A beautiful quiet stay in a very cozy little area. A lovely house with amazing winter sun in the afternoon, perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. Lovely host with excellent communication. Looking forward to returning.

We had the absolute best time down in the Hawkes Bay staying at Diane’s place, it was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, everything was so spotless, clean and beautifully set out, the outdoor seating areas overlooking the views of the Hawkes Bay were absolutely beautiful, especially down by the pool, the property is located so close to some of the most gorgeous wineries, and the beautiful town that is Havelock North, Diane was a pleasure to talk to and would always respond so quickly to any queries and messages, I would recommend her and her home time and time again, we would love to come back here again!!!

What a great week we had at Nicky’s! The architectural home was really cool, and a perfect setup for our family. The real gem is the property - there is so much to do and explore! There’s a whole separate area down a small hill from the house that is a magical step into the lovely surroundings; so much local flora and fauna to discover! Great house with kids as there was no lack of screen-free entertainment. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Maxine's place is exactly as described....what a beautiful peaceful setting, Maxine was very helpful, too. Would recommend staying here....within a long stone's throw of the walking tracks on Te Mata peak and such clear night skies as well. Straight back down the hill and within a couple of minutes you are right in the middle of Havelock North. Happy to stay there again. Cheers George

This venue was exactly what we were after. It is rustic, and cozy, and it was what we were expecting. It is dog friendly, which was great because we took our German shepherd. The bathroom is spacious and well set up. We kept our luggage there as well. The kitchenette had everything we needed: jug, microwave, electric frying pan, and outside at the wine bar a weber BBQ and an air fryer. Pete was fantastic and stocked the fridge with bacon, eggs, bread and butter, and a bottle of wine. It was incredibly thoughtful and generous of him, and we were delighted to make bacon and egg butties one cold morning! Pete also left a bag of dog treats which our girl would've devoured except she has a tightly controlled diet due to allergies. Again though, so incredibly thoughtful! Pete had also set up the brazier ready for a fire, with plenty of wood. We had two lovely evenings outside by the fire! Pete is a kind and thoughtful host, and so helpful! Would highly recommend.

My Friend & I stayed at Kath’s and had the most amazing weekend. Her cottage had incredible amenities, everything we needed and more. She provided cheese, crackers, lollies, chocolates and beautiful home made baking. The place opens up onto the pool & a private courtyard. Amazing location and super private and sheltered. Kath went above and Beyond as a host, even giving us a ride to our venue when we were stuck for transport. Can easily walk into Havelock North. Great sized bathroom and beautiful linen on the bed. Couldn’t fault this stay and its incredible offerings. Will look forward to coming back to the Bay!

Maria and James offer one of the best Air BnB experiences we’ve had. Maria was very warm and friendly when we arrived, making us feel right at home immediately. The space was impeccable - scrupulously clean, very comfortable and peaceful. The beds and linen were heavenly! There were treats in the fridge and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful high quality experience that we would highly recommend. 5 stars!!
