Ann's place was beautiful, and she is a very gracious and flexible host! I stayed here because I had an emergency at my house in Ithaca and needed a place to stay last-minute with my cats, and she was more than willing to accommodate me.

felt right at home with this particular stay. it was an added bonus that there was a lot of space for my 3 year old and my dog to run around. There was plenty of room in the house. Everything was clean and there was no noise at night time. The townhome was close to the water, roughly 10 min walk. would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The townhouse was just as described, and was easy to find. It was nice to have 2 assigned parking spots. Would stay here again.

The townhouse was perfect for a summer weekend getaway with the guys! It had the perfect layout, with plenty of space for everyone to comfortably cook, eat, sleep and relax while enjoying the gorgeous views of Hunter Mountain. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware one could desire. Having two full bathrooms was extremely great, even given the downstairs one’s smaller size. And having two patios/balconies to take in the views of the mountain was amazing. The split heating/cooling units worked as hoped in all of the bedrooms and the beds were all comfortable and clean. The multiple bins of DVDs, along with the board games, were a fun and fantastic addition to the space. I would highly recommend staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Amazing as always. Joy’s place is always clean and has everything we need. We had an appliance break and they replaced it right away.

A great place in a great location! This was perfect for our three day getawa.! We enjoyed several state parks, Ithaca Farmer's Market, Ithaca Commons and, of course, Purity Ice Cream...all within a scenic 20 min drive. I had fun with the piano (Charmingly just slightly out of tune and janky. Good for Beatles jams, not so much the Beethoven.) The hot tub nice for our hike-tired legs. I want to come back in the summer to see how these lovely gardens bloom!

We had a great time at Shannon's place. It worked well for our family of 6 and was close to everything. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the skating rink and we drove less than 15 minutes to Mt. Van Hoevenberg to cross country ski. Shannon was very responsive during our visit in terms of trying to fix the gas fireplace when it wasn't working.

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bryans wundervollem Appartement. Bryan ist extrem gut zu erreichen, die Küche ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist außerdem die Sauberkeit des gesamten Appartements: 10/10! Leider hatten wir jedoch das Pech, dass die Mieter in der Wohnung unter uns viel geraucht haben und der Gestank dann (trotz geschlossener Fenster!) in unsere Wohnung gezogen ist. Vielleicht macht es Sinn die im Handbuch erwähnte „rauchfreie Zone“ auch vor und hinter dem Haus nochmal zu kennzeichnen, damit es nicht überlesen wird. Nichtsdestotrotz: Gerne wieder! :)

Andrea and the team were really responsive and great hosts. The place was very clean and newly remodeled. We were visiting with a baby and they had a crib, changing pad, bottle warmer and some toys which were so helpful. And soft hotel like beds/sheets!

Great spot close to the mountain. Exactly as described and very nice amenities. Beds were great and rooms were spacious. Fire place is a great touch cheap wood available in town. Had everything you need for a little ski get away with friends or family. Steam room was also a nice addition. Felt great to get off the mountain and go in.

The entire experience—from before booking to after checkout—was excellent. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions promptly, both before and after booking. I stayed from Friday to Monday with my family, including my 11-month-old baby, while I attended clinicals at Ellis Hospital for my nursing program. The stay was comfortable and convenient, and I truly appreciated the host’s hospitality.

Daniella's place was perfect for our family, we felt right at home. The home was in a great location close to food, shops, and more. It was great to have a garage as well, although our SUV was a bit too big to fit inside, we were able to find enough parking on the street, so it did not bother us. We enjoyed our stay and Daniella was a great host. We would definitely return!

Conveniently located near the University, hiking and downtown. The house itself was spotless and provided every amenity needed. Christy was proactive and very responsive. You can tell she spends a significant amount of time thinking about the comfort and enjoyment of her guests. I would definitely stay again in the future.

We loved Glenda's place! It was perfect for our visit to Kingston. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room. I definitely recommend it!

I was so glad we stayed at Sheri’s place. It was well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. It was close to a grocery store and the venue for my nephew’s wedding. I had to use the kitchen to assemble a wedding cake for 140 people. The kitchen was just the right size for the task. My husband left his shoes at the house by mistake. We are still waiting to hear from Sheri about how we can arrange to have them sent to us. We would happily suggest Sheri’s place to anyone who is heading up to the Saratoga area.

This Airbnb is great especially working at the hospital it makes it incredibly accessible and having your own private driveway is a bonus. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful place, spacious and quiet

Can’t say enough good things about Leyla’s Canandaigua townhouse! Check in couldn’t have been easier. The place itself was light and spacious, the furniture and mattress very comfortable. The vibe and décor are relaxing and beachy without being cliché. And very important, the townhouse was super clean. The lake view from the balcony deck was incredible – we enjoyed sitting with coffee and soaking in the vitamin D early in the day, and happy hour before dinner while looking out at peaceful Lake Canandaigua. This place has everything – the owner goes above and beyond with “extras,” too! We found two excellent restaurants nearby that we highly recommend, both just a short drive from the townhouse: Prosecco in Farmington and Nolan’s in Canandaigua. We highly recommend this townhouse - we’ll plan a future trip for the summer. Thank you, Leyla!
