Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk menampung keluarga besar seperti kami. Ada beberapa tempat untuk ngumpul dan berbincang ; teras yang cukup nyaman, ruang makan yang bisa menampung banyak orang dan peralatan masak yang cukup lengkap, dan ada balkon yang cukup luas yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat bermain anak. Tuan rumah dan pengurus rumah juga sangat ramah. Walaupun sharing tempat dengan penguni lain, namun tidak mengurangi kenyamanan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan karena kami tiba sangat cepat kami tepat diijinkan cek in lebih awal. Sangat recommended

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

My parents, sister, and I stayed here for two weeks in February 2025. We really enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of convenience stores just a few minutes' walk away, and it was easy to order taxis and motorbikes that would pick us up from the door. We felt safe walking around during the day or at dark. The house was very clean, and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. The showers all had hot water, and we were grateful for the air conditioners in each bedroom and the two main living spaces. We were incredibly pleased with the responsiveness of the manager, Aji.

Many restaurants around only at downstairs, have a nice view of Jakarta.

A well equipped studio. One thing I really like about the place is the convenience store downstairs (family mart & indomaret) and the size of the studio is quiet spacious for one person. One inconvenience thing I experience was my room located in B tower and at that time I bring two luggages with me. So when I arrived, I have to move two luggages from Tower A to tower B to get to the room because the taxi /Grab Car cannot drop me in Tower B.. But overall it was a good stay

I don’t remember how many times I live in this apartment, for me, it is not just place to live in Jakarta, it is a home in Indonesia. Yusak is also my friend, kind, warm-hearted and gentle. But I have to say sorry that last time I cracked the glass of the table. So if next customer come in find it cracked, please don’t blame Yusak, it’s me broke the beautiful table. You can believe that everything here is perfect. And now the mall nearby the apartment is open, very good and convenient, shopping, dining etc.

This place is jem for those who wants to take advantage of Jakarta. Going from one place to another is breeze, especially when you are booking a taxi around this location. The house is cozy and clean; I like the way host would leave some munching snacks in the apartment. Jakarta is not always friendly when it comes to finding quick bites. Having a tidbits for the guest sure help alot, sometimes. Thank you Acewin.

OMG. This was one of the best rental experiance. Apartment and facilities are just amazing. Bed is huge with super comfortable mettres. All brand new. Gym and 5th floor pool are incredible, especially at evening. At the building you have 5* restaurants and rooftop!. MRT 1min. I will back again.

숙소는 사진과 같습니다. 방에 바퀴벌레 한마리 없었습니다. 호스트는 응답속도가 매우 빠르고 피드백을 적극 반영합니다. (화장실 전등 바로 고쳐줌 등) 위치는 taman angrrek mall 걸어서 3분, Central Park mall 10분 이내 입니다. 기회가 된다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, luxurious stay, for a family, this one is for you. our family had a pleasant stays for 5 days here. worth the price.

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Staying here was a great experience for my first time in Jakarta. The room is located very close to two shopping centres, where you can go to buy groceries or eat without issues. There are no washing and drying machines in the room or in the building, so if you need to wash your clothes, you can choose between the two laundry services located on the ground floor, and they will take your clothes to their main facilities and have them ready in 24 hours (express fee) or in 4 days (normal fee). The host was very responsive and provided for solutions whenever needed. Thank you so much for everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Agnes’ place. The host was incredibly communicative and kind, making the experience even better. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jakarta, making it very convenient. The space was much larger than I expected, offering plenty of room to relax. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here!

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.
