This was a great place to stay - so close to where our daughter was living (Theory) and to Syracuse Stage where she was performing. It made everything so easy to be so close. There was plenty of space inside the studio and it had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.

I used this place for a month as a hub to make appointments in Syracuse. It was perfect! Beth keeps it in great condition, was friendly, easy to communicate with, and we would absolutely book agaon if we needed. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in an Airbnb, pillows too! I always bring extra pillows and I actually didn't need them. We loved having the market just downstairs and there's a great Cafe a couple buildings down, I loved their "London Fog" tea. Everyone in town was SO friendly. We were going to move to Syracuse. but we loved Tully so much we're looking in the area!

Apartment was exactly as advertised, and exactly what we needed. Spacious, beautiful, clean, and perfectly located! Entry instructions were detailed and clear. Great communication from Owen prior to our stay and during. It was a perfect choice for our vacation and we definitely plan on staying there again!

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

We worked through a bit of calendar scheduling snafu quickly. Scott was accommodating, proactive, and responsive. The condo was in a great location, maintained well, and clean. We very much enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. Thank you!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

Although the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, we were thankful to have a nice place to escape the cold and wind! The condo was in a great location and a short drive to downtown Canandaigua and a reasonable drive to some wineries. The space was pristine, the couch and beds were very comfortable, and we loved the complimentary k-cups! The instructions to find the key were clear and the elevator was right inside the doors at the entrance where the lockboxes were located on the railing. (we watched the YouTube video but found the written instructions more accurate). We would love to come back during another season to enjoy the lake and scenery in better weather conditions. The frozen lake and snow was beautiful though! Overall a great stay.

This was an amazing place where we felt right at home. The view was breathtaking taking, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We loved the space! Comfortable, rustic, with such cool and unique character. We only had one night, but wish we had more time to enjoy this home. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, offering us flexible check in and out, even left a bottle of wine to enjoy that evening. Highly recommended!

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well put together. Great set up on multiple levels of the house with enough space for plenty of guests. Stuart was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back but not only was the house great but Stuart was such an amazing host.

Nothing could’ve prepared us for how great this Airbnb was. Hands-down this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every bedroom and every bathroom were lovely. The kitchen and butlers pantry were outfitted like a professional chef set it up. Don was a perfect host. And when we got about 6 inches of snow people came and cleaned the driveway and shoveled the steps immediately. We went for a walk late at night in the snow and it was like being in a dream. Cannot recommend this Airbnb more.

Our stay was wonderful! I loved Dylan’s property because it was in a great location, close to restaurants & grocery stores, and super easy to find. The home is full of amenities to entertain a family while staying there. I look forward to rebooking this property again in the future.

From start to finish renting this air bnb was a great experience. Booking was very easy. I was greeted immediately by the host via air bnb messaging. She always made sure to include any & all information we want & need for our stay. Checking in was a breeze. The house is exactly as pictured. The decor is top notch, the cleanliness of the house is even above that. The house has every amenity anyone could need for an enjoyable stay. Our group loved the spa. It was immaculate and in great working order. The beds are extremely comfortable, as are the sofas for hanging out & lounging. The top floor balcony was a great place to just hang out & read a book or catch up with the other guests. The host left a really nice coffee/ tea bar for us to enjoy. We also loved the s’mores station. A very kind & gracious host with nice touches to make you feel at home. Check out was just as easy as checking in. I would highly recommend this house & would love to stay again.

Denise's home is charming, beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located. With eclectic decor (furniture, art, and collections), comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could ask for during a visit to Ithaca, the house is a rare gem. You can tell that Denise has carefully curated each space and at the same time, we felt completely at home here. Responsive and kind, Denise is the perfect host. We loved our stay, thank you!

I loved this house! I can't say enough good things about it and the host. The house is so well designed, decorated and appointed. This truly is a home someone cares about and designed with sophisticated taste and high standards. Top quality cabinetry, fixtures, linens, lighting, appliances. The beds were comfy with nice quality bedding, Bathrooms were so beautifully renovated. The kitchen was a joy to be in, especially with the heated floor that kept things cozy on a winter weekend. The hot tub was fun and a nice way to end the day. The house is walkable to a cute part of town full of interesting shops. And the town is equidistant from Woodstock and Rhinebeck which were also fun to stroll through for a girls weekend.
