We stayed as a family of 4, including a 1 year old and 3.5 year old. The place was extremely comfortable and had everything we would need for our stay. The kids enjoyed the playroom and kids room with lot of toys and books. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, cooking ware, and a high chair. Place could easily accommodate more people, very clean, comfy beds. Property manager was very responsive. Short drive to downtown area. Lastly, great outdoor area, we’d love to plan a trip there when warmer as well!

We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

This is an awesome place. The pool is wonderful. The fenced in backyard is private and great for dogs. The house is spacious with 4 tvs. The decor gives you a history lesson, international art is displayed, and clearly a family that are proud Americans as well as proud veterans. There are hundreds of books at your fingertips if you enjoy reading. The location is also close to great eats and great hiking.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Loved our time here. It was a great space to stretch out after spending time in NYC. Lots of fun extras for the kids like the toys and games in the shanty. Great proximity to church historical sites if that is of interest. Would recommend to anyone!

This is an amazing house. There is so much space and things to do you could stay at the house and never get bored. House is fully stocked. The basement is a kids paradise. The pictures dont even do this mansion justice. The host are amazing and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and these wonderful host.

What an absolutely fantastic property! The home was perfect for our party of eight adults for a 50th birthday. Woodstock is the most adorable town with tons of fun things to do. You must get the stuffed bagels from moonrise. We couldn’t have expected a better experience with the house, the amenities, and The kitchen was very well appointed. I would absolutely come back here again and probably will.

Everything was just perfect. We love staying here, this is our third time it’s a wonderful winter/spring get-away for our family. This beautiful lake house is immaculate, and we feel right at home. Jill is so responsive and very easy to communicate with.

This is our second visit and it won't be our last. This is a wonderful place - it's quiet, comfortable, with great amenities and a terrific back yard. The location made it easy to take day trips around the county. We highly recommend it!

My father is from Tupper Lake, so I’ve been here many times over the years. I needed a quick getaway to see family and hike Marcy. It was an amazing weekend and this house was literally the perfect place to come back to and relax after long adventures. Kelly was super proactive and communicative throughout the entire process. She made me feel right at home! It was easy to check in. The house is absolutely incredible with impeccable views. They did such a nice job preparing this house and I had more than enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. I’ve stayed in Tupper Lake 20+ times in my life and I would love to stay here every time I come up in the future. Thank you again for such an amazing weekend!

We had an incredible weekend at Vanda’s home. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13. We all fit at the long dining table and there were plenty of beds. The upstairs living room was our main hangout spot, it was cozy (multiple stoves in the house and a beautiful fireplace) and the view through the windows was stunning. And it was very warm despite the cold weather outside! The kitchen had everything you’d need as well. We didn’t have to go anywhere! I would definitely emphasize cars with 4wd for winter visits, the driveway was steep and the snow/freezing rain we got made it difficult even with 4wd. Our hosts kindly sent someone to plow for us, recommended someone to help us tow a car out that got stuck at the bottom of the driveway, and were very flexible and responsive. Be prepared for winter conditions but it’s worth the trip! Overall our stay was really awesome, I’d highly recommend this house for large groups.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

This was our 3rd time staying at Patti's -- and we will back for a 4th! Which at first sounded crazy to us. My girlfriend and I enjoy traveling and finding new places is always fun but this air bnb is worth the repeat returns! Patti does so much to make sure it's a special stay by curating a beautiful home with thoughtful touches. It's become a tradition to visit this place and enjoy nature, the hot tub plus all the nearby small towns. Looking forward until the next time.

We were six women on a getaway and Ricardo’s place was everything we expected. We all had our own bed and there was plenty of room to cook, eat and have fun together. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We had a bit of trouble with the front door code when we arrived but Jennifer responded immediately and helped us solve the issue. My Husband, dog and I stayed here for 3 nights for our one year wedding anniversary. We wanted to unplug but also have some local activities. We hardly had to leave the house! There was more than enough rooms / space. Between the river and canoeing, the hot tub, and relaxing by the fire on the river ..we didn’t even have to leave the property. It felt so private and was so calmly quiet, great for watching the deer on the property! New Paltz is a quick 10 minute drive. We went horseback riding then went into the town for some lunch and light shopping. Seth was super quick to respond with any and all questions we had. We highly recommend this home for a couples getaway or a nice family or friend outing.

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

We were looking to host a retreat for the trustees responsible for running a creative problem solving program for kids in the state of New York. Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend. I'm trying to think of a reason to return just to experience it again!

Lynn's charming, welcoming home is right in the heart of Picton. Walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops and even to the waterfront! The home itself is quaint with many original features and is spotless. The 2 full bathrooms are a bonus. The bedrooms have room darkening shades and the beds are comfy. If you want to be downtown Picton, this is the place to be! Will definitely return. Thank you Lynn for hosting us.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I could not be happier with my stay! my group and I loved the ammenady options. The house was so spacious so no one felt cramped. The house was clean and well cared for! The neighbors aren't too close so there is plenty of privacy. The beds where sooo comfortable. If you do alot of computer work like me. This place is even wonderful for that too as it has many places to "set up shop" where you wont be bothered by others in your group. My only complaint was that I had to leave so soon. I am looking forward to returning.
