We spent 3 nights. It was comfortable and well located. We plan to return!

Staying at Mara's house was exactly what we needed to welcome in 2025. The house itself is immaculate, well appointed, comfortable and has incredible lakefront views to tie it all together. Getting around the Cayuga Lake area was so easy from where the house is located and there are even some incredible wineries and breweries minutes away. The layout and setup of the house was very thoughtfully done and everything we needed (and more) was there. 10/10 excellent stay.

Everything was just perfect. We love staying here, this is our third time it’s a wonderful winter/spring get-away for our family. This beautiful lake house is immaculate, and we feel right at home. Jill is so responsive and very easy to communicate with.

Second time we’ve stayed here and I’m sure there will be a 3rd! Beautiful spot, dog friendly, clean and peaceful! Absolutely no complaints! Thanks for a great weekend!

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

This was our second stay at Seth‘s boathouse and it won’t be our last. Always immaculate and looks just like the pictures. Of course, the hot tub and enjoying coffee on the lower deck was our favorite part, and the beds are so comfortable! If you need a place to stay near New Paltz look no further.

We totally loved Mexi’s place. It was super relaxing and restful for us. It was so comfortable, it felt like home. Mexi is very easy to communicate with which made it nice. Thanks, Mexi! And… Mexi had everything you might need on your visit away… from blow dryer and straightener, to shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and much more. One spot we really liked a lot was the porch. So peaceful. You won’t be disappointed. We would come back.

I can’t think of a single word that can describe and encase our experience of our stay here. it was what we were looking for, we felt at home, it couldn’t have been more peaceful, the view was amazing. The home was spotless, our furry kids 🐾 also felt at home. My husband, daughters and friends loved it. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything. ❤️

Had a lovely girls trip here, beautiful location and a super cozy cabin to spend a relaxing weekend in!

Comfy & cozy for 2 couples, spacious bathrooms with nice towels, bedrooms also had an extra twin bed in each, kitchen had what we needed - coffee pot and wine glasses, and a great view of the lake. Lots of outside amenities, just too chilly to take advantage of them. Michelle was ultra-responsive too.

Our stay at Kara’s was wonderful. We rented the house and the bungalow, both of which very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The pictures are exactly what you will get. Well decorated, comfortable furniture, and washer/dryer in both units. We spent lots of time in the water, and having kayaks provided was a bonus! The porches were great for meal times together and playing games. The beachfront was awesome for getting in and out of the lake, especially with the kayaks. Location was super. Just over a mile into town, so close to grocery store, etc.. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again. Kara was super responsive!

We were so excited to spend a peaceful weekend in the Adirondacks, and this is the perfect place! The living area was warm and cozy, the kitchen had everything that we needed, the bathroom was clean and updated. The seating was comfortable and the smart TV was a good size for the space. The beds were also comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful in the snow, which was plowed regularly during a two-day snow storm. We were just a few minutes drive from town, which always has lots to do. The grocery store is well-stocked and there are lots of fun shops. The host was very clear with instructions in the listing, and very accommodating while we were there. She even sent someone to make sure that we could all make it up the driveway in the snow storm (which was no problem at all for us with AWD). We wanted to go back to the cabin as soon as we got home, since we already missed the peace, quiet, and beauty. We will certainly go back again. Thank you for having us!

Nice cozy cabin, enjoyed our short stay!

I've stayed at a couple dozen AirBnB's over the years, but this most recent one, Jacqui's place on Spruce Lake, goes right to the top of my list of best AirBnB experiences. It has an amazing location, is wonderfully designed and decorated, pristinely clean and functional, but most of all, it has an indefinably cozy and peaceful vibe. A lovely retreat from the world, and a great place to hang out in front of a roaring fire ( it has a truly magnificent fireplace) with loved ones.

Robert was communicative from the start, and greeted us upon our arrival. Even helped w the bags! The cabin was super clean and user friendly (with all the amenities) as was the hot tub. Super comfy bed, lots of plushy towels. Robert recommended the VIC trails at Paul Smiths College for hiking, (which did not disappoint) and I also recommend after seeing 2 otters there! Highly recommend this stay!

An absolutely incredible stay! I will say, the pictures were gorgeous but boy was it even better when we got there. It exceeded expectations. Sarah was so responsive and helpful. Great Stay Great Cabin! Everything was clean we felt comfortable there. The hot tub was great after the 2.4 mile walk at Watkins glen. It was too cold for us to kayak but it was nice sitting by the water and chilling. Loved the sound of the water at night.

Thank you for sharing you property with us. My kids had so much fun with the boats and the great fishing. They also loved the rope swing. Comfortable furniture, really good amount of cookware, and various items around like bug spray or drinking water, life vests, first aid kit, and boats! Good amount of boats/kayaks to use. Friendly host and felt welcomed and at home. There is a gas grill that works very good, and also a set up so that you can grill over fire...very cool. Inside there is a propane stove top making morning eggs and potatoes easy. Excellent silence too, being so away from main roads. Saw a lot of birds, and there is plenty of bass. Very fair price for convenient and well seasoned fire wood. Great stay. I recommend.

Carol and Jeff were fantastic hosts and their cabin on the lake was exactly what my wife and I were expecting for our baby moon. The property on Sixth Lake was just far enough from town to be peaceful and relaxing but close enough to get a bite to eat, do some shopping, and pick up any needed grocery items. Carol and Jeff provided perfect communication and the house had everything. Oh, and can’t forget the cookies, which were the best. Sean and Katie

23 minutes to whiteface mountain ski resort, 9 minutes to lake placid, 7 minutes to Saranac Lake! Perfect location for us to ski a week and tour the beautiful lake area! Sarah’s house is excellent for a couple, two couples or family of 4. Two nice size bedrooms with very comfortable beds and linens! Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher is a plus. Extra towels. Nice dog bed and toys. Fenced big backyard, fire pit, gas grill. We didn’t get a chance to use the backyard since a lot of snow in the area. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy a Bbq when weather is warmer. House is close to main road but not much noise when doors and windows are closed. Check in and out are very easy. You will enjoy this house and the surrounding neighborhood!
