The location could not have been better. This house was amazing and perfect for our trip.

Wow! The view, the large patio with Adirondack chairs, and the beach access right out your back door! We gathered with adults and a two-year old, and it was perfect. Quirks include the single bathroom accessible only thru the bedrooms. Plus the Caribbean shower (e.g. outdoor) which was fine with us. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh, and well-provided. It’s like having your own private oceanfront cottage. Awesome!

Fantastic spot: Easily walkable to everything in town, even closer to the beach, and quiet and peaceful all the while. The large open-air lanai is a nice touch - allows you to easily alternate sun and shade while staying outside. We had great weather, but it would also be a nice place to sit with a coffee on a rainy day. Neighbors are there (hotel and next-door bungalow) but the way it is arranged we didn't much see anyone, the lanai and backyard still felt secluded. The bungalow itself is more spacious than we expected. There are two doors off the lanai, one to the kitchen and one to a living room, which was convenient for us parents after putting the kids to sleep. Nearby playground for families with kids. Sandra was friendly and responsive, and it was great that she was local.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bungalow in Siesta Key, and it was everything I hoped for. The location was unbeatable—just a short drive or bike ride to the pristine white sands of Siesta Beach and the vibrant Siesta Key Village. The bungalow itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with a beachy vibe that instantly put me in vacation mode. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local restaurant recommendations.

Carey is a great host. The Tropical Beach Bungalow is well apportioned and in a beautiful location. We watched the sunrise every morning. We are bike riders and enjoyed the multiple options for e-biking from that location. If you are tall, just be aware of the small ceiling fan that you could bump into. Not a major issue at all, you'll just learn to walk around it. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful quiet vacation spot and very comfortable for the family. The private dock was great for enjoying the weather and for fishing. Loved that the gas station, liquor store and ice cream parlor were walking distance. Short drive to beach access.

right in the heart of Clearwater beach - yet felt quite private. you can't really see another house from off the front porch - just a view of the ocean.

My husband and I came here for 6 days. The airbnb had a full kitchen where we were able to cook our own meals, and we felt the space was spacious and a very easy walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this space I know I will be back!

Perfect drivable location to downtown Saint Petersburg. Carl and Jenn were very informative and quick to respond, provided local things to do and great places to eat. Love the board games and kid friendly games / toys. I’ll definitely book with them again.

Shawn and Suzanne are awesome. Both are very nice and respond quickly when you have a question. The house is amazing and very comfortable. Great location with everything around you can go to. We always rent a house when we come to Florida. Love having the privacy away from being in a hotel. Neighborhood is very quiet and quaint. Will definitely rent from them again. Thank you both again for our stay.

Laura's place was just as described and I would highly recommend staying here. The location was fantastic and we could easily walk to several restaurants, shops and the beach. The trolley stop was just at the end of the street so we could hop on that to go anywhere else on the island. Plus, the tropical backyard and pool was excellent when we just wanted to relax and get away from the crowds.

We stayed for the entire month of January and really enjoyed it! House is adorable and location is amazing - only a short walk to the beach and to Flagler Ave and the neighborhood is very walkable as well. House was fully stocked with everything needed, fenced yard was big with lots of seating, and outside shed even had beach chairs and bikes. Tina was very responsive and friendly. Would stay again!

This was a beautiful place! Even more beautiful in person. Ozzy was an amazing host! He was very accommodating and friendly. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We really enjoyed it and would recommend this place to others. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Ozzy! You are the BEST! 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay at this cute little bungalow. Very clean, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Perfect size for a couple. Many amenities available which made you feel at home. Private and quiet location which is only minutes to shopping, the beach, Port Canaveral and restaurants. . Maria was quick to respond to questions and provided clear instructions at check in and check out. We will be back again soon!

We stayed during Hurricane Helene and could not have been in a safer zone! Pete’s place had everything we needed for a long stay in Florida, from beach gear to lots of towels and linens. Pete himself was quick to respond to any questions and checked in during and after the hurricane! The location was right next to Pinellas trail which we used the bike to go to clearwater beach! Overall, the place was clean and felt like home, when back I’d love to stay here again!

Our second time staying here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Has been updated since hurricane damage. Very comfortable space. Enjoyed kayaking out to the Gulf. Will stay again in three years if we can!
