Our family had a beautiful holiday here and we would certainly come back again. The apartment had 2 full bathrooms including a separate toilet in the laundry downstairs which was great for our big family. The size of the apartment was comfortable and the view was better than expected with direct walk down to the beach. We were also impressed with the amount of products that were left to use. It was clean and homely. A couple of things to consider if you have children under 5, elderly or disabled people staying. All living is top level with a decent staircase to get there. Take a baby gate to keep your little ones safe. There are many stairs and a sloping grass hill to get to the beach. Not a problem for the average person but we had to be very careful with our young kids. There is no direct access to the park with the playground and BBQ so a short walk along the road or up the road from the beach can access however I would not recommend walking if wanting to BBQ.

Amazing convenient location, quick walking distance to the main street and the beach. the house was lovely and tidy, well equipped. Although it was only a 5 minute drive to the next suburb, the pick up of keys and drop off was a lil inconvenient. I really appreciated the offer of a late check out which we took with having a little baby. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again. ooo DVDs and games too :)

Great stay.. only down fall would be the bed in the main bedroom is very hard. Otherwise clean, tidy, great spot and exactly as described

Cocoblu is very cozy and an amazing place to stay while exploring the Central Coast. 8-10 mins drive to Woolies and Gosford city. Cocoblu is located in a tranquil neighborhood and surrounded by friendly neighbors! Amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are very sufficient and exactly shown in the photos provided. Only the TV was shown in the photos; however, it does not work and is not connected to the cables. Peter and Jodi were wonderful hosts and very responsive with messages. They were able to let us check in at 12 pm as Cocoblu was ready earlier. We would come back to Cocoblu if we are in need of a place to stay during our visits in the Central Coast.

The house was clean and tidy, great Airbnb for kids with toys, games, treehouse, swings and trampoline on the property. And of course the pool which was in perfect condition.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Our stay was wonderful! The place had everything we needed – well-equipped with everyday essentials and a beautiful, pleasant scent throughout. The two dishwashers and large double door fridge were perfect for our large group. We also loved how close it was to the beach, just a short walk away. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My wife and I loved loved the villa. The villa was very clean and it had easy access to the pool. It was the perfect getaway and Alexander was a great host. Highly recommend Alexander's villa.

Family villa @ Magenta is a lovely gem. Located in a great location so it is easy to walk to all the pools, beach and facilities but very peaceful. The villa has been freshly painted and a renovated bathroom, everything you need for a great stay is provided. Highly recommended!

Great place for a large group. Plenty to do at the resort and the house was clean, tidy and comfortable! Would highly recommend.

Property was great, it had everything we needed and it was comfortable and nicely decorated. We were missing a couple of towels. When I messaged the property manager, I received a reply within 5 minutes and the extras were brought to us promptly. The location was perfect, across from the tennis courts and smaller pool, allowing you to see when it was free. The resort grounds and facilities are very clean and well kept, very tropical feel about it. Access to the lake was easy too. I highly recommend visiting this property, it was everything we were anticipating it to be and communication was easy and very prompt. A++
