I had a wonderful stay at this Airbb! The apartment was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything right below the building-super convenient for dining, shopping, and more. The host was responsive and helpful, though the caretaker was a bit late during both check-in and check-out times. Despite this, I still had a great experience, especially enjoying the Netflix option for some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable spot to stay! Will be back soon for sure!

Worth its price. Space is just enough for 2-3 persons. Host is very accommodating. Toiletries are provided but a free drinking water would be a plus! 🙂

Rhealyn was very responsive from check-in to check-out. Answered promptly to my inquiries and very quick to assist. Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. I needed a place to study and rest in between classes/work. i loved staying at her place. Will surely book again.

the place is spot on clean .. clean sheets.. spacious unit.. water pressure is good too.. blanket is a bit small for two peeps sleeping together.. but still stay is superb! we slept well too, because the bed, pillows and sheets are all good quality.. aircon is cold too.. not noisy.. it allowed us to sleep comfortably. Thank you so much for having us, looking forward to our next Stay!

Everything is great, from the location to the unit itself. Very responsive host and replies quick. Only downside for me is gym is only accessible by residents, but other than that, everything is fantastic.

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. I highly recommend this host and their lovely place. my daughter will definitely miss this place and we are surely booking this place again when we are in Philippines. salamat Po sa inyong kabaitan. sa uulitin.

First of all, I want to give a shout-out to the host for being so accommodating with the check-in and check-out times. She was truly understanding and a pleasure to converse with. Secondly, I absolutely loved her place! The kitchen is well-equipped, although it’s missing a microwave. However, you can easily reheat food on the stove. There’s complimentary water, coffee, and toiletries, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room was quite powerful, keeping it very cool even when set at 24 degrees Celsius. I also appreciated the mini balcony; it was quite breezy during my stay, making it a lovely spot to relax. Overall, this is a fantastic place that I would definitely recommend to family and friends. first and foremost, big thanks for letting us stay in your property despite the fact that it’s my first time booking in airbnb. anyway, place is private and quiet. area is accessible to coffee shops, restaurants etc. spacious for 2pax. pov as a mom, i would prefer to have a smart tv available for my baby to have options what to watch and/or for her to be entertained since we stayed home most of the time. also, for future guests, if you will bring fruits or something that needs to be cut, make sure to bring knife or scissors. not sure if the property is allowed to keep such utensils but yeah, the place has no knives/scissors. we bought mangoes but then we ended up bringing them back home hehe wifi is good, me and my husband were able to work smoothly during our gy shifts. parking slot is ok. lastly, i liked the fact that it’s self check-in. less hassle for both parties. kodus for being so responsive and proactive. will definitely rebook if we need to go back here in Dagupan. ty!Godbless

Had a wonderful stay! The place is minimalist and super cozy, with easy access and great room design. The TV setup was awesome, we enjoyed watching "Incognito" for the first time. I absolutely loved the bar counter and living room setup. The smart lock made entry a breeze! The amenities were a huge plus, really enjoyed the man-made and wave pool! And the host was amazing, she even gave us a birthday discount since were celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday. 🥰 Definitely a great place to stay, and would love to come back! 💕

It was all good. The downside was just the split a/c is no longer available but still part of the pics as advertised.

The room was clean, and look like on pictures. The washing machine was working well, the bathtub was great. I enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel itself is luxurious, however one lift was in maintenance. Will stay again. The host was responsive and accommodating.

If you ever wanted to design your own "man cave penthouse", this place is exactly that! Exactly as pictured and well-designed in every way. A big step in quality above most rentals in the Philippines. Speaking of which, noise is always a wild card with rentals in the Philippines, but this unit is great because it's near the top of the building and faces the interior courtyard, not the street, so it's quiet. Jacq is a very organized, friendly guy who takes the utmost pride in presenting his place in pristine condition. It is personally cleaned by him and his family to a standard that rivals 5-star hotels in the West. I can't say enough positive things about this property. Go experience it yourself!

The building facilities are quite good and clean. Internet was also good. This unit was fine. Comfortable bed. There is some street noise coming through the door. You hear it in the kitchen but not so much in the bedroom area because of a wall between the two. I am a light sleeper and it was not a problem for me.

We appreciate your hospitality; your place is lovely and comfortable. The only issue was the oversight in emailing the front desk about our reservation, causing some initial stress for us. However, everything was resolved smoothly afterward. Only one item is missing, a knife. Its hard to bite apple especially seniors 😊. The jacuzzi made for a truly relaxing stay. Thank you.
