Absolutely beautiful setting. Could hear the creek with the windows open. Great food 10 minutes or less away. Small store close buy so we could cook in the kitchen which had the pots and pans needed. Everything was clean and ready when we got there including extra linens.

Danny and Travis’ place was perfect! Exceptionally clean. So many thoughtful touches throughout that really made this place feel like home. The way the yard and deck are situated on the lot make for a perfectly private and peaceful experience. Great location, far out enough to feel secluded and close enough to phenomenal food and drink (15-20 min drive) where you’re never really out of the way. Loved our stay. Will be back next year 👌🏼

This was by far one of the best places I stayed on Airbnb, the property was absolutely stunning with the snow and fog above the mountains. They have everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The indoor fireplace is beautiful and plenty of wood was provided. The hot tub and fire pit in the snow with the Mountain View is unbeatable. There is a lot of space to go sledding, hiking, and if you bring a furry friend along, they are going to LOVE running around the massive yard. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, this was an amazing stay by all means.

This place is such a gem. Attention to detail and comfort was incredible. Our girls’ weekend was perfection. The sauna is a must, the view from the hot tub is gorgeous (even in an icestorm), the pottery for coffee was stunning, the beds were soooo comfortable, loads of towels for all of our spa activities, heated floors and a stellar Woodstove. The only problem is that with all of these amenities, you don’t want to leave to explore the area… that’s why next time we will book a longer stay! Thank you Ken and Rachel for this little slice of heaven.

It was a great place for a nice weekend away! The hot tub was perfect! Super clean space, very rural area, very responsive and great host! Would definitely recommend staying here for a couples trip away. It felt a bit pricy for what we got, but I also understand because the hot tub is a lot of maintenance. Would definitely stay again! Loved the place and had a great stay! No issues.

We recently stayed at Adam’s Lake Front Cottage on Seneca Lake, and it was a delightful experience. Adam graciously allowed our dogs to join us, which made our stay even more special. The cottage is charming and well-appointed, with cozy decor and a well-equipped kitchen. However, the breathtaking location truly sets it apart. The views from the large windows, front yard, and hot tub over Seneca Lake are stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. We loved sipping coffee in the hot tub in the morning and enjoying local hard cider in the evening. With a dock and easy water access, the lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking, or lounging. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the peaceful lakeside setting. Adam was welcoming and attentive, providing brochures on local attractions. If you’re looking for a serene escape in the Finger Lakes, this cottage is a fantastic choice. We left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Even with snow and ice on the ground it was perfect for my family and our dog. Our dog was the main reason we chose this place- the fenced in backyard and close proximity to the Rail Trail (3 houses down!!!) CANNOT be beat. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood but so close by to everything- especially the Minnewaska State Park. The house was perfect- so cozy and modern throughout with the kitchen surprising us with the abundance of cookware and appliances provided! Cannot wait to come again when it is a little warmer and get to enjoy the beautiful porch and backyard. We absolutely will be back!!

It was a perfect place to stay for our mom get away. The only thing was it took a long time for the place to warm up. It was very cold outside which contributed I am sure. Definitely would stay again though.

Such a charming stay near downtown Ithaca! The cottage was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The back bedroom was my favorite part - with windows at your head that back up to a stream that you can fall asleep to… magical! It had everything we needed and there were local food and bev recommendations which was exactly what we needed. Loved it!

What a perfect weekend getaway a stone's throw from NYC! We stayed in the two-bedroom bungalow which was spotless and cozy and beautifully designed. The whole property is really lovely with various nooks to hang out in and fire pits to keep you warm outdoors. I particularly loved swimming in the hot pool in the middle of a surreal, snowy landscape with only the sound of nature around me. This was such a peaceful stay and I would not hesitate to come back. I'd also highly recommend the Seminary Hill Orchard & Cidery as a nearby activity/lunch spot not to be missed - it was a standout experience in every way and they even have snowshoes you can rent to traipse around the property before recovering at Rest Co : )

Great place. Extremely scenic. Devon is super amazing, always responsive and proactive to ensure that her guests are taken well care of. I loved staying in her place, i felt at home and at ease staying at her place. My friends and I would highly recommend staying here if you enjoy swimming, seeing water, and feeling cozy.

The cottage was the perfect size for our family of four. The resort had great amenities for young kids (pool, playground, etc) and is just a 10 min drive from Sandbanks provincial park. Our wonderful host was very responsive and kindly organized our parking permits at Sandbanks. We would definitely return!

Second time coming staying at Sam’s. Just as magical and peaceful as before. Can’t wait to come again next year.

The “Sunset Cottage” felt like a cozy home away from home. An extraordinary lake view from the bay window was the perfect center piece for this modest, quaint escape. Carol and Pete are extremely personable and caring. Their hospitality made this trip a breeze. I highly recommend them and this AirBnB.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay during the last week of August! Some of our favourite parts of the place include: the canoes/kayaks that were available to use at our leisure, the check-in process being seamless, the essentials being provided (all kitchen supplies, beach towels, shower supplies), the other amenities (board games, BBQ). The place itself is quite beautiful. The dock with the chairs, the fire pit (even though we did not use) and the solarium were all stunning. I would just mention that it is a bit smaller of a place inside, so did find it a bit cozy and tight in the rooms. Also, the place is supplied with quite a loud window AC so sometimes it would get a bit loud/warm in the place. However, we would still give the place a 5/5 all things considered.

After a difficult week at home we found that Jen’s place was perfect for a getaway weekend by the water. It’s just what we needed. Jen s also an amazing host. Highly recommend her place.
