detail. They all have an amazing ownership of the property and desire to ensure guests have an amazing experience. Three tops is stunning inside and out and the breakfast hamper is extremely generous. Cocktails delivered to the room were an extremely nice little luxury. Wifi was good, hot tub on the deck a great bonus. We enjoyed rambling around the bush tracks, playing tennis and catching a few movies. The accomodation was very spacious, lovely place for a long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynette and Piers’ Bouddi retreat! From the very start, communication was fantastic, Lynette provided clear, helpful instructions and was always available if we needed anything. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos! Spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with views over both the ocean and Brisbane Water. The space felt private and peaceful, making it the perfect escape for couples looking to relax and unwind. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Thank you, Lynette and Piers, for hosting such a wonderful retreat. Highly recommend this stunning getaway to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious and pet friendly escape.

The place was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything in terminal and secure parking if you did want to explore via car. Ian made it really easy for us in every way. Would stay again

We had a fantastic stay over the long weekend at this place with our 2yr old daughter and 3yr old dog. Location is perfect as you’re super close to the off leash beach which our pup loved, and patrolled swimming areas & rockpool for us. The place is also a short 5min drive to terrigal, and having an amazing courtyard made this an excellent place to stay in Avoca. Will gladly stay again!

Aloha at Noraville was the perfect spot for our New Year getaway. The property offered breathtaking views, and its central location made it easy to access Tuggerah Lakes for fishing and water activities. It was just a short drive to various amenities, including shops and cafes, and provided convenient access to the beautiful Hargreaves Beach. The home itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was ideal for relaxing and soaking in the views. Kim was an outstanding host—very responsive and welcoming. She provided clear and easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions, making the whole process seamless. Overall, Aloha at Noraville offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wave N Sea is a wonderful home to stay at. As a group of friends we were looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind for a weekend and this met every need. The pool is just right with lots of shady space to chill near by. The main living area is spacious, spotlessly clean & with magnificent views of the bush and sea. Our first night was blessed by a Tawny Frogmouth sitting in a tree close to the deck and a full moon turning the ocean silver. I would have no hesitation in recommending this superb property & the owners have been a delight to correspond with.

A beautiful jungle oasis in the middle of Terrigal. Very quick drive to the beach & town. The place was comfy and we felt right at home!

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful, better than we expected. It was clean and tidy with the thoughtful touch of a welcome basket and a few essentials, including a bottle of milk which made it so relaxing when we got there. Siva communicated well in the lead up and throughout our stay, and was very responsive. The location is perfect- just a short walk to the beach and a nearby park which was perfect for my kids.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful weekend away. This weekend was very special for us, and this place made it even more memorable. Exactly what we needed a private, serene setting with so many fun things to do. We were able to fully unwind and didn’t have to leave the beautiful house at all. The place exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay! James was a fantastic host, always responsive and timely with any questions we had. 😀
