We had a wonderful time at Dave's place, it was the perfect spot for adult gathering. Very convenient to get there, prime location with an amazing view, we were cozy and comfortable in the common area and enjoyed the modern kitchen. Everything was clean and good quality. Thanks Dave

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Kevin's place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had all the ammenities we needed for our two-night stay. It's clear that Kevin has put a lot of work into fixing up this house. There were still a few windows that needed repair but they were well-sealed and felt safe. From the house we were able to walk to central Utica without any problem, and to access groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc quite easily. Parking was very easy on the property and on the street. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We did feel that Utica overall was pretty run down, and I would not have felt safe walking around at night in any area of the city. However, the house is in a quiet, residential part of town, and we did not run into any difficulties. We really appreciated a calm, clean quiet home to come back to after our explorations of the town. Definitely a good place to stay at a great price if you are in Utica. And Kevin was a thoughtful and responsive host.

I went to PEC with a girlfriend. The unit was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed linen was really nice :) It was a 5 minute walk to Main St which was perfect. We walked to dinner and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Picton !

Poornima’s place was exactly as described , everything was clean and well maintained , perfect for 3 guests for a weekend at Hunter. Only 3 minutes from the mountain was great! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Ray’s condo. It was the perfect size for our group (3 adults and 3 teenagers). It was a 3-5 minute walk to the trail on the mountain which was super convenient. Ray was also very responsive to any questions we had. His condo was fully stocked with all things we needed during our stay. I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while skiing at Hunter Mountain.

Robert's place was a delight! Spotless with many thoughtful touches. We went for a spring snowboard trip to Hunter and didn't try to walk to the lifts (due to the conditions), but the drive was only a few minutes and super convenient. Robert was very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is great with a lovely deck and well equipped. Highly recommend this property; we hope to be back!

Came to Oneonta for baseball camp. Angela’s place is only 10mins away from all star village so it made super easy to come and go as needed. Place was just as described in pics. Angela’s was a great host.

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

I'm so glad we stayed at Charlie's place. It was huge, spotless and perfect, with the lovely coffee shop and restaurant making this the best place to stay in the area!

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!

This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!

We had an amazing stay at Kristen’s condo with our family—my husband, our toddler, and our dog. The location was perfect—secluded and peaceful, but still close to hiking trails and charming small towns. The condo was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Kristen was responsive and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Cullen was an exceptional host. The space was exactly as described, with plenty of supplies. Communication was stellar. The condo had plenty of extras like clean linens and blankets, there were even additional chargers set up and toiletries if we needed. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms very clean and updated. Parking right in front. We felt safe and comfortable. This AirBnB is 5 minutes to Windham mountain and minutes from Town. Plenty of places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this Host and property. If we ever go back, we will try to re-book with Cullen.

Fit our needs for attending a weekend wedding in the area. Appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. Hosts were very responsive when entry code didn’t work and in providing 2 missing items right away. Wish it was warm enough outside to enjoy the large deck but it was November. Enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.
