Stayed for four weeks to escape Ohio weather. House was very comfortable and met all our needs. Location is convenient to Tampa area or Lakeland if you want to go east. House sits back off the road so traffic noise is minimal. Christina was super responsive to all our questions. Even doing her best to find us some good fishing spots. Would stay again if in this area.

We stayed in this property for 8 days while our nearby home was being renovated. The home exceeds expectations in all ways. Even though we live in the area it still felt like a vacation. The home was bigger than anticipated and was squeaky clean. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated all of our requests. Highly recommend this property and these hosts. Would stay again.

The unit was very clean and neat. Backyard fencing kept it private and my 2 small dogs enjoyed romping around in it frequently during the day. I slept well as the bedroom was kept dark. anytime I had a question for Dmitry and Lucy it did not take them long to respond, They are very friendly and outgoing. I would come back here.

We loved our stay at this Bungalow on F Street, literally one house away from the beach!

Nice house on a quiet street. The river across the street was awesome. We fished, saw cool boats pass, alligators and tropical looking birds. It was peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need to make home-cooked meals. The rooms have comfortable beds with smart TV's. The giant hot tub out back looked awesome, but we did not use. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Exactly what we expected and more. Dallas and other hosts were proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book this house again if it's available and we are in the area again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the backyard and patio area with new comfortable chairs. Very comfortable bed. Got good nights sleep every night. Very well stocked, had everything we needed. Lee is very friendly and helpful.

Chris’s place is lovely and worth the price paid! Cute design and great space for us - we had three families staying and it worked out perfect with the bunk space and the spacious open common area. It is stocked with the basics but if you are looking to cook a meal there it would hard. No staples like salt and pepper, or olive oil. Overall great stay!

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for work, we enjoyed the space. it's a very unique layout, the downstairs is much like a basement. The backyard is nice, my 1 year old loved running around playing with sticks. we made a fire and got in the pool even though it was chilly this time of year. My dog loved the yard, chasing all the stray cats and eating the cat poop. The beds were a bit small so we brought one upstairs to make a giant bed by pushing them together. The upstairs balcony is nice to sit out on top. I fully recommend this place.

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

We stayed at Michael’s place for 3 days and we had a great time. The unit was fantastic, very clean and easy to find. The communication with Michael was smooth and no issues during our stay. We will return for sure.

The house was exactly as described. The gym was a cool feature although we weren't there long enough to use it much. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very private and was a nice feature.

Anna Maria is for sure one of the most beautiful beaches in FL- Amy’s house is located 10 min walk from the public beach entry. House is small but comfy- the most suitable for 2 people. Pool super nice with lights- spa did not work. No hand soap or shampoos provided. Plus- few steps to the tennis courts and basketball court. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The backyard was a highlight and we really appreciated how child friendly the property was. Cara was very responsive to our questions and was also flexible with our check in/out times to accommodate our travel arrangements. Would stay here again!

This airbnb is perfect. Close to St augustine in distance but miles away in peace and quiet. Hosts are wonderful, intent on their guests having a wonderful tilme Want to come back !!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at Amber’s place with our pups. The space was as described, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Amber was also great with communicate ok during our stay!

The house was very easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. Due to our late arrival he left the lights on and said we could contact him no matter how early in the morning it was when we got there for any problems. The house was very spacious and clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Richard was very responsive and accommodating for us! We really appreciated everything he did for us before our arrival and during our stay.

Beautiful place. Booked a long weekend with our best friends. We loved the property and the privacy we had. This place has EVERTHNG!! We book a trip to Sebastian every year and this will be the place we will be coming back to!

Wow - what a great place and a fantastic host! We spent a month at Kristin's place with our dog and had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We got to know a few of the neighbors. We visited beaches and parks and went windsurfing. Kristin was very proactive about making sure we had everything we needed.
