This space is so lovely, the hot tub worked perfectly and provided many cozy nights outside. The plants are BEAUTIFULLY tender and bring a loving atmosphere to the space. the linen sheets were so wonderful at the end of the day. we made it up the hill in a Honda insight, but if it were a tiny bit icy I don't think we would have been able to make it. definitely use 4wd if you have it. the hosts were very responsive. if the noise is too much in the bedroom at night (critters, rain,etc.) be sure to use the fan they provide, it helped us a lot :) the kitchen was a delight to use. sharp knives. big, metal surfaces. nice gas stove. big fridge.

This is my second time staying at Evelyn’s house and it was just as nice as the first time. My sisters and I felt right at home, the house is very clean and well stocked. The house sits back off the road in a beautiful private location. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

Wonderful host. Very clear and respectful-and in our case helped us out beautifully in a pinch. The house is very comfortable—a classic farmhouse with plenty of amenities. The record player/vinyl collection is an added bonus. The word burning stove and the dayroom it is in is a great room to lounge in, the kitchen is well stocked, and the surrounding area is very quiet and quite pretty-wonderful hemlock groves across the main road down the hill. Not far from Livingston manor and other small nice towns. Definitely would recommend and would be happy to return. Ideal for a small group getaway. And also, though it is close to a decent sized road, in the winter when we were there for 3 nights-maybe a half dozen cars. Extremely quiet in general and at night specifically.

It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was very neat and cozy. As a couple that loves to cook, the kitchen was amazing and made our weekend. They also had plenty of great games for us to be able to reconnect with one another. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. We would come visit again!

The house was exactly what is pictured. We have been here a few times and each time we were not disappointed. Could use a couple full size mirrors but other than that the place was immaculate and Cindy is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff House. We truly felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We especially loved spending time perusing the huge book and magazine collection. The art, glassware, and furnishings are really beautiful and unique….there were so many interesting pieces to look at. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. Very comfortable bed. Lovely fireplace. Very peaceful. Loved walking the grounds as well, plenty of little trails to explore and walking along the bluff was serene. No complaints! We hope to stay again! My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Deb's Place for our weekend ski trip. Deb's Place is located in an ideal spot in Saranac Lake, very close to Main Street. The apartment is very well maintained and clean, and all the touches Deb has added to the apartment make the space cozy and warm. This is a perfect place to stay with ample space for two people, including a well-furnished kitchen, comfortable living room, and quality bedroom and bathroom. The fact that the apartment is on the back side of the owner's house is ideal; the location is private and quiet. Another strong feature of Deb's Place is the parking space; you always have a place to park your car without concern of moving your car or parking behind someone. My wife and I won't hesitate to stay at Deb's Place again.

This was a great, secluded place where we enjoyed our 4 day stay. Would recommend it to who is considering visiting the area.

Comfortable stay close to the park and great food options.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

It was a quiet and fun place on the top of a hill on a dead end road. Fabulous spot, the hot tub had a nice view. We will visit again!

Melanie was super friendly & accommodating. The place was ready earlier than expected. It’s cute & cozy, perfect for a few days. The location is great. Very walkable. The Little Place on Main ( located next door) was great for breakfast. Affordable & delicious. Gigi’s on the other side was perfect for dinner, pizza or a sandwich. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We have stayed at this wonderful home multiple times, and always look forward to our visits. It is so comfortable to stay in, and very walkable to several excellent restaurants, shops, and brewpubs. And we love how close it is to the walking trail along the Erie Canal! We hope to return soon - thanks again, Lori!

Dean was an amazing host very responsive and even was able to let us check in early! The house was beautiful and just as described would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing time here!! The kitchen was incredible and we were able to make a multi course meal. The yard was beautiful, we felt safe and were able to unwind and hang out. The hosts were amazing and responsive, answering all of our questions and accommodating all of our needs. The house was clean and comfortable and I would happily stay here again :)

Our family had a great stay at AK Lodge, Justyna's place. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, super clean, well stocked kitchen, and a short drive to skiing. We loved that 11 of us could eat at the same table at once. Justyna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would rent this lodge again as there is plenty of space to spread out.

Great place! Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We had everything we needed in the house and we were very comfortable. Perfect location as it was close to Whiteface mountain for us to go skiing/snowboarding and close to all the shoppes and restaurants. Great vacation!

Cozy but spacious cabin-style home.

Such charm, warmth snd intrigue! This historical villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, easy to find privacy while simultaneously enjoying time with family. It’s also a perfect location in a beautiful and established part of town. Loved the mature and majestic trees! Bonus was being able to shoot hoops with my nephew Dylan and cook breakfast in a well appointed kitchen. This house reminded me of a simpler time, when folks valued conversation and togetherness. We were lucky to catch the tail end of the pool season! So great to have a refreshing dip before morning coffee and after a day of exploration! Great for all seasons! Hope to visit again! Host Melody is a warm and caring individual, and was available whenever we reached out with questions. She really cares that her guests have the best possible experience!!!

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

Maria’s place was amazing! It was quiet and tucked away, which was perfect for the group of us since we wouldn’t have to worry about bothering others. The place was very prepared and clean upon arrival and Maria was very responsive to questions we had. With that said, Maria is probably the best-prepared and considerate host I’ve encountered, stocking the place up with a variety of foods and drinks.
